Fennies Ealing, Junction Road

My child has been at Fennies Ealing since she was 3 months old. As she approaches her 2nd birthday we are really happy with our choice. There have been tears from parents and child but the staff have been great at dealing with issues and concerns. As a teacher I value their observations and structure that they build in from an early age. I love the updates and activities they hold regularly to encourage parental engagement. Thankyou Fennies

Our daughter has been at Fennies since the beginning of this year and we have been very pleased with our experience. The staff are helpful, friendly, and great at updating us throughout the day with how our daughter is getting on. Our daughter has developed lovely bonds with her key workers and the other children too! We feel so comfortable leaving our daughter in the loving care of the team every day.

Management are very supportive and understanding

We withdrew after settling in, but despite raising concerns promptly, they delayed responding until after deleting our child's profile from their app. We lost money, but more importantly, our baby was left unsettled and fearful of nurseries due to the lack of care, organisation and professionalism.

Our daughter has been going to Fennies Ealing for two years and we couldn't be happier. She has developed so well and has formed great bonds with her class and teachers. They have handled transitions through the age groups really well. The nursery have been great at keeping us up to date with her days at Fennies via the app and organise regular stay and plays and other events so we can share the experience.

All the staff are so happy and positive and both ourselves and our daughter really look forward to going in as it's such a welcoming environment. Cant recommend this nursery enough.

Great nursery, our daughter loves attending. Her key person, especially, is the sweetest lady, and our baby became super comfortable with her and the other staff very early on. She started with Fennies at 6 months old and never had any issues settling. Within a few days, she was already taking naps. Over time, she's been encouraged to hit milestones such as crawling and standing. We are overall very happy with Fennies and look forward to the next few years with them.

I'm so happy and relieved to have found Fennies Nursery in Ealing! I was so nervous leaving my child for the first time, but the staff were so sensitive and accommodating in settling her in and have made us feel totally at ease.

Every day my daughter comes home in the most joyous and happy mood. She is thriving in the Discoverers room. I am watching her make leaps and bounds in her development and love keeping updated with her milestones via their helpful app.

The team work so hard and are filled with such kindness and empathy towards all the children and their individual needs. The facilities are top tier being clean, calming and spacious.

Fennies is a great nursery. Since sending our child there, we have seen him grow and develop a lot. The staff are extremely helpful and have a true passion for childhood development and the passion that they have for the children shows, and the enjoyment that my son has going there is great as it allows me to know that he is in the best of hands while we are out at work.

We our recommend Fennies highly! Our 2 year old daughter loves going to nursery, she started in the baby room, around 11months. The staff are very warm, caring and fun. They set up various activities throughout the day for the children and they have a lovely garden. Our daughter talks about her friends, has a good nap there and eats well.

This nursery is above 5 stars reviews the staff at this nursery is exceptional with attention to care for your child and always going above and beyond to support the child and family. The staff are so friendly and the establishment is so clean and so well planned out that the kids have so much fun with all the activities and the also cater to parents inviting us to all taking part activities with our child. I am truly so grateful to all the staff or this nursery and so thankful to be apart of the Ealing Fennies family

We couldn't be happier with Fennies. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear this was a special place. The staff are incredibly nurturing, kind, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. They've created a warm, playful and welcoming environment.

What really stands out is the level of care and attention to detail. The team goes above and beyond, making thoughtful observations about my daughter's health, emotional development, and overall wellbeing. They don't just look after the children. They truly care of them, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind.

Both the staff in the rooms and the management are amazing. Communication is seamless, and they're always happy to answer questions or share updates. You can feel the passion and dedication in everything they do.

I no longer live that close to Fennies but I wouldn't dream of moving my daughter somewhere else. Highly recommended nursery.

My son has been at Fennies Ealing for almost 1 year now and we all love it. The spaces are clean, well illuminated and open. The staff is lovely and caring, they all have great communication and send daily updates and photos. They build great relationships with the children. The activities are varied, creative and support development stages and bonding between children. The nursery is really well organised and the manager communicates promptly with parents and carers. The menu is varied and they use sugar rarely prioritising fruit, vegetables and healthy ingredients. We feel really lucky to have found them!
