Little Faces Nursery @ Hazel Grove

Our son has been coming here since 2022 and he absolutely loves it! Little Faces work so hard to create a safe, nurturing and fun environment for the children. The staff are fantastic and really care for the children. They put so much effort into the activities which makes learning fun and engaging. The food is healthy and nutritious, and the nursery facilities are excellent. Management are very friendly and approachable, and the nursery are flexible and accommodating - which is great for shift workers. We highly recommend Little Faces - and will miss it and the staff very much when our little boy start school!

The office team were very organised and helpful getting us setup and accessing any government support. The baby room have all fallen in love with our little girl and we feel very safe knowing they are in their hands. Thank you.

Our child has attended Little Faces full time for almost 2 years, experiencing 4 out of 5 rooms. When choosing the nursery the staff interactions impressed us more than the tour. Key persons in each room have been fantastic with regular updates and progress reviews. We value the two large indoor and outdoor spaces. Staff are highly supportive of developments concerns like speech and language and collaborate with parents. Our child loves the 3rd party activities like gymnastics and football. Any concerns have been handled exceptionally well, leaving us confident in the care. We are proud and grateful for the support and the nursery's great curriculum. The days are well structured with a balance of indoor and outdoor play structured learning activities, as well as time for free play. Our child has a great relationship with all members of staff which is so reassuring as parents to know they are in such great hands. Our child loves coming to Little Faces and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery.

Little Faces have always been amazing in looking after my daughter. She goes into nursery every day happy with a smile on her face. The staff are loving, caring, and helpful, and she has made great relationships with them over the past three years. I sent my daughter to this nursery as all of her cousins went there and had such a great experience too, and I will also be sending my son there in the future. I would highly recommend this nursery, and I'm pleased with the care that they give. Thank you for everything that you do.

My little girl absolutely loves Little Faces! The staff are so attentive and caring. I have not had a single worry about my little girl since she started over a year ago. The days are always packed with activities and the updates received throughout the day are so lovely to receive and reassuring! I would recommend to any parent wanting to pick a nursery. It is very flexible and you can always get hold of the staff via telephone! The food is always a hit with my little girl also.

Staff always so loving and friendly towards my little one and particularly the care staff, they have a great rapport with him. He runs in with his arms open every morning , pleased to see them.

The team at little faces have been fantastic throughout our children's time there. From the first day when they had to reassure me about leaving them, to the relationships we have built with our kids over the time they have both been there, they truly are a fantastic team. They probably do the same for every parent, but they make it seem like your child is their favourite and our kids adore them too. I have every confidence for how well they care for them. This includes the management and catering staff, who all engage with the kids and look out for them. In terms of value for money, the staff deserve every penny, I hope they receive a fair proportion.

Lovely nursery. Staff have been excellent and our daughter has settled in really well. She loves nursery and is always excited at drop off and happy at pick up. Really good to get updates throughout the day in the app. She loves the food and we feel the variety in the menu is good.

My son recently started nursery and has settled in really well into the baby room. He's formed a great bond with his key worker and I love receiving daily updates about what he's getting up to. Its made me feel so much more confident about returning to work knowing he's being well looked after at Little Faces.

Our child has been with Little Faces for almost two years and she is incredibly settled and happy attending nursery every week - which all staff have played a huge part in making her feel comfortable, safe, happy and we're extremely grateful that she always comes home with a smile on her face talking about her time at nursery. Her favourite is the extra activities such as gymnastics and football. The feedback from the teams each day is fantastic we know how our child has been each day emotionally and also what she has done and achieved during the day - we love the photo updates on the app! The team is playing a huge part in our child's development as she attends nursery 5 days a week and we appreciate the assessment updates from key workers and sharing these with us. Each member of staff makes us feel welcome and are extremely friendly. Office team are responsive and supportive with any queries we may have. We would recommend Little Faces to friends and family!

My child has absolutely thrived here. The team encourage independence, confidence, and emotional resilience, while supporting learning and development in a nurturing, engaging, and structured way.

Communication is excellent, and I always feel informed, reassured, and included in her progress.

The bond with her key workers has been so important for her happiness and sense of security. Despite being a larger setting, it truly feels like a home away from home.

Genuinely couldn't be happier with our experience at Little Faces. Our son has been so well-looked-after over the years, with every single member of staff knowing all of the kids' names and really showing that they care about them. There's a great variety of different activities, games, crafts etc for all the children - we're always excited to see the updates come through on the app to see what he's been up to that day. The food is great too; as our lad can be quite picky at home it's reassuring to know he's so well-fed during the day! Communication is always fantastic, and the leadership team are super helpful and flexible if you need to swap days out or anything, which is always a massive help. We've got an infant at home and, when they're old enough, they will also be attending Little Faces, as we've had nothing short of an excellent time there.

We love the updates online and the photos of what he gets up to that we see on social media.

Both of my children have attended little faces over the last 7 years, both settled very quickly and were excited to attend, the range of activities, food and opening hours are fantastic. The staff are all lovely and go above and beyond to make sure the children are settled, happy and given the best start to ready them for school.

We have three children who have all attended little faces with our youngest just starting in the baby room. The team at Little faces have always been so supportive and caring towards our children whilst also getting them prepared for when they have started school. I've always felt really happy when leaving my children whatever room they have been in, confident in the knowledge that they are being genuinely cared for and kept safe. Our little girl absolutely loved coming to little faces nursery. It was always such a nice feeling going to work knowing our daughter was in safe trustworthy hands. She never got upset when we dropped her off at nursery and always had a big smile on her face because she absolutely loved every minute of being there. Our son has loved his time at Little Faces so far. The staff make him feel so welcome every day and he settled in really easily. Seeing him happy when we drop off and pick up has really put our mind at ease that he is in the best hands. Lots of activities are offered each day and they are communicated through an app which is really useful for parents. Our son's speech, skills and confidence have exploded in the time he has been there. He loves it! Little Faces is a nursery that values pastoral care and educational activities in equal balance. I have two children in the nursery; and I know when my eldest leaves in September there will be a very large hole to fill.

Practically it's set out really well with 5 age group rooms - children are moved through based on age and ability - each room supporting the milestones at that age. They have a sensory room and two gardens for the children to play in. (As well as two indoor play areas!)

The staff are brilliant; down to earth; honest and passionate about providing a safe space for the low to thrive. I love that you can see how much of a team they are.
