We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support our child received at Fennies Teddington. The team has been incredible throughout our time there, and especially during the transition to preschool. They went above and beyond to make this change smooth and positive - even taking the time to exchange
emails and share detailed updates with the new school about our child's development plan.
From day one, everyone at Fennies has been attentive, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's progress and well-being. They listened carefully to our concerns and always made us feel supported as parents.
A special thank you to Kevin (Manager) and Cristina (Deputy) for their outstanding dedication and kindness - their leadership truly makes a difference.
We couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience and will always be thankful for the foundation they provided. Highly recommended!

Our daughter was at Fennies Eltham for 2.5 years (2022-2024) and loved her time there. She always came home happy, with fun stories to tell, and was taught/cared for by lots of great people along the way (Jo, Emily, Kelsey, Barbara, Diana and many others).
A year later, we're back again as our 1-year-old
son has started in the baby room. Nadvie, Maisie, Kiera, Gabriela and the whole team have been amazing in helping him settle as well as helping us with the transition (sharing lots of reassuring updates and cute photos). They have been warm and affectionate towards him from day one, which has been really lovely to see. The managers, Sarah and Priya, have also been very welcoming and supportive so it's a friendly and comforting environment.
The facilities at the nursery are great (inside and in the garden) and the activities are well-considered and varied. Our son has been learning new things and growing in confidence during his first few months so we're very happy so far :)

Now transitioning to the toddler room, they've made this shift smooth and exciting, maintaining nurturing
care. The activities are outstanding-arts, crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play spark her curiosity and support growth. From painting to group games, every activity is tailored to her age, fostering confidence and social skills. Regular updates on her progress and milestones keep us connected, and their openness to suggestions makes us feel heard. The staff's warmth and professionalism create a nurturing environment where she thrives. I highly recommend Fennies Wimbledon for its caring, stimulating atmosphere-a true second home for my daughter.

My child has been at Fennies Ealing since she was 3 months old. As she approaches her 2nd birthday we are really happy with our choice. There have been tears from parents and child but the staff have been great at dealing with issues and concerns. As a teacher I value their observations and structure

Fennies Woodside has an absolutely great team and they will work with you to ensure that your child's needs are met.
The communication is great and the staff all think of the extra activities and contributions that can make the child's experience even greater like 'the fruit bowl' each day a fruit
bowl is left out with fresh fruits for little ones to take a snack on their journey home and the kids all look forward to it and I know this one little idea along with many other contributions have gone a long way.
You get what you pay for plus peace of mind.
Happy energetic diverse staff members and spacious clean space with many activities to keep them busy and occupied while keeping learning fun.
The app is always kept upto date and I can monitor my child's sleep pattern routine, toileting routine and eating routine.
He's happy so that keeps us happy

I couldn't be happier with our experience at Fennies Ealing both as a staff member and my daughter attending fennies also . All staff are super lovely and welcoming. The team creates a warm and approachable environment, not only for the children, but with the parents too.
Each day is packed full of
engaging activities for the children with specific tasks and themes . I love receiving the daily round up with photos at the end of the day - the communication is great and we always feel in the loop.
We honestly couldn't recommend Fennies Ealing enough and we're so glad we've chosen it for our daughter!

Our child has been attending the nursery since last month, and we are very pleased with the experience. As English is a second language, the staff offered an extended settling-in period, which greatly supported our child's confidence and comfort. Teachers plan engaging activities across varied topics,
encouraging curiosity and participation.
Staff show genuine care each day, and the daily activity updates help us understand our child's mood and experiences after pick-up. This has been very valuable for maintaining continuity between home and nursery.
An administrative error with an invoice occurred once, but it was resolved within a day thanks to the quick response of the team, which showed professionalism and good management.
The facilities are well kept, classrooms have appropriate resources, cleanliness is consistent, and safeguarding measures are clear. Overall, we appreciate the dedication of the staff and management and would recommend this nursery to other families.

