Kiddi Caru Taunton, a GrandirUK Day Nursery

My little girl has been at Kiddi Caru for over a year now, starting at 9 months old and having just turned 2, she's now in her third room change and has thoroughly enjoyed each. Communication at handovers is always detailed and the app keeps parents informed throughout the day. Accident forms and illness updates are prompt with well trained staff able to manage situations as they change and general updates on childhood illnesses, including advice and guidance is clear and timely. My child loves going to nursery and having just started in the 2+ age group, has continued to thrive and develop not only within herself, but with her relationships with her key workers and other children. Second child has not long been born and we are already enrolling him in prep for another fantastic journey.

My 3 year old son attends Kiddi Caru Taunton 5 days a week and thoroughly enjoys himself.

Friendly staff, engaging and varied developmental activities for the kids, nice blend of play time and down time!

When my son is excited to go to nursery and is enthusiastic about telling what he's been doing today, I consider that a win!

The food menu may seem a little 'exotic' than it needs to be at times, but I understand and appreciate the effort in expanding and varying the menu whilst providing meals with a higher nutritional value - but maybe fish fingers and beans every now and then isn't a bad thing!

More importantly, we have really appreciated the support of key staff members over the last few years whilst navigating a number of personal challenges for our family.

Would I recommend? Yeah, absolutely!

My little girt has settled in beautifully thanks to the lovely ladies taking care of her. I can tell she enjoys herself so much there, just by how happy she is at the end of the day. I feel assured that all her needs have been met

My son has been attending Kiddi Caru for 5 months now and we're really happy with the care he receives. He is happy to go in and we're kept up to date with his progress. The staff are all lovely and friendly and all seem to really care for the children.

Kiddi Caru is a lovely nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoys going here and enjoys telling us about her day and what she has been up to. I do like the app the nursery uses to keep you up to date with your child's daily movements. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Excellent nursery with amazing staff and facilities. Our daughter has been here for nearly two years and it has been a big part in shaping her into the brave, curious, sociable and beautiful little girl she is today. So grateful we found this place.

As a mother this nursery is everything I could have asked for. My daughter had some health problems and the nursery are fantastic in listening and ensuring she is looked after. The staff in apple room is excellent, always have a smile and update you when needed. Any questions or worries I have, I am always reassured and listened to as a mother. Since my child has started her development has improved so much and couldn't be prouder. I couldn't have a bad word to say about the nursery. My child key worker is a staff member in apple and honesty wouldn't want anyone else to look after my child. She always listens to my concerns and keeps me in the loop with my child's day.

This is an amazing nursery, my children always have the best time and I feel happy knowing they are in safe hands here. I like the food menus for them, variety and how it changes regularly so they don't have the same thing all the time. The app is very useful to know exactly what your child is doing as well which I love.

Kiddi Caru in Taunton is a wonderful nursery. The staff are caring, happy, helpful and professional. My son has flourished with the Under 2's team and loves them. I returned to work feeling that he was in good hands and happy, which made the process much easier. This nursery has been a safe, special, loving, and fun place for my son, and my family, and I highly recommend it.

I was told my child shows no sign of using the potty yet she’s always on the potty at home and in the other nursery she goes to. The list is endless which is why I am in the process of moving my child from this nursery.

So pleased with Kiddi Caru. My little girl started at 10 months in the baby room and has now moved into a room for 1-2s. She loves nursery and picks her bag up at home and says ‘bye bye’. The girls in the Blackberry room as amazing! I get pictures of their activities all the time including mud painting, riding on a trike outside and role play with babies! We couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery and would strongly recommend!

Generally, really happy with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery. Always met by happy staff that seem to really enjoy their work and care a lot about our children. My daughter is only in the baby class and I think their outdoor space could do with a bit of investment but they make the most of what they have and day-to-day activities always sound engaging and fun.

App sometimes slow to update is the only thing I would change/improve.

I recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare and will continue to do so.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and has made some really special bonds with staff and other children. She has so much fun and as parents, this is super important to us. We know she is safe there and the communication is great.

Both sons have attended the nursery and it's the best in all areas.

Would highly recommend them. Staff are always happy to help and to answer any questions. They go above and beyond. My child has come out of his shell since starting back in September 2023 and his speech has come on amazing for a 2-year-old.

My second daughter has now started, with her additional needs. The staff have gone so far beyond my expectations to help her settle in. One staff member in particular has repeatedly demonstrated great initiative and has a brilliant handle on her feeding already. She proactively contacts me to benefit my daughter with her development and growth. The chef has been so accommodating to my and her changing needs.
