As parents, knowing our son was in such capable hands has meant everything. RAFAKidz goes above and beyond for every child, and their commitment to inclusive, high-quality care is truly outstanding. We will always be grateful for the incredible start they have given our son, and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Invoicing and funding not applied correctly.

Website not up to date, meals not included they are provided at additional coasts

Now extra curricular activities added and charged separately but no notification of what these activities are we saw no change in activities but were being charged extra.

Use of App for child at home for parents to submit, was not included or used to support cases (legal court cases)

Did not support EHCP for child despite all other professionals recognising differences with child.

The nursery started off great! But then changes crept in.

I chose this nursery because of certain activities being available and use of sign language (Makaton)

Also has no update on website of staff working at nursery (meet team) no mention of their qualifications and abilities.

The review i leave now is the one it truly deserves.

My daughter first started at RAFA Kidz High Wycombe when she was 10 months old, she's now 20 months and has blossomed in her communication and social skills. She's formed lovely friendships with the staff and the others in her room. I have nothing but praise for this setting and would recommend it to anyone!

My daughter has loved her time at Rafa Kidz High Wycombe. She's made lots of friends and always has exciting news to share with us at the end of each day. She feels very ready to move on to big school now. Thank you!

I cannot thank the staff enough for the support, care, and encouragement they have provided to our children. Their dedication and professionalism make RAF Kidz an exceptional environment, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do.

We thought our child was settled in a previous nursery but she is so much happier at this one. The staff are invested in the children and take time to talk to you about their days and I can see my daughter loves the staff. They are all very good with her and have taken the time to get to know her. The message you to let you know what is going on or if something is different. For example, my child wouldn't sleep the other day so they messaged to say they'd tried but she was happy and not wanting to sleep. You get pictures weekly and they do assessments.

Lovely nursery with lots of resources and facilities. My only concern here is the high turnover of staff and inconsistency of daily structure. Outside of that - I feel like my child is well cared for, happy and developing well here.

Our 1st born daughter has attended since it opened, I left a review in 2024. She starts school in September, so leaving a final review.

She's transitioned through all 3 rooms. Each provided a kind and nurturing environment, encouraging lots of independent free play both indoors and out, as well as varied and interesting supported activities. The staff get the children out on foot, including visits to a little softplay facility that's available on the station.

WiFi cannot get a good connection meaning a weekly round up rather than a daily update for pre-schoolers, we don't mind this but I know some may.

Recently transitioned to meals prepared off site, I was skeptical but this has been fantastic - really varied and healthy, with webinars and recipes. Pre-schoolers do forest school once a week and each week has a theme inc an artist to try and take inspiration from. Great staff always making improvements and changes as they see fit. No hesitation in sending our son who starts tomorrow

My daughter has attended this nursery for two years and from her first day she was welcomed from the friendly staff. She has blossomed into a sociable and confident young girl. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. My daughter absolutely loves attending this nursery and constantly talks about the staff and her friends there. She enjoys the meals and socialising with her peers.

Since my son began at RAFA Kidz High Wycombe he has come on leaps and bounds. His improvement in his speech and communication is especially fantastic. The staff truly care about our children, tailoring activities to their likes and interests. Activities are varied and engaging. My son always comes home with a full tummy and a varied, balanced menu is given. The nursery is spotless and maintained to a high standard.

RAFA Kidz (RAF High Wycombe) has been brilliant to us the parents and the kid. This was our first (and our first time using a nursery) so emotions were running high but fair play to the guys at RAFA Kidz, they were brilliant. They transformed our shy, quick-to-cry kid into this loud, confident, wrecking ball of a toddler. Putting him in full-time so my wife could go back to work was the best thing we ever did for him - and we took him to the model village so the bar was pretty high.

To the time of leaving, with a very happy/relaxed little boy! Thank you sounds so inadequate - but please be assured it is heartfelt; that total peace of mind for our family in its entirety.

RAFA Kidz High Wycombe have been so supportive of my daughter and her start into the setting. She has settled immensely well and the staff are fabulous. She is happy to go to her key worker and doesn't even look back now! They have been able to meet my childcare needs which has made my return to work run smoothly. As a result of this I am now moving my older child to this setting. The facilities are excellent too.

100% would recommend this nursery. The staff are amazing too and have been so supportive and friendly! Thank you for everything!

The meals that are provided are really varied and he eats so much more than he was at home. Our little boy loves to be outside and to be active and they provide loads of time outdoors in the fresh air and activities including soft play where he has become so confident using the slide.

Our child has been attending RAFA Kidz High Wycombe for the last year, in that time we as a family and he as an individual have received amazing support from the nursery with his settling in and development. He has flourished under their care and loves to go there on his nursery days. The staff are professional and genuinely interested in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the children and families.

There are a number of staff who go above and beyond their roles and provide a great deal of comfort and kindness to the children in a home away from home. The nursery is very secure and well lit and I enjoy the amount of outdoor space that my child can play in. Would highly recommend it.

My son has had really great experiences in both the baby room and toddler room! He is happy and well looked after. There has been some inconsistency in staff over the last 11 months but that is happening all over and through no fault of the nursery itself. It’s great to see the activities they do and all the kids look like they are having fun. Couldn’t ask for anything more - my child is happy, settled, and enjoys going! Plus all the staff are lovely!

Exceptionally positive experience with RAFA kids nursery. We couldn’t have asked for a more kind and caring environment for our daughter. The staff care for each child and their individual development, nurturing their interests. They have encouraged our daughters curiosity and imagination and she has developed real affirming skills to take her toward into primary school. Highly recommend.

They have been super flexible with allowing us to book her in for extra afternoons or days if we need to and if there is space.
