Our toddler is really happy at Happy Days Nursery. He has learnt so many new skills and plays with lots of children. His confidence and development in eating has also grown. Impressed by the quality of the meals and nutrition. Staff are friendly and very helpful, and the app is great for keeping updated. Nursery gets involved in all the key events and occasions, making cards and cookies to celebrate.

Very lovely staff, nice setting which does well to supply children with a positive experience in play, creation and experiences. Staff are kind and polite and appear to really care about the children. My only gripe is collection and drop off times are unnecessarily long and need to be worked on. It's bad enough waiting your turn but then you have to wait for the staff to then collect your child's things and the child - a way to check in beforehand would be useful.

Pick up and drop off are a significant issue though as it takes far too long and regularly have to wait a very long time. Often hearing staff and families talking about their holidays or other details that seem to not be essential whilst there is a queue of people. It is really impacting our overall experience. We did feedback and management did look into and offer some changes I believe, very receptive to feedback, but not noticed any real change.

My son attends this nursery setting and he loves it. The staff really know the children well and have good relationships with them, whether they are the main key worker or not. My son loves coming to nursery, he's really developed since being there and has made a number of nursery friends now. The setting has recently been updated and it's clean, calm and inviting with all the things you would expect for early years. I would definitely recommend it.

Patient caring and professional staff, my children love the nursery and their key workers . We are so impressed by what our pre schooler is learning and telling us about her day. Convenient right next to the station and town. Thank you!

Our daughter started at Junior's/Happy Days nursery in April this year, and we couldn't be happier with how it's going! The staff are all so friendly, and have been really accommodating with some unforeseen changes to our days etc. following some family shift-pattern disruption. Every day we get a thorough handover about what she's been up to and how it's going, as well as loads of clear information on the app. Notably, the team seem to have such sensible approach to looking after her when snotty/ill/not her best health, which makes it much easier to go to work - and stay there! Our daughter was immediately completely settled attending, and evidently totally loves her keyworker and buddy (as do we!). We couldn't fault Juniors/Happy Days for a thing, we have been really impressed and satisfied with everything - highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter loves coming to nursery. We are very happy how she has progressed from Teenies to Toddlers. We like how all the children integrate.

Nursery facilities and staff are very good and diligent. Children love it here and can't fault them on anything.

He has settled in very well and his key person is amazing. The handovers at the end of the day are exemplary and it shows that the staff know the children very well.

Juniors Boughton Monchelsea is a wonderful nursery. The staff are lovely & attentive- my son is thriving there. He is so happy on both drop off & pickup that I know we've chosen a good one! The nursery is secure with a lovely play area/ garden for the children. The food menu is varied & nutritious. Great for encouraging new foods. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

My child has loved coming to Juniors since his very first taster session at 10 months old. He has a great bond with his key person and is always happy to get to nursery in the morning. Communication via the app is always timely and detailed. Thanks Juniors team!

The management changed last year and I wasn't happy with a few of the changes so I sent a email expressing how I felt to which I never got a reply, very disappointing. I don't think they always have the best interest of the children or staff at heart and don't listen even when I know many people have expressed their concerns on the changes. It's a shame as overall I have always been so happy with the nursery and the care my child has received!

We are really happy with our experience at the nursery, and are really grateful we found somewhere which has, and continues to, look after our children so brilliantly.

My daughter has attended Junior's since they opened in Tunbridge Wells, she has managed to have time in each room and has absolutely thrived here. The staff have been amazing in each room, especially the Pre-School room where she has spent the most time and her key worker was amazing but all the staff that my daughter had here have been kind, caring and understanding. The garden area is lovely and has a forest school feel. They help the older ones with learning phonics and spellings, as well as having lots of fun and they also got to attend the local pantomime which was definitely a highlight of my daughters! We have now left so my daughter can start ‘big school’ and we will miss everyone so much at Juniors but we have made lots of memories and friends! Thanks so much

We've been so pleased with Junior's! Our daughter is 18-months old and has been attending since she was 11-months-old. She's grown and flourished as a result of attending Junior's and is displaying new physical and social skills every day. We're particularly fond of the Teenies Room leader goes above and beyond to reassure and encourage not just our daughter but us as well. The garden area is gorgeous, and the curriculum is excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Great nursery with an amazing outdoor area! My daughter loves coming into the setting, and she is always really happy when it's a nursery day! She has learned so much since she started in September, learning new words every day and using Makaton sign language. A big thank you to all the staff; they are always very helpful, and they tried their best to accommodate my child's daily routine.

Could not speak higher about Junior's! The team are fab, and the nursery is beautiful. My baby is 18-months and full time. He is already starting to say sentences, and he is also uses signing, which is super cute! I really appreciate all of the reassurance the team have given me, and my son's key person is amazing. The teenie team have been great, and I would recommend to anyone.

My son joined Junior's last July. Due to being with me since birth and lockdown, this was his first time away from me, and found the experience very daunting! I am so grateful to the staff team for all they have done to support me and my son during the settling in. He now attends four full days and is thriving. He is always singing at home, and his app updates are such a joy to see! The room head is brilliant, and I have been recommending it to all my friends.

My children started here, and we are so happy with the care they receive. The manager has gone the extra mile to support us as a family, moving from overseas. The team at Junior's work so hard, and my children are so happy. Thank you!
