Our toddler is really happy at Happy Days Nursery. He has learnt so many new skills and plays with lots of children. His confidence and development in eating has also grown. Impressed by the quality of the meals and nutrition. Staff are friendly and very helpful, and the app is great for keeping updated. Nursery gets involved in all the key events and occasions, making cards and cookies to celebrate.

Very lovely staff, nice setting which does well to supply children with a positive experience in play, creation and experiences. Staff are kind and polite and appear to really care about the children. My only gripe is collection and drop off times are unnecessarily long and need to be worked on. It's bad enough waiting your turn but then you have to wait for the staff to then collect your child's things and the child - a way to check in beforehand would be useful.

My child requires additional support, and Amber is fantastic, goes above and beyond to make sure their transition will be as smooth as possible. If I ever have another child I will be ensuring they attend Happy Days as I just don't trust anyone else with my child.

They take the time to get to know each child individually, understanding their needs and supporting their development in a way that suits them best.

I only wish I had found this nursery for my eldest child. I've had 2 children go through Explorers 1 and Adventurers 2. They were amazing with my daughter that has cerebral palsy, making time every session to do physio and OT exercises with her, and have been brilliant with my son who is incredibly clingy, but always has good things to say about school.

Pick up and drop off are a significant issue though as it takes far too long and regularly have to wait a very long time. Often hearing staff and families talking about their holidays or other details that seem to not be essential whilst there is a queue of people. It is really impacting our overall experience. We did feedback and management did look into and offer some changes I believe, very receptive to feedback, but not noticed any real change.

I am very happy to have found such a lovely nursery. Both my children have gone here and I've felt confident leaving them at nursery as they are in good hands. Staff are kind, warm and caring. They are experienced and every things seems to be going so smoothly. I have loved recently how they've added more activities and themes of the week like role model week - where they had so many special experiences. Thank you to everyone at snowdrop house I appreciate your hard work.

My son attends this nursery setting and he loves it. The staff really know the children well and have good relationships with them, whether they are the main key worker or not. My son loves coming to nursery, he's really developed since being there and has made a number of nursery friends now. The setting has recently been updated and it's clean, calm and inviting with all the things you would expect for early years. I would definitely recommend it.

Our son has been attending Snowdrop House since November 2024. I was very sad to have to go to back to work and anxious to leave my baby in someone else's care but the staff were reassuring and brilliant at updating us via the app throughout the day. He absolutely loves Nursery and speaks very highly of the adults in his room and has made genuine friends. Our youngest son will be starting in September and we feel secure in the fact that he will be well looked after by the staff at Snowdrop House.

Snowdrop House has provided excellent childcare for both of my children. The teachers are friendly, approachable and supportive understanding the needs of individual children. They offer a wide range of activities both indoors and in their outside space. They are very easy to communicate with via the app and I always receive quick responses to any questions I have. I would highly recommend Snowdrop House as a nursery and am grateful for their care they have shown to my children.

Our boy is coming to the end of his time at boys and girls and our daughter went there too. We have had a lovely experience-they have both been very happy there. The food is great and the location is so handy right next to the station, but above all the staff are absolutely lovely-we have been so happy with the care and attention they have both received. A wonderful nursery.

She enjoys the outdoor space they have and she goes out everyday they are creative with toys/games they play and she seems like she learns something new everytime she comes home! Their food menu is varied and appropriate age wise as well. I highly recommend this nursery!

My twins are absolutely thriving here, they have settled so well and love their days at nursery! Every member of staff is so friendly and supportive, my children happily go to any of them on hand over with no issues, and they've been very accommodating and reassuring regarding my sons allergies and dietary requirements. We're very pleased we chose to send them here!

Our daughter started at Junior's/Happy Days nursery in April this year, and we couldn't be happier with how it's going! The staff are all so friendly, and have been really accommodating with some unforeseen changes to our days etc. following some family shift-pattern disruption. Every day we get a thorough handover about what she's been up to and how it's going, as well as loads of clear information on the app. Notably, the team seem to have such sensible approach to looking after her when snotty/ill/not her best health, which makes it much easier to go to work - and stay there! Our daughter was immediately completely settled attending, and evidently totally loves her keyworker and buddy (as do we!). We couldn't fault Juniors/Happy Days for a thing, we have been really impressed and satisfied with everything - highly recommend this nursery.

We are truly grateful to the care our daughter has received, and continues to receive.

My son was born with additional needs and he also has anxiety from being in hospital multiple times. Happy Days Manager and two members of staff in particular have been incredible in supporting him from 9 months old. He is now 2 and thriving. They have supported his emotional wellbeing aswell throughout aswell as his drinking and eating. He has grown in confidence and they look after him so well. My daughter also attended from 2-4 and they were fantastic. I would always recommend this nursery.

My children love the nursery it has a calming vibe and they are super good with the children they understand their needs and keep me well informed with how they are doing throughout the day as well as their development.

A special mention also has to go to the food - it is absolutely incredible! The on-site chef prepares delicious, healthy, freshly-cooked meals every day, we think this has definitely helped our daughter love her food and open to trying new meals!

Since joining, his confidence has soared and his speech is developing so fast! The team is always organising wonderful activities to keep the children developing. A special shout-out to Poppy, Grace, and Emily for being absolute superstars!
