Overall Experience

An absolute incredible nursery cannot fault them. We were forced to place our 3 year old (now 4 year old) daughter with them as our original nursery setting closed without warning. Honestly an absolute blessing in discuse. They are much more qualified and it feels like they make it thier mission to

get every child thriving.

Our daughter could be described as 'intelligent beyond her years?' Which they have built on. We were however struggling at home with some behavioural issues. We relayed this to the nursery team and within the week we had an incredible amount of support. We met with the management team who are incredible, new approaches, new ideas and a referral to a specialist we didnt even know existed and she's really starting to improve.

We owe a huge amount to the staff at fennies.

Overall Experience

Fennies Horley is such a reassuring nursery. From the minute we stepped through the door on our son's first day the staff have all been so welcoming and I really trusted the staff to look after my son. The staff are outstanding, they show real compassion, make sure we get numerous updates and observations

about how our son is doing. We know he is truely being looked after.

Overall Experience

We had a great experience with Fennies Epsom so far, and we can see our son growing confidently at the nursery. It was important for us to choose the right nursery as he joined at around 12 months, and from the initial conversations while searching for a place, the professionalism from Fennies Epsom

helped us making that decision. Onboarding a 1 year old baby is no easy task, and they have made it much easier for our son to adapt to his new setting and made adjustments where necessary. All the staff are caring and knowledgeble - they make it such that a great relationship is built between the child and any of the staff, not just his key person. That has now enabled a very smooth move to his new toddler room. We are so happy we made the right choice - our little boy now has friends, and we can see him happily growing not just physically, but socially as well. Thanks Fennies Epsom!

Overall Experience

Fennies Epsom is a fantastic nursery that has really worked with us to bring out the best in our children. They have a high attention to detail when it comes to designing activities for the children to comply with EYFS curriculum in order to ensure the children have fun but also learn and develop at

the same time. They make learning fun and create an environment where our children really enjoy being in nursery and thrive in making friends, becoming more social, becoming confident and happy, and open to learning. The staff are brilliant, they always keep us informed, always have time for conversations and support, and the management is very open, accessible, and supportive of doing the best thing for our children. An excellent nursery providing outstanding care, education and opportunities for young children.

Overall Experience

I cannot fault the staff for their care or friendliness but if you are a working parent I recommend checking the exclusion policies from Fennies. This is the third nursery my son has attended and the number of excludable incidents so far has been far greater at this setting than other brands we have

attended. As we are both working parents we are really struggling with this and wonder if our prior experiences were 'lucky' or did actually benefit from more reasonable policies. Either way, something I hadn't considered when picking a nursery but wish I had checked more.

Overall Experience

Our daughter has been at Fennies Epsom since she was 6 months old and is now nearly 4. She has had an amazing experience and I always talk highly of the nursery and all the staff. She is currently in preschool and I am amazed at the number of activities set up each day and the communication with us

through the app on what they have been doing is brilliant. In addition, the staff are so caring and I trust them implicitly with my daughter meaning I can go about my day knowing she is having a great time and I don't need to worry. Our second child is due to start there soon and I am excited for him to have the experience there. I would highly recommend Fennies to anyone in the local area.

Overall Experience

The nursery have been unbelievable. My Son has been diagnosed with ASD and so the thought of him starting nursery was very overwhelming due to he's high needs. The nursery have supported not only my Son but us as a family prior to the diagnosis and throughout the diagnosis process, constantly adapting,

changing and supporting and fighting for my Son and he's needs. He has made more progress than I ever thought was possible and actually asks to go the nursery everyday. It's a safe, kind and caring environment where the staff are extremely dedicated and hard working. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Fennies nursery and the staff and will be sad when he has to move on to school.

Overall Experience

Our little one started at Fennies in September and has been loving every minute of it. He was only 8 months when he first started and whilst we were confident in our decision, we weren't sure about how he'd get on in this new setting. Safe to say we had nothing to worry about - the staff at Fennies

has been patient, understanding and communicative. They seem to truly care about every child and ensure they all have a positive experience. Our little one is genuinely happy whenever we get to his room, and has never once cried at drop off (long may it continue!). This is a testament to the fantastic time he has every day thanks to the wonderful staff and management. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fennies Walton to any parent!

