Our daughter was at Fennies Eltham for 2.5 years (2022-2024) and loved her time there. She always came home happy, with fun stories to tell, and was taught/cared for by lots of great people along the way (Jo, Emily, Kelsey, Barbara, Diana and many others).
A year later, we're back again as our 1-year-old
son has started in the baby room. Nadvie, Maisie, Kiera, Gabriela and the whole team have been amazing in helping him settle as well as helping us with the transition (sharing lots of reassuring updates and cute photos). They have been warm and affectionate towards him from day one, which has been really lovely to see. The managers, Sarah and Priya, have also been very welcoming and supportive so it's a friendly and comforting environment.
The facilities at the nursery are great (inside and in the garden) and the activities are well-considered and varied. Our son has been learning new things and growing in confidence during his first few months so we're very happy so far :)

Our son moved to Fennies after another local nursery closed suddenly. The staff were kind, gentle and understanding in helping our son settle in to a new space, thankfully with a number of his friendship group from the previous nursery. He has thrived over the last year, developing his language and
communication, improving his personal, social and emotional awareness and his physical development. He has also made lots of new friends, some of whom he is now off to school with. We will miss the lovely Fennies Eltham Team, big thanks to the management team in Inventors and those in Creators and not forgetting the lovely chef who feeds our 'always hungry' children! Thank you!

We have sent our daughter to Fennies Westmount Road for 3 years and are so grateful for everything she has learned. Couldn't rate the nursery or its team higher! I had originally reserved my child's spot whilst I was pregnant based on the lovely facilities and the vibe from the staff but nothing prepares you for actually handing your baby over that first day. As a first time mama who had a very rough start with a
poorly baby, my anxiety of leaving my chunk was through the roof. The team couldn't have stepped up more. Not only did we have prep meetings with the managers and the SENCO coordinator but even with the day 1 settle they take on every little detail about your baby - the more the better - so they can get to know them as fast as possible. All of the staff are amazing, they're all so kind and caring and make you feel comfortable leaving - even on rough days they'll send updates within 10 mins. The food, the activities and the learning is next level - they eat better than we do! And it's so heart warming how they do reports on your child's development. It's a gold star!

Love Fennies! My daughter's transition into nursery was tougher than we had expected initially with a lot of unsettled days. Everyone at Fennies made sure that her transition into nursery was the smoothest possible by providing that extra care. The learning at Fennies is exceptional - the amount of
activities, artwork and resources at the nursery is wonderful and my daughter has learned so many things since joining the nursery. The food at Fennies is cooked fresh every day by the in-house staff and ensures to provide all the balanced nutrition required for children. They also cater to all sorts of dietary restrictions which was a big plus for us as we eat halal!


I would recommend Fennies to any new parents in the area given the cleanliness, resources and especially the wonderful staff.

Every single staff member at Fennies Eltham has helped to make our son's transition to nursery life an incredibly welcoming experience. We couldn't have hoped for a better team to lead him on this journey - they are attentive and caring and always take the time to make sure he's content and looked after.
We are constantly amazed and impressed by his development since he started at Fennies Eltham just over a year ago. We have experienced staff turnover, both administratively and in terms of day-to-day care of our son which, at times, could have been better communicated and we do hope that Fennies aren't limited in their ability to retain valued staff members who forge special connections with our children. Overall, the facilities are clean and modern, the staff are always planning exciting age-appropriate activities for the children, the garden is huge and our son loves spending time outside in the mud kitchen.

The team helped us when our previous childcare had closed their doors at short notice. My son had a tricky time settling given the interruption and change he was experiencing. The team were incredibly supportive, constantly sharing and finding ways to help him settle. They persevered constantly and
soon enough he was back to his happy, chatty self. My son bonded very quickly with his key worker who provided some great structure and support allowing for him to feel safe and well looked after.

I have two children currently at Fennies and my eldest has been going there since September 2022. Both children will remain there until they set off for Primary school. In my experience, the nursery manager and all staff have a caring and safe culture. There is always a warm welcome and a comforting
sense of community within all rooms.


Both of my children have formed great bonds with their keyworkers and through a range of play and daily organised activities, they are thriving and continuously learning new skills. In addition to the daily organised activities, there is a focus on individual development for each of my children to hit their next 'milestone' providing observations of these and suggestions for next steps on their everyday development.


There is a great variety on the rotational weekly menus and the app is super informative if I want to be nosey at what my little ones are up to! I would highly recommend Eltham Fennies!

Fennies Eltham is a wonderful nursery that took good care of my son. He was only there for 8 months after transferring from another nursery then left to go to primary school. In his time there we noticed a big change in him, his independence skills, his social skills and his listening skills. He was
very happy there and the facilities were good. I liked that Fennies as a company also offer lots of additional support in terms of online courses to educate parents, they celebrated lots of events and festivals and were very inclusive. We were sad to say goodbye.

Our son has been going to Fennies since October 2021. The carers in his room provide so much love, dedication, patience and make every day a fun environment. As a first time mum I couldn’t ask for better carers, I can see my boy enjoying his time at Fennies and growing up happy which is all that matters.

Fennies has been amazing to help my daughter settle in quickly. Her bond to her keyworker was earned and now she babbles about her every single night!
One thing I love about this nursery in particular compared to our previous is the planning and activities. Although children have free roam for play,
which is important, they are also being targeted for individual goals and provided with a vast range of activities that stimulate. I’ve seen water play, messy play, arts and crafts, puzzles, storytelling, play dough and many more on the tables for children to explore and engage. My daughter has thrived here and continuously has opportunities for themed days.
Recently there have been special events for parents such as breakfasts-on-the-go, Easter family afternoon and a coronation picnic. It is lovely to be involved and appreciated as parents. But to know my child is well taken care of so I can work without a worry about her safety and education during the day.
