Ivy has been coming to Happy Days since she was 9 months old. To see how Icy has grown in confidence and learning is partly down to Ivy's key worker, Becca and the other nursery workers. Ivy has made so many friends at nursery and loves coming to nursery each day to play and learn new things. The nursery
always keeps us up to date on Ivy's progress and tells us every day what she has done and who she has played with that day. I could not recommend Happy Days Summercourt enough.

My son has had a wonderful time at his nursery. The staff are always welcoming to him, and he has bonded well, making friends who he talks about at home. The curriculum is brilliant, my son will share what he has been doing, sing songs and bringing home his artwork to show us. The nursery is clean and
the windows are bright, which lights up the room making them feel warm.

As a working mum, choosing the right nursery for my daughter was one of the most important and emotional decisions I had to make. From the very beginning, the team here made the transition so much easier for both of us.
My daughter is so well looked after on the two long days she does , The staff are
incredibly caring, attentive and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. It gives me such peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, nurturing environment where she is happy and thriving.
I love hearing through the family app about the activities she takes part in throughout the day and seeing how much she is learning and growing. The staff always take the time to update me and are so supportive and understanding of working parents.

My grandson was attending a settling in session, he was upset and clinging to me when we arrived. His key worker was very good at trying to engage him and distract him with activities. I noticed that all the children were well engaged with activities and supported by staff. All staff in the room made
me and my grandson feel welcome.
I was reluctant to leave him and the nursery manager stood with me outside the room and was very reassuring. I felt able to leave for a short while and the nursery manager suggested I call after 10 minutes which I did and again she was very reassuring over the phone but also honest that he was still a little unsettled and I could pick him up if I wanted to. I went back to the nursery and the nursery manager greeted me and went to check in him and this time he was settled.
Overall I was extremely impressed by how I was made to feel welcome, the skills the nursery staff had in trying to distract and engage him and the reassuring approach of the manager

We are very happy with our experience at Truro City Nursery. Individual needs and circumstances are considered and met. The nursery staff and particularly the management take time to get to know the kids, and they are welcomed warmly at each visit. Any issues we have had have been immediately and professionally
dealt with and resolved. Our son really enjoys his time at nrusery and we can see the positive effect on him. Would recommend this nursery and will be sending our younger child there next year.

Our child loves nursery. The staff are all wonderful. They organise lots of activities and lessons all the time. They have supported us when our child was having hearing difficulty, and helped us in supporting our child so that they didn't get left out.

Both of my children have loved attending Happy Days Nursery in Falmouth. My eldest tried a different nursery first and was miserable, but at Happy Days, she was always excited to attend. They have loved the enthusiasm and playfulness of the staff, the general fun atmosphere and the support and comfort
available to them when they need it. The learning activities help them to have new skills, and their progress is shared and celebrated. Best nursery in Falmouth.

When my son first started at Happy Days, he was very upset for me to leave him. But after some settled and great efforts of comfort from the staf Lennox has settled very well.
