Very friendly staff, nothing to much for any of them

The staff are lovely and friendly and seem to know my daughter well.

After a good start to settling in.. my little one gt poorly and had to have some time off.. after this time off my little one, didnt settle well at all. But with the hard work of the wonderful workers my son is finally settling and starting to enjoy his time at nursery they have shown me good communication. I enjoy the photos i receieved of him on the app. They have really helped not only my little one but also myself when i questioning if i had made the right decision. As hes finally settling in i am hoping to see more photos of him playing and activities during time at nursery.

We have had a really good experience, very helpful and my child is always happy to come to nursery and always has fun. He has developed so much since joining.

I have had 3 children attend Happy days, 1 has additional needs and I never have had any concerns with the care they have recieved. The staff are very friendly and approchable. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would reccomend to friends

Nursery play space is quite generous and this is great for growing kids. The staff are good and engaged with the child's development, and the quality of children's meals prepared is really excellent.

We have visited the nursery twice now. Both times we have felt very welcomed by all the staff. All staff have a very good understanding of the EYFS curriculum, which is fab. First impressions have been fantastic. Thank you Happy Days Summercourt.

Ivy has been coming to Happy Days since she was 9 months old. To see how Icy has grown in confidence and learning is partly down to Ivy's key worker, Becca and the other nursery workers. Ivy has made so many friends at nursery and loves coming to nursery each day to play and learn new things. The nursery always keeps us up to date on Ivy's progress and tells us every day what she has done and who she has played with that day. I could not recommend Happy Days Summercourt enough.

My son has had a wonderful time at his nursery. The staff are always welcoming to him, and he has bonded well, making friends who he talks about at home. The curriculum is brilliant, my son will share what he has been doing, sing songs and bringing home his artwork to show us. The nursery is clean and the windows are bright, which lights up the room making them feel warm.

Good experience, staff extremely kind and helpful, I've noticed great development since my child started coming to nursery.

We have 2 children at Penair HD and both of them have loved coming here, The woods, garden and indoor play areas give them so much to play with. The staff have always been so wonderful and helpful. We would recommend this nursery always.

I love hearing through the family app about the activities she takes part in throughout the day and seeing how much she is learning and growing. The staff always take the time to update me and are so supportive and understanding of working parents.

Overall I was extremely impressed by how I was made to feel welcome, the skills the nursery staff had in trying to distract and engage him and the reassuring approach of the manager

We are very happy with our experience at Truro City Nursery. Individual needs and circumstances are considered and met. The nursery staff and particularly the management take time to get to know the kids, and they are welcomed warmly at each visit. Any issues we have had have been immediately and professionally dealt with and resolved. Our son really enjoys his time at nrusery and we can see the positive effect on him. Would recommend this nursery and will be sending our younger child there next year.

I cannot fault this nursery. When my daughter first started, she took a while to settle in. Now she runs in and is absolutely thriving. The ladies here, especially in the baby room, are fantastic! Thank you!

We love the family vibe at the nursery; they are all so friendly and welcoming. Very personal and have an interest in home and family life to encourage my son at nursery. They have done amazing at teaching him new things and helping him with words and nursery rhymes. They have a good time outside and eating. I'm confident in their experience and knowledge to help with my son's development.

Our child loves nursery. The staff are all wonderful. They organise lots of activities and lessons all the time. They have supported us when our child was having hearing difficulty, and helped us in supporting our child so that they didn't get left out.

All of the staff work so hard to make each child feel special, happy and relaxed. She loves coming in and tells us all about the range of activities she has done. Handovers are always detailed. We trust all the staff 100%, and P has thrived since joining. Thank you all.
