Toddletown Day Nursery Godalming

We have felt reassured and welcomed every drop off with our one year old. We enjoy seeing photos and reading what he has been up to with the other babies that day. We find that information on eating, nappies and sleeping is regularly logged too. All the staff that we have spoken with or met have been kind, thoughtful and child centred. A lovely touch was a canvas foot print of when our son took his first steps at nursery unaided. We enjoy seeing his crafts and eating his bakes too. Overall we have been very pleased with our experience of Toddletown.

We've only been with the nursery two months or so and we've been very impressed. The energy and positivity of staff is clear to see and this translates into a very friendly, inclusive and happy environment for the children. Communication is very good which during those early days is very helpful to settle any anxiety of leaving your little one.

Toddletown has been incredible for the early years care and development of our 3 children. The staff are amazing and always think of brilliant ways of engaging the children. Our youngest is always happy to go into nursery in the mornings. Highly recommended!

Our daughter started at Toddletown in September and she has settled in so well. It was a bit nerve wracking leaving her as I returned to work but the staff have made it so easy. I can tell she really looks forward to her nursery days and goes climbs into the staffs arms each day with a smile. I can tell Mercedes and the team have really got to know her and care about her a lot which makes me feel at ease leaving her. I love to see what she gets up to every day on the end of the day posts and am so impressed with all the activities. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since she started, particularly her speech and play. Thank you Toddletown for everything!

We have had a fantastic experience having our daughter settle in at Toddletown this year. The staff are super attentive to individual needs, have a key workers that really help your child's initial settling period, share regular updates and help keep you up to date on anything from daily updates to guidance on developmental support. Regular staff and great energy, our daughter loves going, which says it all.

We have two children in the nursery and have been with Toddletown for over 3 years. The staff are amazing and so attentive to the children's needs, they know them well and engage in their interests and milestones continuously. Toddletown are brilliant at recognising how our children are feeling, they are great at talking and preparing activities around how children are developing & noticing when extra attention or care may be needed. This has given our eldest in preschool confidence & her communication skills are brilliant, the team know the children so well and make it very engaging. She has also made wonderful friendships at TT. Our youngest is in the baby room and he has settled extremely quickly. He loves going to nursery and the baby team are a dream, they notice and encourage them in their interests and to develop independence, which I'm sure will continue once he moves to toddlers! The children are well fed, they have lovely days and we only have positive things to say about TT!

Our daughter has settled in so well at Toddletown, and it really is such a wonderful setting. The team are all wonderful; our daughter's keyperson is kind, patient, and caring. The entire team though really are fab, I can't fault them and you can see how much they care about the children, and their roles at Toddletown. We are so pleased we chose this setting for our little one.

Our son joined the Toddletown family in July 2024, having had a slightly challenging experience at a different nursery we were blown away by how nurturing, supportive, positive and caring all the staff are at the nursery. I love how dedicated the staff are to every task or activity they plan each day and everyone, even those in other rooms, all know our sons name at drop off in the morning, he walks in so excited and with a big smile on his face. The development we've seen in our son over the last few months is all credit to the great team!

Our son started at Toddletown Day Nursery Godalming at the beginning of January when he was 9 months old. I was quite nervous about it but it has been absolutely brilliant. The staff go out of their way to get to know the children, and he is already so comfortable with them. We have been so impressed with the range of activities, and the communication throughout the day. It is such a nurturing place and we could not recommend it more!

Toddletown is such a wonderful nursery with a welcoming, caring and dedicated team who truly care about each and every child. They go above and beyond to create an environment which supports and encourages the children's learning and development. It is clear that when we drop our son off in the mornings, he is happy to be at nursery, and by pick-up time, it's obvious that he has had fun and enjoyed his day. We have felt so supported as a family by Toddletown Day Nursery Godalming, who have gone above and beyond at every turn to consider out beliefs and hopes for our child's care. They offer a hugely inclusive space, rooted in open and friendly dialog. It is so comforting knowing that out child is not only safe but enjoying a hugely enriching range of experiences. Toddletown has truly became like a home away from home and we can't recommend them highly enough.

My child has recently started at Toddletown and we've been so impressed by the staff here. They are caring, diligent and have been fabulous at helping my child grow in confidence and independence.

Toddletown is absolutely brilliant. Even though drop off can sometimes be a bit tough for us, the staff are quick to communicate about how my child has settled and they are reassuring. The crafts and activities that they do with the children are outstanding. I'm so grateful to the team - They do exactly what I would do with my child at home and so much more! We can't thank you enough.

We've been a 'Toddletown family' since they opened at the beginning of 2020, with both of our children attending until they were ready for school. We could not be happier with the care and education they have received from the fantastic staff in this setting. It's been a brilliant place for them to make friends, explore the world around them and learn skills for life. There's always something new going on (I'm continually impressed by the range of activities the staff come up with and organise!) and the kids have always come home buzzing about their day and eager to go back. The staff are a really caring and (crucially) approachable team, who have always been happy to help, advise and support us through the sometimes bumpy process of raising preschoolers. We're sad to be leaving, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to local families. It's been wonderful.

Our little girl started at 12 months and we are so relieved with how quickly she has settled in, and that is a testament to the staff and nursery. She was very shy when she started nursery and within a few weeks of attending you could see her confidence growing. She walks into the nursery every morning and doesn’t even look back, she absolutely loves it. The daily updates and photos are brilliant. Being able to look in on the app to see how she is eating and sleeping really made leaving her much easier. Toddletown is just wonderful!

Our son has been at Toddletown since I went back to work when he was one. He's now approaching two and has spent the most wonderful year at the nursery. The facilities are lovely, and I am always really impressed by the creative activities which are planned for the children, but the best thing about Toddletown is the team. They are a genuinely wonderful group of individuals who provide consistent, caring support for all the little ones they look after. I can't imagine my child going anywhere else - as a first-time mum, Toddletown has given me the confidence to go back to work and feel really positive about the childcare I have chosen. A huge thank you to all the team and the management!

My daughter joined Toddletown back in August 2022 in the Baby Room and has since moved to the Toddler Room. I’ve had a positive experience in both rooms. All the staff are warm and welcoming and really go the extra mile to support your child. They care so much about their emotional development ensuring they are growing into strong, independent, resilient children.

Our daughter loves going there and they take so much time to set up learning, activities, and just as important down time as well, they will be guided by the child and we have had an amazing experience in the 2.5 years she has been going there. She has learnt so much and developed so well, we are very grateful for the safe, educating space she is in when she goes there.
