My little boy really enjoys coming to the nursery and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. He always comes home happy and smiling when I pick him up him up and always has fun. Very good nursery.

All the staff at RAFA Kidz Wittering are friendly and polite. They helped us settle in nicely and gave my child the adequate space and attention.
After the settling in sessions on the first week I received and overview of my child's time and feedback based on his activities with advice on what needs

When my daughter was transitioning to the next room the were very considerate and intune to her needs and helped her feel at ease. They did warm up sessions within the room to prepare her and did activities that the keyworker had highlighted that she enjoyed like singing and painting.
She is very happy
and confident within the new room with the staff and the kids, telling me about her day and is always keen to go!

My daughter has been attending baby bears for 6 months now, the attention to her care and everyday well being is exceptional. The staff in baby bears and throughout the nursery are always so friendly and make the nursery feel a happy fun place.
My daughter always comes home happy with a full belly
and clean-ish (she loves the messy play)
They don't just care for the children they also care about the parents, with a recently deployed partner they checked in on me and made sure I was okay, they're always happy to have a chat and help me feel better.
Thank you for caring so much, I have no worries when I drop my daughter off as I know she is well cared for!!

My son started at 15 months old, and I was amazed by how quickly he settled in. The staff are welcoming, kind, caring and creative. I am impressed by the variety of activities they come up with, and look forward to the little crafts that my son brings home.
I receive insightful progress reports and
photos, which is always a pleasure. While the photos aren't constant, I prefer knowing the staff are fully present and engaged with the children rather than glued to a tablet.
The purpose-built outside play space looks great. The team keep investing in new resources both indoors and out, which shows they care about keeping the play spaces and activities fresh and up-to-date.
The communication is seamless and I have found the office to be helpful, understanding and accommodating, particularly when our circumstances suddenly changed.
We truly appreciate the team's friendly, hands-on approach and are very happy to have chosen this nursery for our son.

My daughter has been at this nursery for around 10 months now and absolutely loves it. All the staff are friendly and really get to know the children. There is always a great range of activities to keep the children busy and the layout of the nursery works well for lots of time outdoors and fresh air
when the weather allows. My daughter is excited to go to nursery everyday and has formed a real bond with the staff, which is lovely to see and so reassuring as a parent.

The staff have been fantastic at supporting me to settle my little one into their setting. The app is a great resource and well updated. We've enjoyed watching our little one join in to their activities and we can see she is really enjoying the food.

Our little one has been at the nursery for a while now. He has grown in confidence and is really engaging. The staff really spend the time to get to know us all and our little ones quirks. They are brilliant. The nursery facilities are great, lots to keep them entertained and always clean. Highly recommend!

My daughter started the nursery this month. She wasn't even upset when I left her, which says a lot about how wonderful the nursery is. She has settled right in absolutely beautifully. And she tells me about her day when she is home :) Also, the food always smells amazing when I pick her up!! She eats
better than me. Haha. My only negative would be lack of updates/photos on the app of what she has been up to during her day there. However I appreciate they are busy. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

My daughter has been at this nursery since July 2023 and absolutely loves going. She has developed so much since being there and has made so many friends. We receive fantastic updates on the app, providing us with photos, videos and comments, which is highly appreciated. My daughter has a lactose allergy,
and they cater for this really well. The menu is diverse and changes regularly. The staff are kind, friendly and considerate, and my daughter loves them all.

My son always feels welcomed and happy every time he attends pre-school. The staff are exceptionally friendly, supportive, and approachable. The management team is incredibly accommodating and consistently goes above and beyond, even offering assistance with matters beyond their direct responsibilities.
I'm truly grateful for everything the team has done, and we will genuinely miss you all when my son transitions to Reception in September. Thank you again.

We recently put are son into the nursery, he's only 10 months old and can say he loves it! All the staff we have met so far have been warm and kind, his day is filled with activities and he comes home smiling and tired out so bedtime is easier. We had a look around before we sent him there, we were
given tips and information of what we have to do and what to expect from the nursery, information about our son if any allergies etc. Then on the induction week just went through again with info about him and double-checking if he has allergies, etc.


We have noticed his development has quickened, he is exploring and progressing really well. With the app we get updates of his day, when he been fed and what he has been fed, if there has been an accident, what he has been up to and pictures of him playing or doing activities. The nursery have been great at keeping us informed of anything and everything, it has really given us peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands.

My little girl has just started at RAFA and she loves it! The staff have put me at ease with regular updates on her progress via the app and they always welcome her with smiles. My daughter always looks so content in her pictures and I love the different experiences she gets to engage with whilst she
is there. They are also doing an amazing job weaning her, in which she is trying lots of new textures.

I've been taking my son to this nursery since he was 10 months old and he's now 3.5 years old. He absolutely loves it, so many toys, different activities they do each day, has a huge outdoor play area and the room sizes are big and clean. The staff are absolutely amazing with him, very patient and caring
especially as I know he can be difficult at times. Communication via the app is great, I love checking to see what he's eaten and to see photos of what he's got up to during the day. I highly recommend this nursery.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. From the baby room where our daughter receives care and nurturing to help her development and she has lots of fun! To the older two in before and after school club which allows us to work while trusting our kids are safe and happy.
