A fantastic nursery with such welcoming, professional and nurturing staff! Everyone that works here has such a good heart and knows every child individually. Our little one thrived here! We went from him being reluctant to going to childcare to walking without a look over his shoulder and asking to
go back to pre school every day within a week of him joining! All thanks to the staff here! Communication is excellent via the app, phone calls if necessary and parents evening and a real open door policy. We are devastated our little one had to leave due to a posting and have found to hard to find a nursery remotely close to RAFA Kidz Odiham!

It is difficult to explain with words how important Rafa Kidz is for us and the impact their work has on our children. Their confidence and abilities have grown exponentially, and this is all down to the staff who spend time getting to know them individually and embracing their characters. Their import

My daughter has been attending RAFA Kidz Odiham for almost 4 years and it is an excellent nursery. The leadership sets a high standard and the staff work hard to maintain these high standards. The whole team are particularly good at dealing with tricky family situations such as long overseas deployments
and illness, where they offer an understanding and flexibility that most other nurseries just can't. All staff members are friendly and approachable and my daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. They have helped shape her into the independent and confident girl she is now, and prepared her very well for school. It's also very good value for money!

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives at this nursery. The staff are absolutely fantastic, warm, kind, and genuinely caring. It's clear how much they value each child and we've seen our daughter thrive under their attentive support. Each week brings a new and exciting theme, whether
it's exploring the sea, learning about animals, dinosaurs, or understanding important values including kind hands which we now use at home. Activities are thoughtfully planned and beautifully delivered. It's been amazing to watch our daughter come home excited, and shattered from all the activities. Our daughter always enjoys the food, and we appreciate knowing that she's getting nutritious, well-balanced meals while in their care often all+!
Most importantly, we feel complete trust in the team to give our daughter the highest level of care. It's a warm, nurturing environment that truly puts children first, and we're so grateful to be part of this nursery community

My granddaughter has attended RAFA Kidz Odiham for nearly two years in the preschool class, and we couldn't be happier. All the staff are warm, caring, and professional, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. She has grown so much in confidence, independence,
and social skills. What really stands out is the brilliant focus on emotional learning and empathy, children are encouraged to understand their feelings, express themselves in healthy ways and develop kindness and consideration for others. The setting is well-equipped, and full of fun, enriching activities, whether it's messy play, storytelling, imaginative role play, or outdoor exploration, there's always something exciting going on. Communication with families is excellent, and it's clear that every child is truly known and cared for. I'm so grateful for the positive start RAFA Kidz has given my granddaughter and highly recommend it to other families.

My little girl loves coming to nursery, all the staff are friendly and happy to help with any issues that I may have. She always seems to have a new, fun activity. Most days, I struggle to get her to come home with me.


She has progressed so well with her confidence, speech and other general milestones.

All staff are so welcoming, no matter what time of day. I am always kept up to date with all that is going on with my child and any plans/special days the nursery has lined up. The level of care and communication is there to be seen, and the interaction I receive with the staff is faultless. Each week,
my wife and I feel we could not have chosen a better nursery for our son to attend, leaving us with a warm thankful feeling. We see the progression our son is making through the exceptional work of all at the nursery.

The staff at this nursery are lovely and supportive. From calming fussy drop offs, and helping with potty training, to discussing developmental concerns, providing reassurance to me as a parent, and lending an extra hand to a parent struggling to wrangle a toddler into the car at home time, I've found
the staff to be proactive, well informed, and more than ready to to help in anyway they can.
Each of the rooms have a well thought out layout and activities plan for the week, exposing children to lots of different experiences. The nursery calendar includes celebrating holidays and special dates (like world book day and armed forces day) with exciting activities. The daily routine encourages independence such as getting their own drinks and going to the toilet by themselves, and teaches lots fundamental knowledge like the weather, days, and seasons.
As a result the nursery feels like an extension of our family, and our son has thrived in such a supportive environment.

Staff extremely competent and friendly.
The team are very communicative and caring towards our children. Also very helpful with regards to any extra sessions or change in sessions.

We love this nursery, our son is really happy. The staff are really friendly and helpful and really care about our son. He eats really well there and they feed him really healthy food. He does lots of activities and plays in the garden. He is very happy and is thriving. They communicate with us well.

Our toddler loves nursery and the staff there. Communication is really good between the staff and parents, and we love the use of the app. Our son eats healthy balanced meals whilst at nursery and almost always clears his plate. He has developed leaps and bounds since starting in the baby room, and
is now a very happy and confident little boy. He has lots of opportunities for messy / water play and arts and crafts. The nursery is good value for money relative to other nurseries near by, and the building is well suited for the nursery setting. Staff act professionally and encourage my sons development by reviewing his progress and inviting us to parents evening. Drop off and pick up is very easy, with a large amount of flexibility and with a dedicated car park.

Our daughter has been with RAFA Kidz for over a year and is progressing brilliantly. She enjoys everyday and comes home very happy. Workers support her through development and give us daily feedback on how her day has gone, what she's done and highlights of her day. Highly recommend!

Great care is provided to the children and they have lots of fun. The staff are friendly and show great compassion. Parents are always kept up to date with information. They provide a good variety of meal options.

I can't thank the staff at RAFA kidz abbeywood enough, my little girl loves her time there, the staff are so attentive and kind, and she's learning more and more everyday. I'd highly recommend this as a brilliant nursery to anyone that asks.

Both of my children attend/have attended ABW nursery, both in it's previous and current guises. They both enjoy going to nursery and have a great time. Both room and management staff are friendly and competent, and are genuinely keen to work with parents to get the best outcome for every child.

I collect from nursery once a week and it is a pleasure to enter such a happy buzzing atmosphere and see so many smiling little faces. The staff are always helpful, friendly and have time for a chat. My visits are always so positive, make me smile and feel a little younger! My very best wishes to all
the staff both those in the nursery rooms and those behind the scenes, the meals sound lovely. A big thank you for all the hard work I know you all put in.
