They do not take your concern and complaint seriously. Whenever you have problem you are alone. They are not open to listen your problem. New teacher starting almost every week and they don't look experienced. And your kid needed to used to it. Manager always busy. They tell you so many things before you start but none of them happen after your start. I have tried around 8 months for my daughter and decided to leave.

One other thing is their breakfast is limited with butter and bread and cereals for breakfast.

Unfortunately, our experience at this nursery has been quite poor due to ongoing staffing issues. Teachers seem to change very frequently, and there often aren't enough staff available. Even the manager sometimes has to step in and cover in the classroom, which suggests they are struggling with numbers.
Communication is also difficult. When we had questions or concerns and tried to speak with someone in charge, it was hard to find the right person. We were often told that staff were busy or unavailable, and getting proper answers or resolutions took a long time.
The nursery also seems to have problems with consistency. Class arrangements and routines often change without much notice, and it's not always clear how decisions are being made. This lack of stability has made it difficult for our child to settle properly.

Overall, while the facilities are nice, the constant staff changes and poor communication have made us question whether this is the right place for our child. We hope the management problem will be resolved soon.

Our daughter joined Fennies Reading in April and we are so glad we choose this nursery for her, the whole team are so caring and truly nurtured our daughter as she transitioned from home to nursery. The management team communicated clearly were understanding and supported us as a whole family really taking the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. Our daughter has had a great start to her nursery life, we get regular updates on her development via the app. What has been so impressive to us is her ability to use sign language since joining the nursery. Her development is really impressive as she has access to lots of fun learning opportunities and her learning is well supported. Most importantly we know she is well cared for and she truly enjoys seeing her key persons and friends everyday.

We were quite apprehensive about our toddler starting nursery, but after meeting Kiri and Tayla on the open day, we were completely sold. Their passion, warmth, and genuine love for what they do instantly put us at ease. We decided to look past the fact that the nursery was new because we could see that these ladies truly live and breathe children - and we've not looked back since.

The transition process was smooth and seamless, and our little one settled in far better than we ever imagined. The care, patience, and attention shown to both the children and parents have been incredible. It's clear that every child is seen and valued as an individual. We couldn't be happier knowing our daughter is in such a nurturing, positive environment surrounded by people who truly care.

I'd like to share our positive experience with the wonderful team at Fennies Reading, as we have entrusted our daughter into their care. From the first tour, we were impressed by the beautiful grounds and spacious, thoughtfully arranged rooms. The range of resources and activities provided by the staff are not only exciting for the children but also fun for adults to observe. Although our daughter initially faced some challenges with settling in and separation at drop-off, the staff were attentive, offering her comfort and distraction when needed. We appreciate how the team keeps us connected through regular photos and daily updates, which help ease our minds. While leaving your child at nursery can be tough, we feel confident in the high standard of care and support our daughter receives at Fennies.

Fennies reading is a great nursery. The environment is very clean, and the staff are warm and helpful. My daughter had a great time there; she was taken care of very well.
