Overall Experience

Our experience with RAFA Kidz Shawbury has been fantastic since the beginning. I was extremely apprehensive putting my 10 month old in almost full time while I went back to work. I was instantly made to feel better by all the Starlings room staff. With regular updates through the app and replying to

my messages after upsetting drop offs. My daughter gets a huge variety of foods that I wouldn't have thought to make her at home. I am so grateful to all the lovely staff for settling my mind and giving me a shoulder to cry on when I've needed it!

Overall Experience

My son loves coming to nursery, the staff are all amazing with him, and he has learned so much. He often comes home singing the songs he's learnt that day. The activities are varied, and he loves outdoor time.

Overall Experience

RAFA Kidz is a friendly, safe space for babies and young children to grow and develop all the while involving parents; keeping us up to date with learning and special moments. Activities, food/weaning, exploration and development are considered even for young babies like my 9mo.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been at RAFA Kidz Cosford for almost a month and I am incredibly impressed with everything so far. Admin communication has been helpful in regards to days requested. The staff are caring and passionate about child development. The safeguarding measures in place are reassuring for any

parent. On every collection so far my daughter has been happy and I've had an informative handover. They also use the app to update you on their and including a weekly update on activities they have done hitting all the criteria in the early years education.

My son has recently started at RAFA Kidz Cosford. Such a smooth transition into nursery. From the registration, settling in sessions and to starting at nursery. The staff are extremely supportive and are very quick to respond. I have recently started work and have felt at ease leaving my baby at this

nursery. He has been there briefly and already he has matured very much, getting more confident with saying a few words and his play and interactions have improved.

Overall Experience

After being let down from two childminders we were stressing about finding somewhere for our twin boys, we contacted RAFA to see if they had any availability and contacted us back very quickly to say they would be able to fit us in. We had a viewing within a week or so and knew straight away that this

would be the most perfect place for our boys to attend.
We had two settling in days before they started, we were so amazed by the place.
They have been attending since September 2024 and they absolutely love the place and we do also.
Everyone is so welcoming and nice, it's so comforting for us to know we can leave the boys and they will have the best time.
They have both come along so much with such little time spent there already and we can't thank the team enough for all they do for us.

Overall Experience

RAFA Kidz Cosford is a beautiful nursery, I had a lot of anxiety about sending my son to nursery as he is only 11 months old but they really put you at ease. I love reading the updates of what he gets up to while he is there and seeing the photos, he always looks so happy. All the staff are so amazing

and so caring. Sending my son to RAFA Kidz was definitely the best decision I have made for my son as I know he is well looked after and developing well I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Overall Experience

I can not speak highly enough of RAFA KIDZ Shawbury. The ladies there have looked after both my boys from babies to pre-school and every aspect has been amazing.
The bonds each of my boys has built are more than anything you could wish for with the staff and the friends they have made.
I always know

when I have left them at nursery and if they are upset or unsettled that they are OK and being well looked after.

I have 2 sons that both attend the nursery and it's wonderful to know they're in good hands while we're working. Staff are friendly and happy to help with any inquiry my eldest was so shy and reluctant to join in at first but the girls have really brought him out of his shell and made him so comfortable

to be himself.

Our second child now in this nursery, other than a change of name there isn't much difference. The staff are still amazing and friendly and they have made our youngest child's first day very easy. Great facilities and great to see the updates through the day on the app. We are very happy we get to use

Brilliant staff who build strong relationships with the kids - my son gets excited at drop off once he sees staff members he recognises. I am very grateful for their excellent care. Varied activities that are inventive and creative and seem great for development.
Lunches seem good, room for improvement

with breakfast & tea but I'm
aware this is being worked on. Ultra-processed foods & desserts (apart from fruit & natural yogurt) should be removed as far as possible.

My son started here in October this year, on his first day, he was understandably a bit nervous to be away from mum and dad for the first time when we dropped him off. The staff though were brilliant with him, we got regular updates on his progress throughout the day and great feedback when we picked

him up. By the end of the week, he was loving nursery, eating well, and really settled in. The activities are great and he's learning loads and developing his social skills with the other babies there. Great facility with friendly and welcoming staff.

We love Shawbury Rafa Kidz! Our daughter went there up until August when she started school and it really helped to shape her as a person and she grew in confidence so much, especially in pre-school. Our son now goes there and I can't fault it. They have lovely playgrounds, and caring, kind staff who

Both of my children attend this nursery and love it. It is such a relief dropping our boys off knowing they are very well looked after with a great range of daily activities, what I also love is that we are continually updated throughout the day and can see what they have been up to. The staff have

been great in supporting us with our eldest who is currently potty training and has really helped with his journey and can't do enough to support this. Great job to all the staff at Rafa Kidz Cosford!
