My experience with Charlton Height has been exceptionally positive. The staff consistently go above and beyond-not only in supporting the children, but also their families. My son leaves preschool each day with a bright smile, which is a true reflection of the care and attention he receives. I have
complete confidence knowing he is safe, happy, and well looked after. The team keeps parents regularly informed through photos and updates about the wonderful themed activities they plan each week. The staff are professional, kind, and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment. I would rate Charlton Height 10 out of 10 and wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent.

Very friendly team from the start. Communication was great. Settling sessions arranged and carried out with great communication and ease. My child has settled very well. Staff are always friendly and take the time to explain how her day has been and what she's been doing. Nursery is very clean tidy
and well organised.

We are very happy with Happy Days Nursery, the team is really down to earth, friendly and whenever we request something they working together with us.


We love the security level of this place, children cannot run out from the building, no-one can come in to unless the staff lets you in, the floor

levels are even which is not every nursery have, that's definitely safer for our little one too.
Also always tidy on the corridors, no boxes around etc.

The staff are seem to be kind, knowledgeable and really take interest into the care of our infant. She had trouble settling and after a month of illness had to resettle. Now, she has fully immersed herself in nursery routine and enjoying every minute of it. This is down to the care of the nursery staff
and key workers :)

My daughter goes to Happy Days Charlton Heights and thrives there. They always theme and change up each days activities, while encouraging lots of sensory play. They spend lots of time outside and have a beautiful sounding menu which I look forward to reading each day when I do the drop off. The staff
are incredibly amazing and the best thing about Happy Days - special shout out to one member of staff in particular!! At Drop offs and pick ups we are aways treated like the only ones there and get a great handover, meaning I get to really understand what my child's been up to for the day. The staff genuinely care and that's what really puts me at ease. The facilities are great , everything is fantastically clean and the staff get lots of different training. Kudos to the management here as it comes down to them!!

Happy days staff are so warm and welcoming, they go out of their way to make sure that your child feels cared for the moment they step through the door. My little girl loves going to nursery she has made so many friends and talks about all of the educators by name, I love that you can have access to
your own online portal to see what they have been up to that day, the staff are excellent at updating what they've eaten etc. and I recieve lots of photos of the activities and fun she's had. I'm amazed at how much my daughters confidence has grown since being at this nursery from September, her speech and listening has improved significantly and she sings the songs she's learned from nursery at home, its great for her to be able to communicate to me about her day. She really enjoys playing outside and the outdoor facilities seem great to run around freely. I'm impressed with how varied and healthy the meals are, it's encouraged us as a family to try new foods. This nursery is exceptional.

From the Initial contact and visit to the Nursery, myself and my husband loved Charlton Heights Happy Days Nursery and wanted our son to attend following my return to work. The Manager was friendly, knowledgable, and honest about what to expect from the nursery.


We attended an Open Day. The enthusiasm,

friendliness and approachability of the team reinforced that we had made the right decision to choose Charlton Heights Happy Days. We chose Charlton Heights over other local Happy Days nurseries due to the welcoming and warming environment.


Our son (10 months old) started his settle in sessions around a month prior to my return to work. The team have been absolutely fantastic throughout this process. They have demonstrated child centred focus and care in numerous ways. His key worker has been amazing. She really has gone the extra mile to ease my son into attending nursery. She has been reassuring, kind and compassionate throughout every interaction, so thank you and the whole team.

My daughter has attended Charlton Heights since she was 1 years old.
What a great choice we made
The staff is the baby room are all amazing, they are always smiling and happy to see my daughter when she comes into the room.
she has such a great bond with her keys workers and all the other staff
members in the room.
The activity they do everyday with the children is always different and you can see the children love it.
Could have asked for a better nursery for my children.

I was super nervous about my boy starting a nursery, he is our first baby and we didn't know much about the process. After reading some positive reviews here and our neighbour hood group, we decided to sign up with Happy Days and I am so glad we did!
First few weeks were tough (specially for me) but
I knew what to expect, because they have explained me the process and supported me along the way. I can't thank them enough for being so supportive and kind, our boy started to feel more comfortable within 2-3 weeks time and has been enjoying his time there ever since. They are always so happy to see my boy and he is excited to see them too!
I love reading their updates and snapshots. It's great to know that my boy is having a fantastic time there.
Highly recommended.

My child has recently joined Happy Days Charlton Heights, as we have moved into this area.
The staff answered all of my questions and worries as my child didn't enjoy going to her old nursery.
The way the staff have been amazing with my daughter from the start.
She loves going and talks about the
lovely things they have done when she is there.
Everyone is so welcoming, I have recommended to all my family and friends of how wonderful this nursery and its staff are.

My son has attended Happy Days Charlton Heights since he turned 10 months old and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The members of staff in the Baby Room are all excited to see him in the morning and the bond he has developed with his key worker is genuinely magical.
We are beyond happy with
Happy Days, having had some previous mixed experiences with our older children in other childcare settings.
We specifically love the amount of care that goes in to setting up activities for the day that push the children's development whilst relating to things they know and enjoy.
However far and away the best thing about this nursery is the staff, how they know and care for all of the children in the setting and how they are consistently thinking of me things to do and being trained in new areas. We also love the cooking they do at the nursery and the links with the local care home.

I have been nothing short of impressed with Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Charlton Heights, Bristol. We were really worried about our very clingy 10-month-old settling into nursery. The staff at Charlton Heights have been really lovely and we are always greeted with a warm smile when we walk in.
They are extremely reassuring. The Nursery itself is very clean and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into the development of our babies. I'm very confident my son is in safe hands every time I leave him and when I pick him up. I especially love the detailed updates of what he is up to, and what he is struggling with. From a diversity point of view, they have been absolutely fantastic. I never feel like my son is treated any differently. The girls have done an amazing job with him. Would highly highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our experience with Happy Days has always been such a good one. We've had 2 children attend Happy Days, one still being there. The care my child receives on his allocated days is just phenomenal. The staff are so kind, caring and genuine and always want what's best for each child. They are always keeping
us parents up to date with what our child gets up to in the duration of their stay and always hand over every last bit of detail. Cannot recommend happy days enough.

With six years’ experience in childcare, I am passionate about providing high-quality care that supports every child’s development, wellbeing and sense of belonging. I have a particular interest in SEND and safeguarding, and I am committed to ensuring that all children feel safe, supported and included in a nurturing environment.


Before taking on this role, I worked as a Deputy Manager, where I led a team of practitioners and supported the day-to-day running of the setting. I was also involved in developing policies and procedures to help maintain high standards of practice.