Our daughter (12 months) has attended Fennies Clapham since it opened around 3 months ago. The space has been beautifully renovated and all the children's areas are immaculately presented with brand new equipment, toys and furniture throughout. Laura's team are incredibly caring and attentive and the
range of actives, interactive games, play time and outings have seen a marked development in our daughter's social skills, language and movement. Most importantly she loves going to nursery! We highly recommend to those in the area looking for a fantastic nursery environment.

We couldn't be happier with Fennies Wimbledon. The staff are the kindest, most caring and supportive people - always friendly and welcoming. They have made what could have been a difficult transition for me and my daughter into such an easy and pleasant journey.


The rooms are bright, engaging and thoughtfully

set up to encourage play and learning, and the garden is a wonderful, safe space where the children can explore and enjoy outdoor time.


Overall, we feel very lucky to have found such a warm and nurturing nursery for our daughter.

Avoid this nursery. Our experience with Fennies was extremely stressful and upsetting for both us and our baby. From the start, everything was disorganised. We were first placed in one room, then suddenly moved to another with no proper discussion. Staff gave contradictory information, even about who
our baby's key person was. The person supposedly assigned was absent for half the settling days and admitted she didn't know what our child had done, as she wasn't in the room.
There was no consistency in their approach and communication was very poor, leaving us with no confidence in their ability to manage such an important stage. Their "Inadequate" Ofsted rating sadly reflects reality.
We withdrew after settling in, but despite raising concerns promptly, they delayed responding until after deleting our child's profile from their app. We lost money, but more importantly, our baby was left unsettled and fearful of nurseries due to the lack of care, organisation and professionalism.

I couldn't be happier with Fennies. My little boy absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing - so warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The settling-in process was handled brilliantly, which made the transition so much easier for both of us. The facilities are fantastic, and the
communication through the app is a perfect addition - it keeps me informed and reassured throughout the day. The on-site chefs are another huge plus - the meals are nutritious and varied, and it's great knowing he's eating so well while he's there. A truly wonderful nursery that I would highly recommend!

My son started Fennies 2 weeks ago. I switched my job and I had literally 3 days to put him in a nursery before my new role started and that meant that the settling in had to start immediately.
The staff at Fennies was so great. They immediately understood my situation and were so helpful in making
sure my son settled in really well and was looked after in the right way. He settled in within 2 days and loves going there. He has such amazing stories to tell and is very happy.
Happy child, happy parents!

My daughter loved attending the nursery-she was excited every morning to go! The teachers are incredibly kind and caring with the children, and they engage them in a wide variety of activities that clearly help the kids develop new skills. Our only concern is that the air conditioning in the smaller
room is insufficient. During hot weather, it gets uncomfortably warm, and the children seem to struggle with the heat.

Our daughter has been going to Fennies Ealing for two years and we couldn't be happier. She has developed so well and has formed great bonds with her class and teachers. They have handled transitions through the age groups really well. The nursery have been great at keeping us up to date with her days
at Fennies via the app and organise regular stay and plays and other events so we can share the experience.


All the staff are so happy and positive and both ourselves and our daughter really look forward to going in as it's such a welcoming environment. Cant recommend this nursery enough.

Our son has been at the nursery since he was nine months old, and we genuinely wouldn't want him anywhere else. The manager is amazing - calm, welcoming, and clearly cares deeply about the children and their wellbeing. Every member of the team is kind, supportive, and attentive, and it's a comfort knowing
he's in such good hands while we're at work. The food is excellent (we often joke that he eats better than we do!), and he genuinely loves being there. He loves the staff just as much as we do!

Fennies was perfect for our first child. Knowledgeable staff, friendly demeanors, clean facilities immediately set our minds at ease. Settling in, thought tough, was easier than expected and our daughter's primary carer was a godsend. Over the time with Fennies, we got to know each carer quite well:
each had different personalities but all had the common themes of openness and warmth that made our daughter comfortable. We'll miss everyone here and thank them all for helping raise our girl.
