Extremely happy with the nursery! My little one has settled well and is now excited to come to nursery. He has learned new signs which I am very impressed by. He does many exciting activities on the days he is in and always comes home happy!

Staff were supportive of both myself and my daughter starting nursery, especially as a anxious first time mum. There is always a welcoming face waiting at the door for the children.

My child has settled in well and loves coming and never wants to go home. The staff are so lovely and very welcoming. My child is very looked after and wouldn't want my child going anywhere else. Love that I get updates on my little one's day.

They have wonderful activities and a charming environment for the kids. Thank you for helping my daughter grow.

We couldn't recommend this nursery more highly. Like many parents, I was incredibly anxious about sending our son to nursery, but the staff made the transition so reassuring. From day one they have been attentive, caring and genuinely invested in him as an individual. He absolutely loves going and has thrived in every way.

Every member of staff is kind, patient and considerate, not only towards the children but their families too. It's clear they truly care about every child and celebrate their milestones as if they were their own.

We're only leaving because of a work-related move, and one of the hardest parts has been trying to find another nursery that comes close. They have set the bar incredibly high and we feel so lucky our son had such a wonderful start. Thank you for everything - you've been amazing.

Every member of staff is incredibly supportive and kind, there is nothing to small you can ask and they are happy to help. Management are also fantastic at listening to any concerns or positive feedback, our kids love it there and would recommend the nursery to anyone

I have had a great experience with the staff and Wyton. Naturally we were quite anxious at the start of our journey and we were treated as though we were the only parents. By that I mean, they listened and heard us. We didn't feel like we were bothering them and that helped us settle quite well.

Thank you to all the staff. Nicola and Jade and the staff in the baby room. Kay is doing a fantastic job in her room and her staff are superb. Honestly I started off a very anxious naggy mum but they have absolutely won my trust.

I can't thank the girls in baby bears enough for keeping our mind at ease and looking after of little one.

My toddler has been attending the nursery for the last year and a half, she comes home every day happy with something new she's learned to talk to us about. She speaks about her teachers like they are family and enjoys the variety of toys and activities they do. She has learned more than I could have imagined and is excited to attend every day. The staff take my child's allergy seriously and I have no worries about the safety of her food there.

My child has been attending the nursery from September 2025 and i've had the best experience so far. My child is well taken care of by the staff and he loves the food. Their safe guarding is top notch. They are simply the best.

Lovely nursery. My daughter started in Sept 2025 and has settled in really well. She is thriving and we never have any problems with her not wanting to go in. Fantastic.

The nursery is efficiently run, welcoming, caring. Activities are varied, imaginative, enjoyable. Staff are thoughtful, approachable, lovely. Management is efficient, well trained, hard working. Lessons are choesive, imaginative & effective. Overall an ideal nursery and one I recommend wholeheartedly.

The staff and everyone is so kind and caring caleb has really improved since he joined he loves the place .he loves going on walks and they always keep all the children entertained .its always nice and cozy and caleb always comes bk home with a smile

Amazing little nursery. My little boy has been going since sept 2025 and he loves it. All the staff are brilliant and always fantastic with my son. He goes in very happy and comes out very happy. I love the updates throughout the day. Couldn't recommend them more.

The girls at Rafa Kidz Boulmer have created such a loving, safe and nurturing environment, for all children that attend their center. The staff take time to learn each child as an individual and to create strong bonds. My daughter talks about her key workers on a daily basis, even refusing to let me do her hair and will wait for the staff at nursery to do it for her. The learning through play environment is carefully thought through, to ensure all children are able to access age appropriate activities. My daughter is thriving and is safe in this setting, by reading her body language and communicate with staff. The staff go above and beyond to make parents and children feel comfortable. This is reflective in the strong bonds staff form with the children. Words are always followed through with action and I'm so lucky such a practice exists in the community.

Communication is excellent, which gives us real peace of mind. I really value the regular updates and photos, it's reassuring to see what he's been doing and how happy he is. We feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for our little boy.

We have had a wonderful experience with our 1 year old boy at RAFA Kids. The kindness, care and professionalism of the team goes above and beyond. Our little boy settled in very quickly and is so happy every time we drop him off and pick him up. All the kids seem to love it there!

Great experience at RAFA Kidz in Longhoughton. My daughter has been going here for over a year now and has come on so much in her confidence, speech and development. I could not recommend them enough. The staff have gone over and above to accommodate her.
