This is such a friendly, fun, evolving nursery. All 3 of my children have attended here, and all 3 of them have loved it. They always go bounding in excited, happy and confident.
The environment is safe, fun and stimulating. Over the past year, the nursery has been transformed in so many fab ways.

new manager is dedicated, proactive and seems really motivated to make the nursery and staff the best they can be. It is really clear that the welfare, safety and happiness of the children is at the heart of everything they do.
The nursery plans so many exciting events and experiences for the children too. The children even have Spanish lessons where they learn simple phrases, counting and songs in Spanish.
All of the staff are kind, caring, fun and loving. They all really create an environment for my children that feels like a home from home. It's so nice to know that I am dropping my children off each morning to a place where they are going to feel loved, safe and valued.

Extremely satisfied with my pre schooler s experience at Ashbourne day nurseries. He has been going since he turned 2 in toddler room and couldn't complain then cannot complain now. The teachers and the whole staff lot are absolutely wonderful and it's always a delight to talk to them about my kiddy.
Recommend Ashbourne to everybody I know for a safe , sound and happy school experience .

Amazing nursery, amazing staff and a wonderful manager. Both kids attended and my youngest love it there. He is refusing the idea of going to a different one. He loves his teachers and friends. At some point he calls his teachers as his friends. The manager Carly is amazing, patient and understanding.
She helps and attends to requests almost every time we need her and instantly.

My daughter is enjoying her nursery a lot, but more than anything, she is genuinely happy there. Her smile says it all, and that's everything for me as a parent.She is learning so many good things which helps us.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was one year old. The staff have always been caring, supportive, and know her extremely well.
She previously attended another nursery where I was frequently contacted because she struggled to settle. However, this has never been an issue at Ashbourne.

The staff manage her needs very well and allow her to feel comfortable and settled throughout the day.
I am also very impressed with the nursery's security. If someone else is collecting my daughter, the procedures are very thorough, which gives me great peace of mind.

My son attends this nursery and is getting on very well. He is learning new skills all the time and developing really well. We receive frequent photo updates through the nursery app, along with general feedback on his progress, which we really appreciate. The staff are supportive and keep us well informed,
giving us confidence that he is happy and well cared for.

The nursery staff are wonderful! My daughter struggled to settle in to nursery at first, and now she is so excited to see each and every one of them at morning drop off. She's tried lots of new foods at lunch time, and we can see her becoming more sociable as the weeks go on. I feel so relaxed leaving
my daughter there when I go to work, and have no concerns. A wonderful team who plan so many activities for the kids, and keep the parents updated with photos all week.

My child has been attending this nursery since he was 12 months old and a lot has changed since then. There appears to be a high turnover of staff which can unsettle the children and I think it's taken a while for the nursery to adjust to change. It would be nice to see some of the actions being implemented
following the Ofsted inspection but they seem to be outstanding yet nursery prices have continued to rise, which is incredibly frustrating. However, I think the staff genuinely care for the children and this is lovely to see.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. She has grown so much in confidence. Overall we've had a lovely experience so far at Ashbourne. Our son is always happy to go in and they do a lot to keep them busy and entertained with varied activities. All the carers know him well and there is a nice family feel to it. We often receive updates and photos of what they're up to during
the day which is great. Reading some of the past reviews I also feel like they have done a lot improvements.

My baby girl was just 3 month old when she started and so far we had a great experience. Everyone has been truly amazing.
From working with us regarding our wishes re feeding, nap times etc. to getting new toys in that are suitable for her young age.

My young joined a group of a bit older than herself babies and I was very impressed seeing how the young are being thought table manners and hygiene like washing hands before meals.

Ashbourne at Wing is a fantastic childcare setting. We're onto child #3, and over the last 5 years we've seen the brilliant 'nursery ladies' handle everything from squabbles to Covid with professionalism and love.
We've had matters of concern addressed immediately, and we have no question that our
kids will be looked after to the standard we expect.
My older kids still talk about the friends they made there, and the staff are delighted to see them and find out how they're getting on.
Through many changes of staff over the years, the culture and quality of the place has remained superb, and the 'experienced hands' seem to hire and nurture more like them to bolster the ranks.

Child had been going to Ashbourne at Wing since January and I can't fault it. The staff are lovely and welcoming. They have great activities throughout the year from dress up to sports days there's always an activity to keep the kids entertained!

Both of our children have attended Ashbourne nursery in Wing from a very young age and we've always been very happy with the level of care they've received. Our youngest is almost at the end of their time at the nursery and we'll be sad for them to leave. Both our children have been very well supported
and always enjoyed going to nursery. The ladies are super friendly and approachable and even at times if we've had issues, they always take these seriously and I feel like action is taken promptly.
We have had issues previously due to mis communication regarding changing of core hours and additional charges, which we picked up on and were able to correct, but had we been less vigilant it could have gone unnoticed. Since new management has come in it feels like this has been sorted.
Overall we are very happy and would recommend.

We have been so happy with the care of both our children at Wing nursery! All staff members are so kind and caring and have made transitioning from nursery to school with our eldest so much easier! Thank you to all the staff at Wing!

My daughter adores your setting, she's always so happy to attend.
As a parent you have to feel comfortable leaving your child in an environment you know they will thrive in and here I most certainly do.
Staff are always so friendly and helpful and the nursery manager is always very approachable

I was really nervous about sending my son to nursery as he's my first, but I honestly didn't need to worry at all. The staff in the baby room have been amazing, so kind, caring, and welcoming. My little boy has settled in really well, even though he still struggles a bit with drop-off some mornings!
The staff are fantastic with him and always reassure me that he's absolutely fine once I leave, which really helps put my mind at ease. It's clear how much they care about each child. They're also great at keeping the app updated with everything from meals to nappy changes! I couldn't have asked for a better nursery, the staff really go above and beyond.
