Our daughter has attended Kidi Caru since 6 months old. She is now over 2 years old. She is extremely well looked after and has an excellent relationship with staff who go above and beyond to support her well-being and development. The garden is spacious with numerous activities. The rooms are big, well-equipped with a variety of learning tools, and enable children to explore independently. Friendships are encouraged, and our daughter has developed socially. Meals are nutritious, varied and well-balanced. Shout out to the staff who are passionate, enthusiastic full of care eg. Christine, Emily, Chris, Chloe x 2, Sophie and everyone!

There has been a change of staff in the room that she has been in but have not had any issues with the change. If she has been unsettled they spend time with her and take her to do her favorite activities to help soothe her. They listen to her. And everything is always so clean.

What i loved is that we had 6 settling in sessions before his first proper day. So it made it easier for us to transition into this new chapter. During those sessions we sat in the reception area. We could see the little ones being dropped off, all so excited, the team knew their names, you could see real connections are being made.
We love getting the regular updates, the team are happy to answer any questions we have. We get detailed reports on different activities & learning they do. He has such an enjoyable day that hes pretty much wiped out by 6pm.
Only two things I would like to see change is;- reading the policies, it was the staff handbook, whereas the policies on the website are clearer & more what we need to know as parents.
Other than that, we are fully happy with this nursery. Seems to tick all the boxes.Keep up the good work x x x

We have two children at the nursery, both really enjoy it and we're extremely satisfied. The staff are all lovely and our kids love them. They update us regularly, are kind and supportive to the children and we couldn't ask for more.

We love everything about Kiddi Caru! My daughter has always been very attached and found it really difficult leaving me at the beginning. The staff were so supportive to both of us and did everything they could to help her settle. Fast forward to now and she loves it, she's so much more confident now and outgoing, the difference in her since she started has been amazing to watch. The outdoor space is lovely, the food is great and the children just always seem happy. Our car parking facilities do naturally get busy during pick up and drop off times, but we strive to keep this process running smoothly to ensure an easy transition to and from our nursery for all our families. We had a new intercom system installed in 2025. We adhere to strict safety policies and all parents need to be buzzed in to gain access to the nursery. At busy times, this noise may sound frequently but we do strive to the door manned to prevent this from happening. Please be assured that maintaining a clean and hygienic nursery environment is a top priority for us and our team work hard to maintain high standards during the day.

As a parent, I have developed positive relationships with the staff in my son's room and feel confident in approaching the management team whenever needed. The management team is visible and accessible on a daily basis, with an open-door approach at both drop-off and pick-up times.

This nursery is fantastic, my child loves coming here and I love dropping her off because she is so happy! She started at just under 1 year old and the first couple of weeks were tricky as it was all new to her, but the nursery staff were so supportive. They made a real effort to help her bond, sent me loads of pictures and updates throughout the day so I could see she was very happy once she got over me leaving. Now we are a couple of months in and she walks in by herself and gets excited in the morning when I tell her where we are going. They know him inside and out and they're honest with us when we pick him up which my partner is over the moon with. Management are friendly and so welcoming. The updates we receive via the app has really settled my partners nerves about leaving him. A special mention to two members of staff who have bent over backwards for our son and I can't thank them enough. She is now 2 years old and is thriving, the nursery staff are all so lovely and good with her and she adores them in return. We have had such clear communication from everyone about how she is doing and all her goings on, we feel so comfortable leaving her with them. Our baby has definitely made progress since being here also. We have really appreciated all the love and care the team has shown both our baby and us, as two nervous, first-time parents! The environment always feels super clean, well-maintained and resourced. All the staff from reception and across the building are kind, attentive, and welcoming.
