I honestly cannot praise this nursery enough. The team are absolutely brilliant and go above and beyond every single day. They always keep me fully up to date with everything - from daily activities to progress and little milestones - which gives me so much reassurance as a parent.

support, advice or just a chat about anything, they have been amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely care.
The love, attention and quality of care they give to my children is exceptional. You can clearly see how passionate they are about what they do, and it shows in how happy and settled my children are.
I absolutely love this nursery and would 110% recommend it to everyone. We feel so lucky to be part of it!

My daughter attends Ashbourne Day Nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Since starting nursery, I have seen wonderful growth and development in her, which truly reflects the dedication of the staff.

with warm smiles, and my daughter absolutely loves them. She is always happy and excited to go, which gives me great reassurance as a parent.
Communication is excellent. At pick-up, they update me on her day and even notice the smallest changes. I always feel she is in safe and caring hands. The regular photo updates on the app also make me feel connected and happy to see her enjoying her time.
I'm truly grateful for the care and support they provide and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My children have been attending this nursery since they were 4 months old, and I honestly couldn't be happier.
My son is almost 4 and my daughter is 2, and they absolutely love it there.

little behind on her speech which they are more than happy to help with and we have all notice she is saying new words and I'm so happy that they understand her as much as I do.
I'm so happy I found this nursery for her.

My daughter started last January 2025 and there has been a vast improvement at the nursery over the last 8 months. My daughter loves going to nursery to see the new activities to do each day and she loves the theme days. The teachers have got to know her so well which makes her not just a number, this
was something very important to me when she was starting nursery. All the teachers are lovely and they are some lovely touches to the nursery which makes them just abit more special than other nurseries. They are doing a great job.

My little boy has been attending Ashbourne Pineham for 3 months now i couldnt be happier with the care he has received all the staff are patient and understanding and have taken the time to get to know him
Even though drop off are still sometimes hard more on me than him its clear he has made bonds
with the staff
I have seen progress in his development already i get regular updates on what he is up to and different play activities which sometimes we even get photos through the app he clearly is having the time of his life it gives me peace of mind he is in the best of care

At the beginning, my son found it very difficult to settle and would often cry and refuse to go to nursery. With the incredible support, patience, and care from the teachers and the headteacher, he has now completely settled in. Even though he's not talking yet, it's clear how much he enjoys going -
he smiles as soon as we arrive and is always happy when I pick him up. I'm so grateful to the staff for helping him feel safe, confident, and happy in their care. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a truly caring and supportive environment for their child.

Absolutely love this nursery, my son started here when he was just over 2. The staff were very supportive and helped my son to settle in quickly. As he's now attended the setting for over a year it is lovely to see how confident he has become. He will go in independently and has even started making
good progress with his speech, from the support of his key person. When I have expressed concerns over the lack of speech, the staff supported his development giving him lots of opportunities to learn new words.
The setting and staff are amazing I look forward to seeing my son develop more in readiness for school. My youngest will be starting the setting soon too and I know she will get the same love and support my son receives.

My daughter has been with the nursery since 2022. It's undergone a lot of change and honestly a lot of bad times. She's had 4 nursery managers. The current manager being the 4th and final one. He and the team have really made this place so amazing. They came in and did what needed to be done for the
good of the children. Our daughter has now graduated and they have done the most amazing send off for the kids. Special thanks to the ladies in the preschoolers room for everything they did for our little girl. I've spoken harshly of the nursery before but that is definitely no longer the case. At one point we were going to pull our daughter out of the nursery but then along came this manager and 2024/2025 has been a fantastic time for our daughter. We've now got our youngest starting there soon as we've been so impressed. I recommend this nursery to all parents in the area.

We've just had the graduation party at Ashbourne at Pineham and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to create a truly special day for the children and families.
There was a brilliant disco that the kids loved, a buffet and even a gift bag for every child. You could really
see the care and effort the team put into every detail. The children felt so celebrated, and their little faces lit up with joy throughout the whole event.
It was such a wonderful way to mark the end of their time at nursery, and a perfect reflection of the love, dedication, and support the staff have shown all year.
A huge thank you to the manager and the amazing team we're so grateful for everything you've done.

I have been with Ashbourne Mawsley since they opened, but the manager and some of the other staff have been my children's childcare since 2016 under the previous nursery.
My daughter leaves this year and am devasted that we can't take the staff with us. I feel so safe leaving my children in their care

They are more than just a nursery provider they are extended family and friends. I have a great bond with them all, including the most amazing chef, as does my daughter. 100% 10/10 nursery

Both of my children love coming to this nursery and constantly talk about the staff and their nursery friends whenever they aren't there! Their confidence has grown since coming to the nursery and they really enjoy all of the activities that they do throughout the day. The girls who work at the nursery
are lovely and very welcoming to both children and parents, and the lady who prepares and cooks the food is brilliant - my children love the food and seem to eat a lot more of her cooking than they do mine haha!

Brilliant nursery couldn't ask for better for my son he loves his time there has so much fun and thrives in the learning too. The staff truly care for the children and know all their traits good and bad

Our son and daughter have been at Pineham Nursery for over a year now. Since the manager started the whole nursery has completely turned around, and we can honestly say we are absolutely blown away with how welcoming and caring the nursery has become. A massive thank you to three members of staff in
particular who our little ones utterly adore. Our children have developed immensely over the past 6 months and that's massively down to the new structure the manager and the staff have implemented. A massive thank you to everyone at Pineham for your constant care and love towards our little ones.
