Fennies Twickenham has been such a special place for Claire. From the first settling in sessions, the team made her feel safe, welcomed and genuinely loved. Those early days can be emotional for a parent, but their patience and care helped her settle so quickly and confidently.

Every day, the staff show real warmth and attention. They always share how she has been and the little moments that matter. Claire comes home smiling, proud of herself, and that means everything to us.

A heartfelt thank you to Katie H, Jessica, Shilpa, Ellen, Shanade, Katie S, Nargis and Ruby. Your kindness at drop off and pick up and the way you care for Claire never goes unnoticed. The management team has also been wonderfully supportive.

We absolutely love Fennies Twickenham! Katie (Manager) and Jess (Deputy Manager) lead a fantastic, professional team that really cares about the children and making their daily time at the nursery special. Our child is thriving in the Explorers room, where Ellen and the rest of the staff are incredibly caring and supportive. Shanade is an amazing key person who made us feel completely at ease from the very start of the settling process. In fact, the whole Explorers team went above and beyond to make sure the settling process went well and to make sure our child really bonded with each of them. Our child has loved making new friends and taking part in all of the fun daily activities like water play, outdoor time in the fantastic garden, and painting. We love receiving the detailed daily updates and photos showing the great activities the team puts on for the children. We highly recommend this nursery!

The nursery also hosts wonderful family events, which have been such a highlight for us. These occasions create a fantastic opportunity to get to know the team better and to meet other local parents, building connections that extend beyond the nursery, highly recommend!

Since January 2026, our experience with Fennies Nursery Twickenham has been exceptional. After visiting several nurseries, it was clear this was the right choice. Katie was knowledgeable, caring, and made the transition seamless. Our daughter settled in quickly, and the team have been incredibly supportive, it's clear they genuinely care. The environment is calm, structured, and never chaotic, while still being fun and engaging, my daughter loves the dance parties. We've seen great growth in her independence, and she's built strong bonds with the staff, which makes leaving her much easier. The outdoor space is fantastic and was one of the key reasons we chose this nursery. It's wonderful to see that they use it every day, sometimes twice a day. Our daughter is always excited to tell us about what she's been doing and the friends she's spent time with. The regular updates are also a highlight, especially the personalised weekly insights into her development. We would highly recommend!

I am so pleased we found Fennies. I honestly cannot champion it enough. After having a worrying experience during settlement at another nursery, the staff here welcomed us with open arms. The facilities provide so much engagement and a variety of activities. Not to mention their outside space, which they use nearly everyday. This was really important to us and we are not disappointed when we see they've had an hour here and there throughout the day. The staff have such positive and outgoing energy, you can really feel the kids are in a happy and safe environment. I could not recommend them enough for your little ones especially if they are a bundle of energy like ours!

Our daughter started at Fennies in December 2025. From registration through to start date, the team were fantastic: communication was really clear and people always on hand to answer tricky questions around funded hours, settling in days, and so on. The provision itself is excellent - staff are super professional, activities are thoughtfully planned, the food is amazing and leadership a very visible. We feel very lucky that our child's here - she's thoroughly enjoys it, looks forward to seeing everyone each morning, and is developing strong bonds with staff and other children! Highly recommended

Fennies nursery Twickenham has been so welcoming to my daughter who started in December 2025. From the moment you walk in every morning you feel like part of the family, every child is made to feel special and I have already seen new skills and interests from my daughter since joining. The rooms are big and bright and the garden area is amazing! I could tell from the moment we viewed this nursery that my daughter would be attending and have the best time which is a lovely relief for a parent. The app they use keeps you up to date on everything throughout the day and special posts from their key worker about new learning is always so nice to see. I cannot recommend this nursery and the team more.

The building is clean, bright, and welcoming, just a genuinely happy place to be. The staff are incredible, bringing warmth, energy, and real dedication to ensuring each child is engaged and developing confidently.

Communication is excellent, with regular updates via an online portal showing photos of your child enjoying the facilities, as well as their naps, nappy changes, and detailed meal information. The menu itself is always varied, healthy, and thoughtfully prepared.

As first-time parents, leaving our child was daunting, but Fennies completely removed that stress. We feel confident knowing our child is safe, happy, and thriving thanks to their wonderful team and facilities. Even the welcome gifts, like the rucksack and drinks bottle, were a lovely touch.

We've had such a lovely settling in experience at Fennies - Twickenham. From the moment we walked in, Katie the manager greeted us with a big smile and already knew my son's name, which made everything feel personal and immediately put me at ease. The team have been warm, welcoming and so reassuring. The little welcome gift with the Fennies rucksack and drinks bottles is adorable and already in full use! I love the parent room, which allowed me to work on site during settling in, making the transition feel calm and supportive. The Famly app keeps me updated throughout the day and gives real peace of mind. Sometimes you just have to trust your gut, and the feeling I had walking into Fennies- Twickenham was that, this is the right place for my son.The team - Ellen, Ruby, Alec, Shilpa, Ella and Naomi have been outstanding.
