With my second child now attending and the care they have received I am very happy that they attend this nursery.
I feel my childs days are fullfilling and rewarding with them continuously developing. I even wish i could actually stay and attend with my child to play and interact.
The staff are very
caring and attentative and have always had time to talk to ourselves as parents when ever needed.

Since January 2026, our experience with Fennies Nursery Twickenham has been exceptional. After visiting several nurseries, it was clear this was the right choice. Katie was knowledgeable, caring, and made the transition seamless. Our daughter settled in quickly, and the team have been incredibly supportive,
it's clear they genuinely care. The environment is calm, structured, and never chaotic, while still being fun and engaging, my daughter loves the dance parties. We've seen great growth in her independence, and she's built strong bonds with the staff, which makes leaving her much easier. The outdoor space is fantastic and was one of the key reasons we chose this nursery. It's wonderful to see that they use it every day, sometimes twice a day. Our daughter is always excited to tell us about what she's been doing and the friends she's spent time with. The regular updates are also a highlight, especially the personalised weekly insights into her development. We would highly recommend!

As first-time nursery parents, we were apprehensive about our son starting nursery. From the beginning, the team at Fennies Whitton has been nothing short of incredible!! They supported not just our son, but us as parents too, reassuring us every step of the way and making the whole transition feel
so much easier. Thanks to their care, patience, and genuine warmth, our son has settled in so well. It's been amazing to see how happy and comfortable he is . What's even more special is that we have been seeing the changes in him at home - his confidence has grown, his communication has come on so much, and we can really see his development shining through day by day. A huge thank you to all the team who have been part of this journey and for the love and dedication you show - it truly means the world to us. We feel so grateful to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment for our son. Thank you for everything you do - it doesn't go unnoticed!

Our daughter settled into Fennies Whitton in Feb after moving from the Twickenham branch, and we couldn't be happier. It's hard to fully express how incredible the team are.


Trudy and Tia have built such a strong bond with her; our daughter's excitement at drop-off says everything about how cared

for she feels. They took the time to ask us questions in order to understand her individual needs and behaviours, adapting their approach to suit her perfectly. Their patience and kindness is so reassuring.


She also enjoys meals from Lila, whose varied, healthy, and delicious menu is a highlight. She even provides cooking sessions with the children to get them engaged, and her enthusiasm for what she does is inspiring.


All of this is led by Lacey, whose care for the team, environment, and children is clear from the moment you meet her.


Whether it's your first nursery experience or not, I genuinely don't think you'll find better than Fennies Whitton. Your child will be in exceptional hands.

Our son has been attending this nursery since January and we've had such a positive experience so far. He's 14 months old and settled in really quickly, which says a lot about how welcoming and supportive the environment is.
The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and it's clear they genuinely
enjoy what they do. Communication has been excellent from the start - we always feel informed and reassured about how his day is going. The updates on the app are prompt and really appreciated, as it's lovely to see what he's been up to throughout the day.
The nursery itself is always clean and well organised, and there are plenty of engaging activities that keep the children busy and learning. It's clear a lot of thought goes into creating a fun and stimulating environment.

I am so pleased we found Fennies. I honestly cannot champion it enough. After having a worrying experience during settlement at another nursery, the staff here welcomed us with open arms. The facilities provide so much engagement and a variety of activities. Not to mention their outside space, which
they use nearly everyday. This was really important to us and we are not disappointed when we see they've had an hour here and there throughout the day. The staff have such positive and outgoing energy, you can really feel the kids are in a happy and safe environment. I could not recommend them enough for your little ones especially if they are a bundle of energy like ours!

Extremely happy with the level of care - all staff are approachable, knowledgeable and wonderful with the children. We are always kept up to date and feel like the staff really understands our daughter and her needs, particularly around transitioning into a new room.

We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference for both children and parents. Our daughter joined the nursery in January as I was finished up maternity leave. I was very anxious about returning to work and her getting used to a new setting but was made to feel completely comfortable. Fennies communication is fantastic throughout the day, updating me as to her activities etc.
Pick up and drop off are very smooth as sadly always rushing to get to and from work.
I'm so pleased we chose this nursery, each staff member I have met have been understanding, caring and very responsible. Thanking the whole team, I couldn't rate this nursery any higher!

I have had such a wonderful experience at Fennies since my son started in September. The communication is excellent, the provision is outstanding, and the staff go above and beyond. My son slips into nursery every day and is so happy! Thank you Fennies Teddington!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. The staff are incredibly warm, nurturing and genuinely invested in the children - it's clear they truly care. From the very beginning, we've felt that our son is known and understood as an individual, not just another child in the room.


The

balance of emotional support and thoughtful learning is excellent. He absolutely loves going each day, which speaks volumes. We've also really appreciated the consistent, clear communication - it gives such peace of mind knowing how he's getting on and what he's enjoying.


We feel very lucky to be part of such a caring and professional environment.

Fennies is a lovely, warm, safe place for our boy. He has enjoyed his time at nursery and loves all the activities on offer. My wife and I were so impressed with the cooking and art activities available. This is clearly a nursery that cares.

We've been so impressed with Fennies Wimbledon. I have two children there and in both cases the move to a new nursery has been completely seamless.


My eldest (3 years) absolutely loves it. After struggling at his previous nursery, he's made lovely friends, adores his teachers and is genuinely excited

to go each day - which has been such a relief for us.


With my youngest (11 months), I've been incredibly impressed by the communication. The team keep me updated throughout the day, whether it's sharing how much she's enjoying herself or sending photos shortly after drop-off if she's been upset. They check in about naps and make sure I'm comfortable with everything. I honestly can't fault them - we never had this level of communication before, and I only wish we had.


It's a beautiful nursery with caring staff, high standards and outstanding parent communication. I'd encourage anyone to see it for themselves.

Our 11 months baby started his nursery journey with Fennies last week. It's been a very smooth process, with an initial settling week which helped him accommodate to the new environment: gradual easing in that helped both himself and ourselves (big step!).
I really like that staff are very friendly
and supportive, as well as the quick communication / replies : we love seeing pictures of our baby on his day-to-day activities, as it always puts a smile on our faces during working hours. On that note, the app is easy to use and provides a lot of information, making the whole enrolling process (and beyond) very simple and straightforward.
Management are also very kind and go above and beyond to provide a great experience to parents, be it by always being supportive or by creating an atmosphere of calm & professionalism. Really happy with our choice!

Our son started attending Fennies nursery in clapham in october 2025. The team there has been exceptionally helpful from the very beginning in making our son feel immediately at home. The level of care and attention that our son has been receiving from the staff has been incredible not only in terms
of nurturing and affection but also through engaging in various activities and games that have undoubtedly developed his skills. It s a huge relief and comfort for a parent to see his child in an environment where he is cared for, supported and encouraged to develop and grow and for that we want to genuinely thank the staff at Fennies for doing such a great job.

Our daughter has been at Fennies for nearly 6 months now, and we have been thrilled with the care she gets every day. From the very beginning, the staff have treated her as if she is one of their own, and that level of warmth and attention means so much. Every morning, she is greeted at the door with
friendly smiles and such kindness. The team at Fennies go above and beyond with their communication every day to ensure we are kept updated throughout. The space itself is incredible with bright open rooms and cosy spaces. The collection of high end toys and copious books is unmatchable. The outdoor area is even better with so many activities that the children adore. We feel a part of the Fennies community through various events.
The entire team at Fennies Clapham from the management, to the kitchen staff are all incredible. They have created a safe environment for our daughter to learn and grow and we trust them wholeheartedly. We would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone considering.
