Ashbourne is a lovely nursery that is welcoming and friendly, it has great facilities and outside space. The team and manager are very sweet and helpful. Also the setting is very nice and clean and an amazing place for children!

This is the last year of my twins at this nursery, and what a journey it has been! The staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive to both my twins and me.

I would like to give a special thank you to Ishma, the manager. Within a week of starting, she identified my child's needs, and we began the EHCP process. She implemented several reasonable adjustments and put important support in place, which has made a real difference.

My twins genuinely enjoy coming to nursery, and I can see the excitement, especially from my child with additional needs. This is a true reflection of the care, attention, and dedication the staff show toward all the children.

I am so grateful that my child attended this nursery during our short stay in Birmingham. My baby's first few weeks were challenging both for her and for the staff due to it being her first time away from family . Through the settling in period up until when she started fully, the staff were nothing short of amazing. I can say wholeheartedly that my baby received the best care possible. She was loved, nurtured and cared for much beyond my expectations even through the days she would be sick from crying. The staff were always quick to reassure me in addition to the updates on the parent app. Her language and sensory development while attending the nursery makes me so happy and I'm thankful to each and every single staff who made my baby's time memorable.

Amazing nursery always have good activities out for kids to play and look after my son well. Really helped a lot with potty training. Always give me updates on my son's progress and any concerns raised they will let me know straight away.

We will miss Ashbourne and wish everyone the very best.

My daughter is currently at this nursery and previously my son was too. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. The staff are fantastic and the manager goes above and beyond. My daughter is thriving and has already learned so much thanks to the helpful, friendly, and child-focused staff team. The location is great, as the nursery is purpose-built. As mentioned the manager couldn't do enough, she got stuck in with everything. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I am not keen on the parent app they use, however, that's not a reflection on the great care they provide.

The nursery operates at high standards, providing to kids not only basic care but also promoting their development. My child is very happy there and I can see her progress in different areas. The nursery staff organise a lot of activities, and theme days, and encourage kids' knowledge of the world. The only thing that might need to be slightly improved is the parent's app, but with current technologies, I believe that is only a matter of time. Overall - very happy!

I am happy with the nursery, its staff, and its overall setting. The nursery staff cares about my daughter's development and provides regular updates. My daughter likes to be there, to play with their friends. There is a nice outdoor space - not many nurseries in the city centre have a garden. As a recommendation for improvement, I would suggest updating the app on everyday kids' activities to be a bit more informative.

Very good nursery, I would rate 10/10. The staff are really nice, friendly and supportive, from manager to the teachers. They always have a smile on their face. Really good environment. My son loves going to the nursery and always wants to be with his teachers. It's clean and they give healthy snacks to the kids. I'm very satisfied with the nursery.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a few months now she is fully settled and is happy to go into nursery. The relationships that she’s formed with the staff are amazing and I can fully trust them with my daughter. I like the communication between the staff and parents at the end of the session They always give a brief rundown of how their day has been even if they’ve been sad or upset they will let you know. Children have a routine from the minute they walk in the staff are well organised and always have plenty of activities for the children to do. I would recommend anyone looking for a nursery to put this on the top of the list. I was so sceptical about sending my daughter to nursery, but now she has joined this one I am so happy to see her thriving.

Our little one enjoys attending to the nursery and is very used to the daily routine.

Ashbourne (Hodge Hill) is a place I would highly recommend. The building is clean and minimalistic, nothing too overbearing. My child has a clear structure to his day and I am informed at every stage about what he’s doing. There are clear safeguarding policies, which are followed. For instance, a minor ailment will be reported promptly and I would have my own paperwork to take home. My child has developed tremendously at nursery. He has become very social and is always happy to be there. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The app is also a very useful tool, which is used effectively to keep parents updated. The best thing is that the learning is child-centred, therefore nothing is ever too rushed and it’s tailored to the child’s individual needs.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for over 12 months and from her first day there she has absolutely loved it, she is looked after so well by all the ladies at the nursery and always comes back home happy and telling us about the staff and how they played and how her day went. They have been great with her and helped her develop since she has started and this can be seen as she grows while going to nursery here, big thank you to all the staff here.

Great garden space and big-sized rooms for kids to enjoy. He has also picked up on new words and has developed his language very well.

Good care and nurturing environment. My child thrived and I can recommend this nursery for its dedicated staff. As there is always opportunity for improvement so I can suggest having some more learning activities for 2-3-year-old children and updating to parents on a weekly basis. Overall I am very satisfied with the staff and care they provide to my child.

The best nursery we could only dream about. Because of the staff working there since it was Aston Uni nursery, and new members are also lovely. They make almost every day in the nursery special for kids. I’m sure that kids develop there very well, doing lots of things, that they are safe and that they are in a positive atmosphere of love and support.
