My son was born with additional needs and he also has anxiety from being in hospital multiple times. Happy Days Manager and two members of staff in particular have been incredible in supporting him from 9 months old. He is now 2 and thriving. They have supported his emotional wellbeing aswell throughout aswell as his drinking and eating. He has grown in confidence and they look after him so well. My daughter also attended from 2-4 and they were fantastic. I would always recommend this nursery.

Happy Days is a truly excellent nursery. We took up a space for my eldest a few months after the Yate branch opened, and I was stunned with just how brilliant both the building and settling in arrangements were. Everything is purpose built, the staff are wonderful, and the entire nursery feels as if it's truly designed with the child in mind.

We had been with two other nurseries in the area with my eldest, but they just don't compare. It's nice to drop off your child and have 0 worries that they are having a good time, that they are safe and being well looked after. The communication has only improved since we've been there too. My youngest is now in the baby room, she has an excellent key worker but all the staff have made effort to create a bond with her. She has a milk allergy too, and they have been so supportive in working with us as she moves up the allergy ladder. I am just so grateful we have access to such an excellent setting.

Overall very happy with the care/education my daughter is receiving. Staff are friendly and attentive. Families are good and activities seem varied. Would like more updates on app, meal times and amount/what food she has.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since she was 8 months old, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better start for her. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing.

She has grown so much in confidence, social skills, and independence during her time here, and it's been lovely to see how excited she is to go in each day. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing she is in such a safe and nurturing environment.

We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for the love and support they have given our daughter over the years. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a warm, supportive place for their child to learn and grow.

Moving Teddy to a new nursery felt like a big step for us, and we were naturally anxious about how he'd settle. From the very beginning, Happy Days Nursery completely put us at ease. The biggest strength is the staff-they are genuinely warm, friendly and deeply caring. Abbie, Htar and Shelley, who work closely with Teddy, have been absolutely wonderful. They've taken the time to get to know him as an individual, and it's clear how much they care. Seeing Teddy so happy and comfortable has been incredibly reassuring.

We've also been really impressed with the leadership from Faith and Shai. The nursery is well organised, and communication is always clear, timely and helpful. It feels like a setting where everything is thoughtfully run, without losing that personal touch.

Overall, we couldn't be happier. Teddy has settled so well, and that's entirely down to the nurturing environment the team has created.

There always seems to be lots of activities set up for the kids to do, providing lots of stimulation and fun. Our daughter seems to love it there!

My son and daughter go to Happy Days, Lyde Green and it's an amazing nursery. My daughter who is in the baby room absolutely loves going into nursery and is getting on so well with her development. My son who has been going since he was 10 months old is now in the pre-school room, has been thriving. As a SEND child he has had so much support and come on leaps and bounds. The SENCO Jodie has been amazing with applying for an ECHP, Autism referral and other funding applications for his needs. Thank you Team!

We are very happy with our experience so far, our baby settled in very quickly and this is thanks to the very caring and kind staff. He is very happy there and has made a lot of progress since starting!

We have needed a lot of admin support and had questions, they are always helpful and accommodating.

We had a switch of key workers due to ours leaving but this was all handled really well. And my little one really loves who she has now! Always feel like we are updated with what she is up to and we have been thoroughly supported through an audiology and hearing loss assessment.

The best thing I ever did sending my daughter to this nursery.

We have found Happy Days Yate, to have been wonderful care givers to our child. They have helped grow our child's confidence and brought his learning to life through play and activities which are always well thought out. Our child loves his time at nursery and it's thanks to the amazing team at Happy Days Yate.

The staff have always been so honest, engaging and interested in my daughter's development and experience at the nursery. My daughter has developed strong and healthy relationships with the key workers and often speaks highly of them. Although management has changed since my daughter started there 3 years ago, new management have continued the caring ethos the nursery has.

We find the nursery to be of a high standard across the board. The staff and management are wonderful. We feel supported as a family. My son enjoys every day he spends at the nursery with varied activities, making friends and caring staff.

I have one child at Happy Days Lyde Green and one who has now gone on to primary school. The experience with both has been excellent. I feel very lucky to send my children somewhere so safe, with great nutritious food and where I feel the children are obviously cared for. My oldest was well prepared for school and my youngest is flourishing. I would recommend Happy Days Lyde Green to anyone in the area.

We have been taking our twins to Happy days since September 2024 and throughout that time it's been amazing for them, and easy for us!

Our twins development has accelerated due to the solid work that that has been put into them along with the kind and consistent nature of all of the staff.

Nutrition wise they are offered a varied and well versed diet, the ladies in the kitchen do a wonderful job!

My daughter is so happy at nursery and that's down to each amazing carer bringing out the best in her. Beyond grateful.

They always take the extra time to help my eldest settle into nursery when she's having a bad day and find the ways to distract and settle her. My return to work with my youngest has been made so easy by the baby room staff being so kind and gentle!
