A huge thank you to everyone at Fennies Woking for looking after our daughter so well over the past 3.5 years.

We viewed Fennies in April and was sceptical of a nursery setting due to our child being at a childminders. However everyone we encountered on our tour was so friendly, they all looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were happy to be there. When my son started they were really helpful with him settling in. Considering the size of the nursery it always feels really personal at pick up when you see anyone.

I was nervous at first to leave my child in nursery but it has been such a positive experience. It's always clean when I drop my child off, and my child always comes back telling us how their day went and what they did throughout the day.

I can't recommend Fennies Walton highly enough. They have consistently shown a huge amount of care and affection towards my son, supporting him through what can often be challenging behaviours, with proactivity and compassion. Their SEN provision has gone above and beyond to ensure my son has the best start at school and finds the transition out of nursery as smooth as possible. I am so grateful that we chose Fennies Walton.

My little one has settled into Explorers so well thanks to the amazing team. They made her transition smooth and supported her every step of the way, making both of us feel so reassured. She's so well cared for, happy, and excited to go in each day. Thank you for making such a positive start to her nursery journey!

As a family member who regularly does collections, I'm always so impressed by the nursery! The facilities are fantastic, the environment is welcoming and it's clear how much thought goes into creating a lovely space for the children. A really wonderful place!

We have had a brilliant experience at Fennies Oxted. Everyone who works there has been kind and nurturing to our daughter who started at 11 months old and is now over two. She has always been really happy to go to nursery for the day, which is the main thing you want!!

We are extremely happy with Fennies and their team. Isabel's start was not easy as she picked up quite a few viruses, and it affected her consistency attending nursery. Since then, things are much better; she seems happier when we drop her off, and we have noticed huge improvements in her confidence, physical abilities and how she interacts with other people.

Fennies have been wonderful over the years. Our daughter's preschool has been great, especially her keyworker. All are very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to her development.

Rupert has been attending Fennies since Feb 2026 and overall very happy with everything to date. Willow has been amazing at the transition period, and good communication and updates are provided. From all ladies in the room. Rupert seems to enjoy himself. Personally, I would like to see more photos throughout the day of Rupert and his adventures, but do understand time pressures to this.

Communication with parents is excellent, creating a real sense of partnership. A fantastic setting where children truly thrive.

My son has been nothing but happy here at Fennies Cheam. There is such a warm embrace from all staff. The facility is so well thought out with the children in mind, and very clean environment.

Communication from staff is really good and feel at ease to be able to to communicate anything needed to staff.

I've seen great development in my son and it is truly nurtured by all staff in the nursery. And enjoy seeing moments of this through pictures and videos they send us during the days.

We had an incredibly positive experience settling our daughter into fennies over the past few weeks she had moved into full-time care in her third week and has settled far better than we could have hoped for which is a real credit to the team

communication has been excellent. Everyone has been very responsive to our questions and open to feedback which has made us feel confident and involved as parents.

Great staff! My little boy loves it there! Love it for the extended hours as well and location suitable for commuting to London.

The activities organised are very engaging and we get daily updates and photos. The garden is really good well and they spend a lot of time outdoors safely, no muddy or sandy.

I feel safe sending my children there, I'll send my little one there soon as well.

Food healthy and there is a variety of food given to children. According to my son is very yummy.

An absolute incredible nursery cannot fault them. We were forced to place our 3 year old (now 4 year old) daughter with them as our original nursery setting closed without warning. Honestly an absolute blessing in discuse. They are much more qualified and it feels like they make it thier mission to get every child thriving.

Our daughter could be described as 'intelligent beyond her years?' Which they have built on. We were however struggling at home with some behavioural issues. We relayed this to the nursery team and within the week we had an incredible amount of support. We met with the management team who are incredible, new approaches, new ideas and a referral to a specialist we didnt even know existed and she's really starting to improve.

We owe a huge amount to the staff at fennies.

Fennies Horley is such a reassuring nursery. From the minute we stepped through the door on our son's first day the staff have all been so welcoming and I really trusted the staff to look after my son. The staff are outstanding, they show real compassion, make sure we get numerous updates and observations about how our son is doing. We know he is truely being looked after.

Our son has been with Fennies for just over a year since he was 1. The staff are so caring and create such fun for the children. We can leave our son with confidence knowing he is in a safe space. We are so grateful to all the staff for everything they do. We wouldn't want him anywhere else. They are all very special and we will be forever grateful for their care. Thank you

We had a great experience with Fennies Epsom so far, and we can see our son growing confidently at the nursery. It was important for us to choose the right nursery as he joined at around 12 months, and from the initial conversations while searching for a place, the professionalism from Fennies Epsom helped us making that decision. Onboarding a 1 year old baby is no easy task, and they have made it much easier for our son to adapt to his new setting and made adjustments where necessary. All the staff are caring and knowledgeble - they make it such that a great relationship is built between the child and any of the staff, not just his key person. That has now enabled a very smooth move to his new toddler room. We are so happy we made the right choice - our little boy now has friends, and we can see him happily growing not just physically, but socially as well. Thanks Fennies Epsom!

Fennies Epsom is a fantastic nursery that has really worked with us to bring out the best in our children. They have a high attention to detail when it comes to designing activities for the children to comply with EYFS curriculum in order to ensure the children have fun but also learn and develop at the same time. They make learning fun and create an environment where our children really enjoy being in nursery and thrive in making friends, becoming more social, becoming confident and happy, and open to learning. The staff are brilliant, they always keep us informed, always have time for conversations and support, and the management is very open, accessible, and supportive of doing the best thing for our children. An excellent nursery providing outstanding care, education and opportunities for young children.
