Day Nurseries Owned by Ashbourne Day Nurseries

Our son joined this nursery as he turned 1 and we have only just left due to a nursery opening closer to home. We've been through the last agency with them and change of managers. The new manager, Delia, and her team have been brilliant. They were always available if we needed to speak to them and greeted our son at the door with a smile everyday, no matter what. He loved going in and would always talk about what/who he'd played with.

My son has been attending for over a year now and I can honestly say that the staff have been nothing short of amazing! They are always available to discuss any concerns, provide great feedback on pickups and are extremely warm and welcoming to both me and my son! My son loves attending and has developed close connections with his key workers! I would definitely recommend the nursery to friends and family!

I just want to say how wonderful this nursery has been for my son over the past couple of months. From the very beginning, he has settled in so well, and I honestly credit the amazing staff for that. Everyone is kind, professional, and really tuned in to the children's needs. The attention to detail, the warmth, and the genuine care make such a difference, not just for the children but for us as parents too. A special shout out goes to Nadia in the baby room, who has been absolutely amazing. She has such a natural, caring way with the children and my son talks about her constantly at home. It's clear she takes time to really see each child and respond to them with patience and kindness. Communication with parents has also been brilliant. Updates are clear, friendly, and thoughtful, which makes leaving your child feel so much easier. Overall, this nursery has been an amazing experience and I feel very lucky to have Nadia and the whole team looking after my son.

Thank you so much for the wonderful care and support the team of Ashbourne at Oxley Park have given my son from when he started nursery at 7months to 4years. I truly appreciate the patience, warmth, and all the fun activities Ashbourne planned. The teachers have all made such a positive impact on his confidence and love for learning and I couldn't have asked for a better nursery than Ashbourne.

My little girl has been at Pineham for 10 months, starting at just 6 months old. Leaving your baby at nursery is heartbreaking, even as a second-time mum, but the team have made it so much easier.

A huge thank you to Anais and Maddy, her familiar faces from day one, for their love, warmth and care. Anais' promotion to Deputy Manager is so well deserved! Although I worried about the change, the whole team have built a lovely bond with my little girl, and I'm so grateful.

Regular photos, updates, fun activities and park trips give me peace of mind. Seeing her big smile reassures me I made the right choice. The staff are patient and comforting, even on difficult mornings, and communication is fantastic.

The wider team are equally lovely, always recognising and greeting us. Chantel has been fantastic as Manager, approachable and responsive, introducing positive changes like a sensory room and parent events.

Thank you all at Pineham for making my little girl feel safe, happy and loved.

My daughter Ava has been at the nursery since she was 1 and she absolutely loves the staff , I made a decision to cut her hours at Ashbourne to go to the school nursery, and the school nursery made a comment about Ava being the only child that knew her phonics at group time and how amazing she has done and this is honestly down to the staff at Ashbourne , I can't thank the staff enough at how amazing they are , she still cries every time she realises she has to go to school nursery and not here :( great nursery thank you so much !

Cannot recommend this nursery enough, my child started here last month and they were so supportive through the settling in process and I can already tell she will thrive here. All the staff we have seen are so happy to welcome her in the morning and even after long days will always have a smile on their face when we collect, it has made it so easy to leave her in their care. A special mention to the managers who made it so straightforward to apply and get her started and to her key member Ruby who has welcomed our child and celebrated her development from her settles until now. Our daughter have made so much progress already since starting nursery and everyone seems so proud of her developing.

We have had a brilliant experience of Ashbourne day nursery, our daughter was very shy and does struggle with the room moves as she got older but everyone and every room have been lovely and supportive. Everyone I have met and spoken to are very warm and will answer any questions.

I cannot ask enough of this nursery, they go above and beyond consistently since my child enrolled. It's really put me at ease knowing my child is cared for. They have offered parents evenings and sensory groups free of charge, which have been really reassuring and gives us an insight into what their experience is like and how the staff interact with my child. They update the app regularly and I've even seen my child's development thrive since she's been at Pineham. I can see they are trying to continually think outside of the box to give the children new experiences, I'm so thankful to the staff!

