My little girl has been at Pineham for 10 months, starting at just 6 months old. Leaving your baby at nursery is heartbreaking, even as a second-time mum, but the team have made it so much easier.
A huge thank you to Anais and Maddy, her familiar faces from day one, for their love, warmth and care. Anais' promotion to Deputy Manager is so well deserved! Although I worried about the change, the whole team have built a lovely bond with my little girl, and I'm so grateful.
Regular photos, updates, fun activities and park trips give me peace of mind. Seeing her big smile reassures me I made the right choice. The staff are patient and comforting, even on difficult mornings, and communication is fantastic.
The wider team are equally lovely, always recognising and greeting us. Chantel has been fantastic as Manager, approachable and responsive, introducing positive changes like a sensory room and parent events.
Thank you all at Pineham for making my little girl feel safe, happy and loved.

I cannot ask enough of this nursery, they go above and beyond consistently since my child enrolled. It's really put me at ease knowing my child is cared for. They have offered parents evenings and sensory groups free of charge, which have been really reassuring and gives us an insight into what their experience is like and how the staff interact with my child. They update the app regularly and I've even seen my child's development thrive since she's been at Pineham. I can see they are trying to continually think outside of the box to give the children new experiences, I'm so thankful to the staff!

We have had such a lovely experience at Ashbourne Pineham Nursery. The first few weeks were quite emotional for me as a mum. I had so many feelings and worries about how my little girl would settle and manage without me. After her first settling session, she came home and said the name "ARRI". My husband and I were in tears because it was such a special moment and showed us that she was beginning to feel comfortable and connected at nursery. It took her around three weeks to fully settle in, but I'm so happy to say that she is now really enjoying her time at nursery. It is such a lovely feeling to see her happy, confident and excited to go in. She is so well looked after, supported and cared for, and I can genuinely see how much she is learning and growing. A special thank you to Bethany, Chantel, Lisa and Sarah. Knowing that my little one is in such loving and capable hands gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her.

Absolutely fantastic nursery I can't rate them highly enough. The manager was so accommodating with our settle sessions and is so caring you can genuinely feel and see that she loves her job as well as all the staff in my son's room. He has allergies which I was so worried about but they have been amazing & so accommodating. I am very impressed with their robust risk assessments and care plans. I really struggled leaving him but the staff were not only supportive to my baby but also to me. They provide lovely and frequent updates which I find so helpful & reassuring. The nursery is very clean and feels very safe & secure. Every member of staff I have interacted with even those who don't directly look after my son have been so helpful & friendly. I can honestly say I am so so glad we chose this nursery and we looked at a fair few. Thank you Ashbourne team your care & dedication doesn't go unnoticed

My little girl started nursery in April, and she has settled in so incredibly well. The staff have been amazing from day one and always show her so much love, care and attention. Going back to work after maternity leave and leaving your baby for the first time with people they don't know can be such an emotional and daunting experience. I was naturally nervous, but the staff made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that she was happy, safe and well cared for. I also really love the app and the regular updates I receive throughout the day. It's so lovely being able to see what she's been getting up to, the activities she's been enjoying and all the little moments throughout her day. It really helps me feel connected to her while I'm at work.
It makes me so happy to see how much she loves coming to nursery and how excited she is to see everyone. I couldn't have wished for a better start for her, and I'm so grateful to all the staff for everything they do.

They bring so much creativity to the daily activities, keeping the children constantly engaged, curious, and excited to learn. More importantly, they are deeply nurturing. We have seen so much positive development in our child's confidence and skills since joining. The Chef is very thorough and has ensured my sons dietary requirements are met and double checked with us. I would recommend this nursery to others. It is very good prep for pre schoolers to give them the right skills & environment to be school ready.

The children get lots of snacks throughout the day and nutritious lunches. Recent high temperatures have made us aware that the building could do with modernising, air conditioning installation would be very beneficial for the children's (and staffs) welfare during the hot temperatures, however we cannot fault the staff who did a great job looking after the children despite the heat. We like that the doors have security buttons placed above them so that no one is able to enter the rooms without a member of staff. We always feel happy that our daughter is safe and being well cared for when we leave her.

The staff in her room, including the bank staff, are all exceptionally welcoming, caring, and attentive to her needs. We always receive thorough feedback at pick-up, which is so reassuring. The management team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my daughter's wellbeing and individual needs are met. I would 100% recommend this nursery, and I'm so glad we chose it. I have seen progress in his development already i get regular updates on what he is up to and different play activities which sometimes we even get photos through the app he clearly is having the time of his life it gives me peace of mind he is in the best of care

At the beginning, my son found it very difficult to settle and would often cry and refuse to go to nursery. With the incredible support, patience, and care from the teachers and the headteacher, he has now completely settled in. Even though he's not talking yet, it's clear how much he enjoys going - he smiles as soon as we arrive and is always happy when I pick him up. I'm so grateful to the staff for helping him feel safe, confident, and happy in their care. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a truly caring and supportive environment for their child.

My daughter has been with the nursery since 2022. It's undergone a lot of change and honestly a lot of bad times. She's had 4 nursery managers. The current manager being the 4th and final one. He and the team have really made this place so amazing. They came in and did what needed to be done for the good of the children. Our daughter has now graduated and they have done the most amazing send off for the kids. Special thanks to the ladies in the preschoolers room for everything they did for our little girl. I've spoken harshly of the nursery before but that is definitely no longer the case. At one point we were going to pull our daughter out of the nursery but then along came this manager and 2024/2025 has been a fantastic time for our daughter. We've now got our youngest starting there soon as we've been so impressed. I recommend this nursery to all parents in the area.

We've just had the graduation party at Ashbourne at Pineham and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to create a truly special day for the children and families.
There was a brilliant disco that the kids loved, a buffet and even a gift bag for every child. You could really see the care and effort the team put into every detail. The children felt so celebrated, and their little faces lit up with joy throughout the whole event.
It was such a wonderful way to mark the end of their time at nursery, and a perfect reflection of the love, dedication, and support the staff have shown all year.
A huge thank you to the manager and the amazing team we're so grateful for everything you've done.
