My young joined a group of a bit older than herself babies and I was very impressed seeing how the young are being thought table manners and hygiene like washing hands before meals.
It's been lovely seeing pictures from her daily play and getting updates on the app.

My older kids still talk about the friends they made there, and the staff are delighted to see them and find out how they're getting on.

Through many changes of staff over the years, the culture and quality of the place has remained superb, and the 'experienced hands' seem to hire and nurture more like them to bolster the ranks.

and always enjoyed going to nursery. The ladies are super friendly and approachable and even at times if we've had issues, they always take these seriously and I feel like action is taken promptly.
We have had issues previously due to mis communication regarding changing of core hours and additional charges, which we picked up on and were able to correct, but had we been less vigilant it could have gone unnoticed. Since new management has come in it feels like this has been sorted.
Overall we are very happy and would recommend.

The staff are fantastic with him and always reassure me that he's absolutely fine once I leave, which really helps put my mind at ease. It's clear how much they care about each child. They're also great at keeping the app updated with everything from meals to nappy changes! I couldn't have asked for a better nursery, the staff really go above and beyond.

always well thought out, creative, and help the children learn while having fun. I've noticed such a boost in her confidence, communication, and independence since she started here. The nursery also keeps us well-informed with regular updates and photos, which is such a lovely touch.

taking the time to answer all my questions and really listen to what matters to me as a parent. They were warm, professional, and clearly passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children.

The rooms were bright, clean and full of exciting activities, and the outdoor play space looked fantastic too.

I also really liked how organised everything seemed, from their daily routines to how they communicate with parents. Even as a visitor, I left feeling confident that children here are really well cared for and supported.

Ashbourne Day Nurseries has definitely left a great first impression and is high on our list of potential nurseries for the future.

are polite, well-behaved and have developed really strong friendships.
That said, we have had some issue with the management: major changes to how care is structured, staff changes and changes to the hours just haven't been communicated at all, and we have very little visibility into what goes on behind the door - only what our daughter tells us. We've also struggled to get our daughter the support she has needed with toileting difficulties, to the point that we are only just starting to make progress because our daughter is more able to take responsibility herself and not rely on staff to help or remind her. There is a new manager so hopefully this will change.

think the program they put on and the care provided is outstanding and I trust them fully in all their decisions. My daughter has as well recently started and hasn't taken long to feel comfortable in her surroundings. I would highly recommend Ashbourne to anyone local looking for a placement.

they are very encouraging with the children when playing or during activities they give good feedback on the day and make time to talk to people. it's a delight to collect my granddaughter so happy and excited to tell me what she has been exploring through out the day
