The management team are always responsive, approachable, and personable, which really helps. We have been so impressed with the level of care and support throughout and would highly recommend Fennies Eltham Westmount to other families!

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of engaging activities that support learning through play. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear how much effort goes into creating a nurturing atmosphere. Our child has grown in confidence, social skills, and independence since starting here. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and happy setting for their child.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Twyla absolutely loves going every day and is always excited to see her key person, Sam, who has been so caring, supportive, and amazing with her. Management, especially Fray, have also been fantastic and create such a welcoming and nurturing environment.

Twyla has learned so much since starting here, and it's been wonderful to see her confidence, development, and happiness grow. She always has so much fun and talks about her day nonstop when she comes home. We're so grateful for all the love and support the team gives her every day!

We joined Fennies soon after they opened and have had a really positive experience. The staff are all lovely, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made settling in so much easier. The manager is fantastic and clearly cares about creating a welcoming and supportive environment. What stands out most is how caring and attentive all the staff are with the children. The building is fabulous and all the equipment is brand new. Our child loves it here! We've felt very happy and reassured with our choice and would definitely recommend Fennies to other families.

Fennies Teddington has been fantastic for our daughters. Since she started at 9 months old, the team have been caring and helped her to develop in a myriad of ways.

We've had a great experience with this nursery. Our daughter is always happy to go in and has come on leaps and bounds since starting, especially with her walking and speaking. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children's development.

It has been a great.experience at Fennies for my toddler. The staff are friendly and warm. While the management geniuely care about your children and are always bringing new ideas to improve your childs development.

The Manager is very warm, attentive and helpful, while the Deputy Manager always has a smile on her face and actions feedback immediately.

There is always a smily and friendly face at Fennies and is also reassuring as a parent. And oh! I almost forgot the free milk lol!

We have been so impressed with our overall experience at Fennies since settling our 11 month old since March. He is so happy there and loves all the activities they do with the children. They also get to go outside a lot and the overall standard of care and communication has been excellent. We are very happy here.

We had a tour of the nursery in Wimbledon and it was amazing. The place was very tidy and beautiful. There are very big play area for the children to explore. Staff are very friendly and kind. By far this is the best nursery I have been to so far in London. Would strongly recommend it to everyone.

My child is happy and thriving this lovely school. I work in early years so I am picky but the children have engaging opportunities for play, social skills are supported, the food is delicious and healthy and the staff go above and beyond to provide a warm and positive space.

If we could pack Fennies Raynes Park up and bring it with us on our move, we absolutely would! Our son has loved every minute there-he literally runs out the door each morning, excited to get to nursery.

The staff are wonderful, the food is nutritious, and we couldn't be happier with the care he has received. We've especially appreciated the excellent communication through the app, the focus on settling in (for both our son and us as parents), and the enriching activities like learning sign language.

It's been so special to see the team share in his milestones-their enthusiasm when he started walking and saying new words meant so much to us. He's enjoyed outdoor play almost every day, and it's clear how much thought and care goes into everything they do.

We are so sad to be leaving, but we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the Explorers room for looking after our son over the past few months.

The nursery also hosts wonderful family events, which have been such a highlight for us. These occasions create a fantastic opportunity to get to know the team better and to meet other local parents, building connections that extend beyond the nursery, highly recommend!

My son has been attending pre-school at Fennies since end August 2025. He has not been given individual care and attention we were used to in the previous nursery. Class size is very large and I feel staff are distracted by App entries and other admin processes, but don't have time for simply observing the kids day-to-day. Long wait at drop-offs/pick-ups that should be addressed.

The team does a great job in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. We're so grateful to have found them and couldn't recommend them enough!

Our daughter has a fantastic time at Fennies; we are delighted with our choice.