Overall Experience

Our son has been with Fennies for almost 3 years having now transitions through all of the rooms.
Despite some staff changes from our experience the care has always reminded at a high standard and room leaders, key staff and support staff are very interactive and caring all at various times taking

a keen interest in the individuality of our son and his likes, dislikes and quirks.
Under recently new management there seams to be a renewed energy and the communication has vastly improved including regular staff updates, newsletters and events for both parents and children.
The kids would benefit from some excursions like other locations but Ben has made some progress on this so hoping that continues. Overall a lovely setting where our child is happy and thriving.

Fennies is an excellent nursery and our daughter was very happy here. The staff were all excellent. It's a happy feeling nursery. There's lots of space for the kids in the venue and the outdoor play area is fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic. Caring, wonderful, thoughtful team ensuring my son had a great day, every day. Many of the team are parents themselves and very understanding. Delicious and plentiful fresh food of regular snacks and meals, all reported daily via the app. Photo updates and many fabulous themes

and celebrations throughout the year. Fun, big garden and clean, spacious rooms and facilities. My son has had a fantastic start for school, sad to leave but with many happy memories. The graduation ceremony and party to follow it are a really lovely touch, above and beyond expectations! Highly recommended.

Overall Experience

Our children have only been at Fennies for a few weeks so far due to their previous nursery shutting down in July but so far we've had an excellent experience. Given the sudden closure of our previous nursery, Fennies were very quick to get back to us about availability and a tour. Both kids have settled

in really well and seem to enjoy going to nursery. The staff, environment and activities are all very engaging, only today they had owls in for the day, which is something they wouldn't have experienced out the previous nursery. The management have been so helping answering any queries and always very present at drop off and collection and great with their communication. All of the staff always come across as caring, friendly, polite, happy and helpful. I am now so glad our previous nursery shut down because our children are thriving and wish we'd done it sooner.

Overall Experience

For the last 3 years, the nursery went from excellent to terrible, now becoming very good again. Higher management does not seem to be able to maintain the staff and is not very considerate about parents' views/opinions.
The actual nursery manager is excellent, rebuilt the place with great help from

the team, and we can see the difference in care, learning and development of the children.
The teachers are very good as well, motivating the children, caring about them and eager to improve their skills.

Fennies has provided an extremely professional, kind and personal experience for my little boy on starting nursery. I was extremely anxious about my baby starting nursery after he had a difficult time with colic and reflux since birth which hasn't yet resolved. Due to this, he had never been cared for

by anyone else and this made nursery settling a very daunting experience. We had trialled another nursery which turned out to be unsuccessful and quite upsetting and I was concerned my little boy would not be able to settle in a nursery environment
Fennies team were incredibly accomodating and thorough in getting to know my baby's needs and kept me updated throughout. My baby settled so much better and I felt consistently reassured with the professionalism and care shown to my baby. I am extremely thankful

My child has been at Fennies since a baby in the baby room, she is now graduating from pre-school and ever since the beginning see absolutely loves going to nursery! She loves the staff her friends, as a parent it is such a relief to be able to leave her at nursery knowing she is well looked after and

that she loves it there. She is so ready for school and all thanks to the hard work of all the teachers teaching her all the key things (and more) she needs for school readiness. I would highly recommend Fennies Woking to any parent, for us it was without a doubt the best decision.

Our son has attended Fennies since 2022, and we couldn't be happier. The food is excellent, the campus is beautiful, and most importantly, the care is exceptional. He has Epilepsy and SEN needs, and the staff and management are always on top of his medication and well-being. Their support gives us total

Both my grandsons have attended Fennies. The staff are caring, fun and always there to chat too. The nursery staff are so lovely and always have time to chat and answer any questions I have. I love that Fennies is a fun place for my grandsons to explore and grow. Very happy with the care.
