Highly recommend Tiny Teapots.

Any issues I've had have been dealt with quickly and I have felt comfortable if I need to raise any issues. Prompt replys on emails. Would recommend this nursery to others.

I would love to extend my appreciation to everyone who directly or indirectly shaoed my son Michael Okpatuma during his time with Tiny Teapots. His improvement was tremendous. I have a list of special people I would love to thank Specially from Claire the administrator who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is okay, to our very own special Nicola who made sure he was referred to SEND and made sure he is well taken care of, to his personal friend and outstanding staff Danielle and then Ellie who is every child's favorite. Thanks alot for making Michael who barely communicated when he started in October now able to express himself and loves school and is starting his school in September a more confident and ready child. We are grateful as a family and this school holds a special place in our hearts.

My eldest has additional needs and they have been incredible with him and have worked so incredibly hard to work with him and meet his needs. I couldn't have chosen a better to place my boys. I can't thank the staff enough especially Claire (the manager) who really gets stuck in amongst the children and has close connection to every single child who attends!

Me and her father are gutted her nursery journey is coming to an end as she starts school in September. She loves nursery and even asks to go on weekends. All I can say is thank you to all the staff and we will all miss you! Thank you for shaping my little girl and making her nursery experience so enjoyable.

We cannot thank the staff at Tiny Teapots Nursery enough for the incredible support and care they have given our son. Since starting there in April 2025, the team, particularly Claire, Nicola, and Daniella, have gone above and beyond to help him overcome many challenges. They have been consistently supportive, patient, and reassuring, even helping us secure an EHCP plan to provide the additional support he needed. Our son feels safe, happy, and is thriving, which means the world to us. If you are struggling with your current nursery or feel like you aren't getting the right support for your child, we recommend Tiny Teapots 100%!

My daughter has been with Tiny Teapots since she was 4 months old, and I am extremely grateful that she's grown and learned so much from their care. She goes full time 5x a week and her key workers genuinely treat her like family -- hence why they have my full trust when looking after her. They are very interactive with the kids, give them lots of activities, sensory experiences, music, exploratory play. She's learned sign language with them and surprises me with a new word learned every day. Their meals are delicious and nutritious (I don't know how they get her to eat her vegetables, but she always manages to finish her food with them!) and cater to their dietary needs as well. We were having trouble nailing down the foods triggering my daughter's eczema, and we worked together to rule out different ingredients till we found the culprit. Tiny Teapots have always been communicative about her needs, progress, and milestones. I genuinely cannot recommend anyone better!

I cannot speak more highly of this wonderful nursery and will forever be grateful for the support the entire team have given to my two boys and our family! In particular I want to mention one staff member in particular, who will always have a place in my heart. We joined Tiny Teapots when my eldest was 3yo and had SEN requirements that were not being supported at his previous nursery (Busy Bees), where he would not engage in group activities, was often unresponsive to staff and would isolate himself from other children. This was not the child we knew, so it was very difficult to hear, and he we were regularly told of extreme "concerns" about the way he was. With the team's support, the transformation was almost instant. He was included, celebrated, supported and given the space to flourish as his own person, in his own time. He has now become the most confident, sociable and chatty little boy in just a year. We will forever be grateful to the staff member mentioned earlier for the time and care she invested in our son. Thank you.

Our little one has been attending for over a year now and he loves it. The staff are all lovely and pay attention to any specific needs you have for your child. They get healthy well balanced meals. The movement from room to room as they get older is well done and a good transition to make sure your child is happy in their new environment. There is lots of outside play which my child loves. I feel very comfortable leaving my child in the care of the nursery.

I always felt confident leaving him with them and he has learned so much since being in Nursery. He is just so happy to be there and really loves it!

Tiny Teapots is amazing. The staff are all incredible and the children are engaged and cared for. The food and activities are always wonderful, and the kids are encouraged to explore and learn. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Absolutely love Partou Tiny Teapots Day Nursery and couldn't recommend more! My little girl is in the Tweenies Room, she started from 7 months old and is going to be 2 in April of this year. The staff in her room who look after her are just amazing, the activities they do each day, to the love and care they give my daughter. I'm kept updated throughout the day on the app with what she has eaten and how much. When her nappy gets changed and if its wet or soiled and how long she has slept during nap times, I get sent pictures of her playing, doing activities or learning stories. They also have people who come into the nursery to do activities like sing and sign, baby massage, little gators and even French! The whole staff at Tiny Teapots are so lovely and welcoming and the manager just goes above and beyond! The food is excellent and the menu is fantastic. The nursery is always clean and tidy and well presented. The outside area is spacious and well used by all children. Highly recommended.

In April, the nursery merged with another, causing some adjustments, especially in the preschool program. Despite this, the manager's dedication kept the environment safe and joyful for our son. The nursery also sent books home, encouraging learning beyond the classroom. Any administrative issues were resolved swiftly through open, understanding communication. Tiny Teapots made our experience in the UK memorable and smooth nurturing, professional, and adaptable nursery we highly recommend.

The manager and the team are lovely and welcoming and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. We only came to Teapots by accident after our other nursery shut, but we are now glad we did as our son is very settled.

Lovely staff who are brilliant with my kid. Would fully recommend it to anyone in the Harrogate area. My daughter loves going in for the day. The Staff are great at telling us what they have been up to for the day. How much they have eaten slept etc.

Tiny teapots has blown us away by how amazing they are. My little girl is obsessed with nursery. She loves everyone who works there and has come on leaps and bounds since she started in July 2024. The manager is one of the loveliest people I have ever met, the way she treats her staff shines through them with how amazing they are. She cares and it shows. The nursery wouldn't be the same without her and her team.

What a brilliant nursery! They go above and beyond for both of my children. Always there to listen and nothing is ever too much trouble. They make the best "second" mummies when I'm not there. Could ask for any more.

Our daughter has come on so much since starting nursery and a huge part of that is down to her regular interactions with the staff and other children. Sometimes she comes home and can't wait to show off a new skill, action or dance she has learned.
