Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Ashbourne Day Nurseries Grantham. From the very first day, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive-not just to the children, but to the parents as well. It's clear that the team truly loves what they do.

The environment is bright, safe, and engaging, with plenty of age-appropriate toys, learning materials, and outdoor playtime.

Communication is excellent-we're always kept up to date with what our child has been doing each day, and any questions or concerns are responded to quickly and thoughtfully.

We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing and supportive place. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Ashbourne Day Nurseries Grantham for the love and care you give every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and happy space for their little one!

Very happy with my son's nursery choice so far. They made lots of effort to settle him in and make sure he was ok before I returned to work during my maternity leave. All questions are always answered and they try their best to accommodate my son's routine so he's almost home from home! He's bonded very well with the staff and always seems happy. I receive regular updates throughout the day so I know everything that's happening. All the staff are kind, welcoming and put you at ease. Thank you all for looking after my boy :)

100% recommend Ashbourne Day Nursery - Grantham. My little girl has been with them since she was 6 months old. Watching her develop and grow as a person since being with this nursery is unbelievable. Staff are very supportive and accommodating especially as my daughter was in a hip spica cast from 3-6 months.

My son was in attendance here for one day a week. but they kept sending him home. First for being understaffed, then it was too hot/understaffed. The final straw was receiving a phone call and being told my son might have 'ringworm or foot and mouth'. They were a couple insect bites, i knew he had them and sent him anyway cause it was obvious they were nothing. i took him doctors after to be safe and the doctor agreed with me. Just insect bites. After all that, i just wanted him in a nursery where he isn't sent home all the time. so i asked he be removed and we be refunded the 2 and a half days he missed. i was told this had been accepted. Problem is they say my refund is £61. i was charged £46 per day. 46 x 2.5 does not equal 61.

Ashbourne Day Nursery has been wonderful not only with my son but with myself. Coming of maternity and coming into a full time job and trying to figure out hours and days that work best with nursery and myself they have put me to ease. They have gone above and beyond to help fit everything into place , I can not thank them enough. They always make me feel at ease with any questions I have and seem to have bonded with my son. Another lady was amazing with him to. Another lady who is new who I have not met seems to be blending in well with the nursery and I can only imagine will also make my son feel at ease. They provide messy play, outdoor play and indoor activity's. They even got an extra cucumber on the shopping list as she knows it's my sons favourite :) can not recommend them enough l!!!
