RAFAKidz Medmenham has been fantastic for our little boy. His development constantly astounds us, and the nursery clearly take great pride in looking after him and ensuring he enjoys his time whilst there. All of the staff are super friendly and every day he seems to do something different but mostly he enjoys the large outdoor space which they use all year round!

The weekly photo updates are the highlight of the week showing just how much they are doing.

As parents, knowing our son was in such capable hands has meant everything. RAFAKidz goes above and beyond for every child, and their commitment to inclusive, high-quality care is truly outstanding. We will always be grateful for the incredible start they have given our son, and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Now extra curricular activities added and charged separately but no notification of what these activities are we saw no change in activities but were being charged extra.

Use of App for child at home for parents to submit, was not included or used to support cases (legal court cases)

Did not support EHCP for child despite all other professionals recognising differences with child.

The nursery started off great! But then changes crept in.

I chose this nursery because of certain activities being available and use of sign language (Makaton)

Also has no update on website of staff working at nursery (meet team) no mention of their qualifications and abilities.

The review i leave now is the one it truly deserves.

We are so grateful for everything the team has done for our daughter and would highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment for their child.

We continue to watch our daughter thrive under the exceptional care at RAFA Kidz Medmenham. It's such a nurturing environment and the staff go above and beyond. She frequently mentions Danny and Hannah when telling us about her day and we are beyond grateful for how proactive Sammy & Victoria have been with her interventions for a physical impairment. We are so grateful to have her at this nursery and she continues to flourish.

My daughter first started at RAFA Kidz High Wycombe when she was 10 months old, she's now 20 months and has blossomed in her communication and social skills. She's formed lovely friendships with the staff and the others in her room. I have nothing but praise for this setting and would recommend it to anyone!

I cannot thank the staff enough for the support, care, and encouragement they have provided to our children. Their dedication and professionalism make RAF Kidz an exceptional environment, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do.

We thought our child was settled in a previous nursery but she is so much happier at this one. The staff are invested in the children and take time to talk to you about their days and I can see my daughter loves the staff. They are all very good with her and have taken the time to get to know her. The message you to let you know what is going on or if something is different. For example, my child wouldn't sleep the other day so they messaged to say they'd tried but she was happy and not wanting to sleep. You get pictures weekly and they do assessments.

Lovely nursery with lots of resources and facilities. My only concern here is the high turnover of staff and inconsistency of daily structure. Outside of that - I feel like my child is well cared for, happy and developing well here.

Our 1st born daughter has attended since it opened, I left a review in 2024. She starts school in September, so leaving a final review.

She's transitioned through all 3 rooms. Each provided a kind and nurturing environment, encouraging lots of independent free play both indoors and out, as well as varied and interesting supported activities. The staff get the children out on foot, including visits to a little softplay facility that's available on the station.

WiFi cannot get a good connection meaning a weekly round up rather than a daily update for pre-schoolers, we don't mind this but I know some may.

Recently transitioned to meals prepared off site, I was skeptical but this has been fantastic - really varied and healthy, with webinars and recipes. Pre-schoolers do forest school once a week and each week has a theme inc an artist to try and take inspiration from. Great staff always making improvements and changes as they see fit. No hesitation in sending our son who starts tomorrow

My daughter has attended this nursery for two years and from her first day she was welcomed from the friendly staff. She has blossomed into a sociable and confident young girl. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. My daughter absolutely loves attending this nursery and constantly talks about the staff and her friends there. She enjoys the meals and socialising with her peers.

Communication is excellent, which gives us real peace of mind. I really value the regular updates and photos, it's reassuring to see what he's been doing and how happy he is. We feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery for our little boy.

We have had a wonderful experience with our 1 year old boy at RAFA Kids. The kindness, care and professionalism of the team goes above and beyond. Our little boy settled in very quickly and is so happy every time we drop him off and pick him up. All the kids seem to love it there!

RAFA Kidz was amazing for my little boy. He went from the baby room all the way through to the pre-school room and I couldn't have been happier with how he progressed in that time. He's only left to go into Reception at the local school! The staff make you feel like part of the nursery family and you can see the care that they have for all the kids they look after. That's to the nursery staff and setting he's a confident and bright little boy who loves being outdoors. All I can say is a massive thanks to all the staff.

I simply can't praise RAFA KidzZ Medmenham enough; the amazing staff who really care and took the time to understand our daughter, the wonderful opportunities the team provided for all the children and the fantastic outdoor and forest school provisions, all left me feeling lucky that my daughter was there. Every single day that my daughter attended she ran in with a smile. When staff spoke to us about our daughter, or reports were sent home, I was always warmed and impressed by how well staff understood our daughter, the positives and the challenges, and just how much care they had shown. The outdoor space is fantastic, and children are given so many opportunities to explore and enjoy being outside. The forest school was a win every time with our daughter who always came home full of tales of what she had done and learnt, including all the safety notes. Staff put so much care into providing the children with special memories, and I always fully trusted that she was in the very best place.

RAFA Kidz Medmenham is simply the best. I could gush about every aspect, but what it really comes down to and revolves around are the beyond amazing staff. Everyone I've met is excellent at what they do, and they work so incredibly well as a team, which is reflected in the very minimal staff turnover - and I think that says a lot in itself. Ever since switching nurseries to RAFA Kidz I haven't had one concern, everything is handled with precision. My son had the best three years there and grew in confidence massively, he's gone off to school very well prepared and excited for it thanks to the expert guidance of the team at RAFA. I could go on about the wonderful outside space, forest school, creative play, food etc. but I'm running out of words! A million thank you's to this perfect team and I'm so happy my daughter gets to spend the next three years under their fabulous care as well!

RAFA Kidz Walters Ash is like a family. My twins go in without even looking back because they love their nursery so much. I know that when my boys are there, they are not only cared for, but loved and cherished, as every child there is. The staff are amazing, we feel so lucky to have them. Thank you, ladies.