The app we use to communicate with the nursery and see how he's doing is excellent and makes everything so easy. The team are always sending updates and letting us know how he's getting on and what he has been up to. Now he's older he goes outside in the garden quite often. The space isn't huge but I think it's perfect for the children's needs.

My daughter has additional needs and new onset epilepsy, she has attended this nursery from 12 months old and is now approaching 4. They have been truly amazing at implementing care plans and supporting me with any additional care requirements in and outside of the nursery. I don't know what I'd have done without them.

What can I say about this nursery other than it's amazing. I have done a review before for my daughter but now both my daughter and son go here and they love it. They are working wonders with my daughter and her speech. And my son only started in September and he has settle in beautifully he wasn't so sure at the beginning but they made him very comfortable and took it at his pace. They both absolutely love going to nursery. The staff are absolutely wonderful as well always so happy to help and listen to whatever concerns I have with the kids. Highly recommend this nursery

Amazing staff who were very welcoming to both parents and children. There was an instant feel of community. Staff are lovely always keep myself updated which is really reassuring.

We have had such a lovely experience at Ashbourne Pineham Nursery. The first few weeks were quite emotional for me as a mum. I had so many feelings and worries about how my little girl would settle and manage without me. After her first settling session, she came home and said the name "ARRI". My husband and I were in tears because it was such a special moment and showed us that she was beginning to feel comfortable and connected at nursery. It took her around three weeks to fully settle in, but I'm so happy to say that she is now really enjoying her time at nursery. It is such a lovely feeling to see her happy, confident and excited to go in. She is so well looked after, supported and cared for, and I can genuinely see how much she is learning and growing. A special thank you to Bethany, Chantel, Lisa and Sarah. Knowing that my little one is in such loving and capable hands gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her.

Excellent nursery. The team create such a lovely atmosphere for our little one to develop and grow! Noticeable improvement in my child's language skills with all the amazing activities the nursery offer on a daily basis! Highly Recommend

Absolutely fantastic nursery I can't rate them highly enough. The manager was so accommodating with our settle sessions and is so caring you can genuinely feel and see that she loves her job as well as all the staff in my son's room. He has allergies which I was so worried about but they have been amazing & so accommodating. I am very impressed with their robust risk assessments and care plans. I really struggled leaving him but the staff were not only supportive to my baby but also to me. They provide lovely and frequent updates which I find so helpful & reassuring. The nursery is very clean and feels very safe & secure. Every member of staff I have interacted with even those who don't directly look after my son have been so helpful & friendly. I can honestly say I am so so glad we chose this nursery and we looked at a fair few. Thank you Ashbourne team your care & dedication doesn't go unnoticed

From the moment my little boy started at Ashbourne Day Nursery, we were made to feel so welcome and supported. As a parent, leaving your child for the first time can be emotional and worrying, especially when your little one is nervous too. The team were incredibly patient, reassuring and caring, and helped make what could have been a difficult transition into such a positive experience. My little boy has come on so much since starting and has grown in confidence thanks to the wonderful care and encouragement he receives. It is clear that the staff genuinely love what they do, and the children are surrounded by so much warmth, fun and kindness. A special thank you to Sue and Lesley, who my little boy absolutely adores and who have helped him feel so safe and settled. Also, thank you to Cole, Shelley, Hayley and Lou for everything they do to make Ashbourne such a happy and welcoming place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery!

Starting nursery can be such a worrying time as a parent, but they made the whole process so much easier for both me and my son. They kept me updated, gave him lots of attention and made sure he was settled at his own pace without ever making him feel rushed. It was so lovely seeing how quickly he started to feel comfortable with the staff and his new surroundings. You can really tell that they genuinely care about the children and want them to feel safe, happy and loved. A massive thank you to all the staff for being so amazing during his settling sessions. It has given me so much confidence knowing he is in such good hands.

.

Wonderful staff, lovely cosy setting and fantastic care of the children. Meals are varied and nutritious, the Montessori led approach to toys and activities is also wonderful. I always feel reassured my daughter is in safe, loving hands with the staff at Ashbourne - it has a real family feel with all the staff taking a real interest in the kids individual personalities and I feel reassured they all genuinely care for their little nursery community! My daughter loves Ashbourne!
