Our daughter Paisley absolutely loves attending this nursery and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring - it's clear they truly love what they do and care about every child.
Communication with parents is excellent. We always feel well informed about Paisley's day, what she has been learning, and how she is developing. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she is in such attentive and capable hands.
The food provided is fantastic, with a great variety of healthy meals that Paisley always happily eats - something we really appreciate! The nursery also offers wonderful opportunities for children to explore, learn, and grow through a wide range of activities.
One of our favourite features is the outdoor area. It's a brilliant space where the children can play, explore, and enjoy being active outside.

Paisley loves going in.

Overall Experience
Our daughter has attended since she was almost 6 months old. We absolutely love everything and she is thriving. Her development and achievement of all her milestones are a credit to the baby room staff and management.
Her daily progress is reported and we look forward to seeing pictures of her daily activities and hearing all about her day.

It truly is as close to home from home as you can get.

Rafaz Nursery has been fantastic from day one, my daughter had terrible separation anxiety. The staff provided reasurrance and care towards my daughter who for a few weeks just wanted to be carried everywhere! They developed a strong relationship and after a few weeks encouraged her to feel safe and secure enough to play and enjoy her time there doing various activities. My little girl now loves going there and often doesnt want to leave when I collect her.

I couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are excellent - genuinely caring, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make the children feel safe, happy, and supported. There is a fantastic range of activities every day, keeping the children engaged, stimulated, and excited to learn and you can certainly see it in my child.
Communication is outstanding. I'm kept well informed about my child's day, progress, and any important updates, which gives me real peace of mind. The outdoor space is a huge bonus and is accessible throughout the day, allowing the children plenty of opportunities for fresh air, exploration, and active play.

Overall, this is a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment, and I would highly recommend it to any parents looking for childcare

My child has been at the nursery for over a year and has absolutely thrived in the care of the wonderful staff at the nursery. The staff are friendly and so helpful. I love to see the updates of my little one and what they have been doing that day! Each day they have a new educational activity. I have complete trust in the staff to care for my child. The meals provided by the cook are of top standard. The management are kind and caring at all times. The outdoor space is amazing for the little ones to explore and adventure. I am so glad I chose this nursery.

Since moving our son to RAFA he has been having a blast, every time we come to pick him up the staff are engaged and on the floor with the toddlers- this is great to see and it's nice being able to go into their environment rather than just pick up and drop off at the door.
The outside facilities suits our son well as he loves playing out and we love the fact they are out when ever possible! Especially jumping in puddles.

The menu offers a great variety and the themed days are a nice touch to develop their food tastes. Thanks you RAFA Valley for looking after our boy.

Our daughter has attended this nursery for a good while now, and I have to say they are absolutely amazing! She is learning and developing so many new skills in speech, has developed motor skills, and learning basic mathematics like numbers, colours and shapes. The staff were also amazing with helping us during potty training, and keeping us updated on how she gets on. My daughter is always happy to attend nursery, and has developed a lovely relationship with all the staff members who care for her which really puts my mind at ease leaving her there for the day while I work.
The meals and snacks are brilliant! It is lovely to see that she is being given proper fresh cooked hot meals, lots of fruit and vegetables and giving good variety for her diet.

I couldn't have asked for my daughter to attend a more safe and caring environment while I work, and have nothing but positive feedback to give.

RAFA Kidz Valley is an amazing nursery. I have felt comfortable in leaving my son there from the first day. The staff are so kind and the communication is great. Nothing is ever too much for them. My son has so much fun there and you can tell how comfortable he is with the staff and the other kids.

I can't say enough wonderful things about RAFA Kids Nursery! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with warmth and professionalism from the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and fun environment for the children, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development.
My daughter absolutely loved her time there - every day was filled with exciting activities, creative play, and learning experiences that kept her engaged and happy. It's been amazing to watch her grow in confidence, make new friends, and develop new skills thanks to the support and encouragement of the fantastic team. The app is great and updated throughout the day!

From the very first day, RAFA Kidz Valley has exceeded our expectations. We were shocked by how comfortable our daughter was during her first taster session. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly and genuinely caring, making our daughter feel right at home. She comes back every day excited and eager to see them again, which speaks volumes about the loving environment they provide.
Communication from the nursery is excellent, they keep us well-informed and speak about our daughter with such care and enthusiasm. It's truly reassuring to know she's in such capable hands. The level of attention and affection they give mirrors what we strive to provide at home and that means the world to us.

We trust the staff and management completely and cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. It's clear that the team loves what they do and it reflects in the way they treat the children.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 10 months old, he has always had the best care there. When we have had any concerns or when issues arise they are dealt with in the most supportive way, my son loves it when he's there and enjoys all of the activities they provide to them. They have a good outdoor space and also take the kids out on little walks around the area when the weather allows which is nice.

I've been using this nursery for over a year now and my son loves it. He loves it so much, he doesn't want to leave most days. The staff are amazing and feel like family to me. The imagination and creativity they have astounds me. Babyfest "24 - amazing! The nursery itself is bright and spacious with a great outdoor space the kids love. Indoors is split into age appropriate rooms with all the learning materials to meet those important milestones. The kitchen is also great and provides a full range of healthy meals and snacks. I can't express how much I love this nursery, the staff are all brilliant at what they do and seeing the joy on my sons face at the end of the day is the best thing in the world. He has all his needs met and more. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone that asked. 5 stars across the board!

Both my kids have attended RAFA Kidz nursery. They have good meals, are taught with kindness and respect, and are well cared for. The staff make a concerted effort to know the kids likes and dislikes and my children have always been happy when they have been picked up.

I've been using this nursery for 6 years and I could not recommend the staff and setting enough. They've become like family to my 3 children who have been going to the nursery over these 6 years. I've never had any problems and they've all enjoyed the different daily activities they plan and have made great friends in the staff too.
The healthy food options are perfect and they offer a great variety. They use their outdoor setting in all weathers (if the children want to) and this has been a huge enjoyment for my children. It's set in the very natural tone using natural resources which has always been a hit.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was a baby, she built a beautiful relationship with all the staff at the nursery, especially six members of staff in particular. Brilliant facilities and excellent staff.
My daughter is attending the holiday clubs now that she has begun school, she still asks about the nursery and when she's going back to "Beryl school".

Lovely nursery, couldn't recommend it enough. The staff are so friendly and are amazing with my little boy, I feel at complete ease that he is being well cared for and fed well. They give you updates on how his day is going and any developments which is such a great thing to do. He absolutely loves it there, always doing different activities.

The manager is extremely helpful and approachable also.

Overall Experience

We have been taking our child to this nursery for over 2 years. The staff members are all friendly and welcoming, highly trained, and great with our child. They have seen her from 7-months-old to 3-years-old and have helped her through potty training as well. Our child loves the food and has thrived. The staff monitor the child's development and are in constant contact with us as she grows. We get daily updates on an app to see how much and when she eats/naps/toilets.
