Partou Brinscall Day Nursery & Pre-school

My son loves going to nursery. Annie and Taylor are fantastic and have introduced so many new fun and educational activities into the pre-school room. They really go above and beyond with the children and know them so well as individuals.

The staff are brilliant and my daughter loves attending. They know the children's likes, dislikes, needs and wants on an individual basis. Since Partou took over the nursery the meal choices have really improved, they're nutritious, health and a lot more varied.

However, I find Partou's policies around when a child should be sent home, their refusal to give pain-relief medication and anaesthetic gel for teething and other policies which have been brought in following the acquisition to be overly strict and inflexible. It can really affect working parents who are summoned to collect their child, who when they get home is absolutely fine but can't return for 48 hours. My friend's children at other nurseries do not have these issues so it's unique to Partou.

After a few months of being disappointed re my son not having planned activities, outside play and photos and feedback being very limited, a massive change has occurred during the month of may, my son is happy to attend pre-school, we are informed of his daily activities, there is a structure to the day with a rotating activity plan and the whole vibe of the pre school seems happy and relaxed. A huge thank you to all the staff for this amazing change it was well over due.

My son is currently in the 'Hedgehogs' room. Since starting in this room, he has developed so much.The staff are amazing! They are caring, nurturing and attentive. My son absolutely loves coming to nursery everyday!

Since my daughter started nursery in January she has come on leaps and bounds, the staff have been so nice and welcoming and my daughter loves going to nursery. I have never had to worry about her going to nursery and she smiles every morning i take her and she is still smiling at the end of the day when i pick her up. My daughters development has come on so much and i cannot recommend this nursery enough and im very happy i chose this nursery for my child.

The staff at Partou Brinscall are all very welcoming and friendly. The care they provide to the children is amazing and I feel my child is safe and well looked after in their care. A special mention to my child's key workers Annie and Rhianna, my little boy has really bonded with them and I feel they have had a really positive impact on him settling in, his confidence and his overall learning/development whilst at nursery. I love that I receive regular updates on the app and knowing what he is getting up too, it is really reassuring for parents. Thank you so much for the fantastic care you all provide we really appreciate it :)

The regular updates and photos on the app shows how much fun he has at nursery. The staff are all really good with him and provide lots of experiences and activities for him to join in with.

It's an all-round wonderful nursery.

I have been really happy with every part of Nature Trail Brinscall. The staff are caring and provide fantastic support for my child. The homemade food is fantastic and I love there is always fruit and water on display and available for my child. The regular outdoor play and outings are great and he loves the messy play that is often done with the children. I would recommend Nature Trail to any parent.

The staff are so thoughtful, and really take the time to get to know both parents and children. It has been so lovely to see how much our daughter has gained confidence and developed since she has been there.

Our child has been at Nature Trail in Brinscall since she was 7 months old and we have always felt it's been a safe and happy place for her. The team always keep us well informed and have adapted to our daughter's needs as she's developed. The rooms and outdoor spaces are kept clean and full of interesting things for the children to play with. Our daughter has thrived at Nature Trail and loves going to nursery to see her friends, key worker and other staff.

My child really enjoys going into this nursery which is such a nice thing to see and is a reflection on all the wonderful staff there. They do so many different activities and are often taking the children into the woods and to the park. My child has come along so much since being at the nursery and I know they are being looked after really well.
