All three of my children have attended this nursery, with two still currently attending. They continue to make great relationships with both their carers (including chefs) and peers and are both thriving there and are always worn out after a busy morning. The staff know the children well and base activities
around their interests. The setting is great and I have never doubted their safety whilst there.

My son and daughter go to Happy Days, Lyde Green and it's an amazing nursery. My daughter who is in the baby room absolutely loves going into nursery and is getting on so well with her development. My son who has been going since he was 10 months old is now in the pre-school room, has been thriving.
As a SEND child he has had so much support and come on leaps and bounds. The SENCO Jodie has been amazing with applying for an ECHP, Autism referral and other funding applications for his needs. Thank you Team!

We've been using Happy Days for about 7 months and couldn't be happier with our daughter's care. She started at 8 months, and I was naturally nervous, but the team were so understanding and supportive. The settling-in sessions really helped us both. She's now very happy there and has a lovely bond with
her key worker. She even reaches for her at drop-off, which is so reassuring.
The Explorer 1 staff are lovely and give detailed handovers each day, plus we get updates and photos via the app. I also appreciate that they call if she's unwell or upset.
Their focus on security really stood out when my partner collected her. They checked his ID and PIN as they didn't recognise him, which I really valued.
Overall, we've had a fantastic experience and will be sad when she moves rooms! Thank you all! x

After initially being aprehensive about my son starting nursery, I did my reaserch of the local area and found Happy Days Nursery the best fit. We completed a viewing where my son was immediately comfortable. The generouse amount of settle sessions prior to starting made the adjustment seemless. My
son started feeling confident & secure in his surroundings & bonded with the staff quickly. The team are warm & calme, creating a beautiful atmosphere. The app gives me updates following each session but the handover on pick up is always so detailed I never need to wonder what my son got upto in the day. My son is always excited to go to nursery and I can see how content he is in his surroundings. We love HDN so much we have booked in for more sessions - so glad we found this wonderful nursery

After a good start to settling in.. my little one gt poorly and had to have some time off.. after this time off my little one, didnt settle well at all. But with the hard work of the wonderful workers my son is finally settling and starting to enjoy his time at nursery they have shown me good communication.
I enjoy the photos i receieved of him on the app. They have really helped not only my little one but also myself when i questioning if i had made the right decision. As hes finally settling in i am hoping to see more photos of him playing and activities during time at nursery.

I have had 3 children attend Happy days, 1 has additional needs and I never have had any concerns with the care they have recieved. The staff are very friendly and approchable. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would reccomend to friends

Two of my children have attended Happy Days Derriford for the last 2-3 years and the staff feel like an extension of our family. It feels like a home away from home for them and they will often ask when they are seeing their 'key-person' next. We have found the management team to be excellent when we
have raised any issues and this is reflected in the professionalism, respect and kindness we are shown from the staff that care for our boys. All of the staff, including management, ensure they know each child and this reassures us that the boys are safe and loved whilst we are at work.. we can't walk through the nursery without the boys being greeted and welcomed. The nursery have been excellent at providing alternative food for our son with allergies and seating him at meal times without making him feel excluded. We think the sensory room is a wonderful addition and love how above and beyond they go at their Christmas event!

We couldn't be happier with the care our son receives at Happy Days Lyde Green. Our daughter attended this setting 5 years ago and we knew it was the absolute best place for my son to go.
After spending a long time at home with me he was nervous to start nursery. Every single member staff supported
him and made him feel welcome, safe and special. They took extra care to find out what his interests were and what made him happy. They also supported me and kept me up to date with his progress. They are all so very kind and go the extra mile to support the children and families.
The facilities are wonderful and there is a great rotation of toys/crafts/supplies so no two days are the same.
The food is incredible. My son has trouble eating and they have adapted his meal times to accommodate this. Truly amazing!
We are also thrilled that the nursery provides extra adventures/visits such as a police officer and recycle truck visit.
My son now adores nursery and is thriving and learning.

I love Saltford Happy Days because they make me feel safe going to work, knowing my child is being cared for in a loving and nurturing place. My little one has been attending nursery settle sessions the past few weeks ahead of his start date and has been doing amazing! The team have been so welcoming and supportive with this new transition which has had a really positive impact on both myself and my son.

I honestly couldn't recommend Happy Days Bradley Stoke enough. The care, attention and effort the staff put into everything they do is amazing.
The activities they plan are fantastic and really support the children's development in such a fun and engaging way. There's always a great variety of things
for them to do, and it's lovely seeing how much my daughter is learning and growing.
The meals they provide are also brilliant, with a great variety that keeps things interesting and ensures the children are eating well.
Most importantly, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are so kind, caring and attentive, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about every child there.
My daughter comes home happy every single time she attends, which says everything. It's such a reassuring feeling as a parent knowing she's in such a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
Overall, an amazing nursery and I'm so grateful for everything they do.

Happy Days Exeter have been so great with my little one, the staff in the rooms are lovely and attentive and the whole place seems very well run. There's always fun activities going on. They've also been very supportive with the potty training journey.
