I could not recommend this nursery more highly. My child has been there only 3 months, she settled immediately and is now thriving.
The nursery has a variety of indoor and outdoor toys and there are new exciting activities/arts and crafts/ messy play put on for the children each day. They spend lots
of time outdoors and even sometimes go on outings.
The garden is big and full of appropriate toys and vehicles to play with.
All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and warm. I feel that my child is in an environment where she feels safe and loved and is able to develop strong relationships with the staff and her peers. The daily updates and information shared about my child and their setting is consistent and more than I hoped for. They even have Spanish lessons once a week!!

The staff are simply wonderful with the children. They seem to really enjoy working closely with them and offer some helpful tips on how we get through the different stages.
Not the greatest on the admin side of things when trying to contact the overall wider team. But overall our child loves going,
which is the most important part.

When searching for a nursery, I struggled to find one that I was comfortable with. Although I was looking for an all year round nursery, the Butterfly Patch in Sutton stood out to me, and I decided to make things work around the term time only attendance. The nursery manager has been absolutely amazing.
I was so nervous about sending my baby to nursery but she has been so helpful from first contact until now. She has always been available to answer all my queries, and has made the transition an exceptional experience. When visiting the nursery I could tell that the children there were happy, and that the staff there are caring and attentive to the needs of the children. Although it's not the biggest setting, and as mentioned it's restricted to term time only, I truly feel that I have chosen the best place for my child from the great care and service provided by all members of staff. I am so grateful for all they do, and want to ensure that their efforts are recognised.

This nursery is outstanding in all areas. I have had two children at this nursery, my youngest is about to graduate pre-school but both joined at 6 months and moved through baby, toddler and pre-school rooms. The care my children receive is like leaving your children with a second family. Parents meetings
and reports show that they take great care getting to know your children and understand and cater to their specific needs and interests. The activities they provide are outstanding and educational, lots of visits and trips to the local area, amazing imaginative and well thought out experiences such as "taking a flight to China" during Chinese new year, which included each child having their own "passport" and "collecting stamps" and having their snack on the "plane". My boy spoke about this activity for weeks after. I have been so happy with the care they have provided over the last 6 years and I will be sad to see my youngest graduate this summer. Highly recommend this amazing place!

Our son has been at Butterfly Patch Hampton Court since he was 11 months old and the progress that we have seen in him is amazing! The staff are ALL so caring towards him (even those that don't work in his room) and we are greeted with huge smiles every morning. The range of experiences offered is fantastic-
from science week activities to daily outings, storytime to cooking, the photos we receive via the app always show happy, engaged learners. We always send our son in to nursery with the knowledge that he will be fed a healthy diet, offered a safe space for a nap and be given play opportunities both inside and outside all whilst being cared for by the most amazing team! We absolutely love Butterfly Patch and would highly recommend it to anybody.

My daughter loves going to this nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming. She always has a day packed full of interesting and exciting activities that help her develop. I get to see her progress through daily updates on the app they use. They take the children outside every day and sometimes on
excursions to local green spaces. The nursery serves a variety of different food at meal times which is included in the fees. They also provide nappies which is something less to think about. My daughter is in her first year of nursery and I'm glad we have found the perfect place for her to go.

My daughter has been attending the nursery full-time since 2023, when she was just one year old. This review is based on our experience in 2024. She has really enjoyed her time in the toddler room, especially the engaging activities that keep her happy and stimulated. The level of care provided is excellent,
and the communication from the staff has been very good, keeping us informed about her progress and daily experiences. Now, as she transitions to the pre-school room, the attention to her individual needs is as expected. They ensure she feels comfortable and confident in this next stage of her development. She has also made wonderful friends and has sociably developed so much during her time at the nursery, which has been amazing to see. We are very pleased with the nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents.

My daughter has been attending Butterfly Patch in Cobham for just under a year and she loves it! She goes in with a smile and comes out with one. I have 3 older children who have all attended day nurseries and I can definitely say this is by far my favourite. The staff are all lovely and welcoming.
They play some really inventive games with the children to help them reach their developmental goals. The garden is my daughter's favourite and especially loves the water play in the summer. The meals are all freshly made and my daughter is encouraged to try new foods.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now and has really developed her confidence in social interaction. She enjoys playing and reading with the other little ones and always speaks about her friends at home. The nursery cater to our daughter by offering her alternative foods if she
does not eat what is on the menu and she is an extreme picky eater which we are grateful for.

Our daughter is always happy to go to nursery and loves the exciting activities on offer. The children get to go on local trips to feed the ducks or shopping for ingredients.
The app is absolutely brilliant for sharing information with parents...whether it's eating, sleeping, toilet trips, or the
children's learning journey! It's a great way to communicate with the nursery throughout the day. The children spend plenty of time outside and have lots of healthy snacks. The staff really love and care about the children.
