Rafaz Nursery has been fantastic from day one, my daughter had terrible separation anxiety. The staff provided reasurrance and care towards my daughter who for a few weeks just wanted to be carried everywhere! They developed a strong relationship and after a few weeks encouraged her to feel safe and secure enough to play and enjoy her time there doing various activities. My little girl now loves going there and often doesnt want to leave when I collect her.

Overall, this is a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment, and I would highly recommend it to any parents looking for childcare

My child has been at the nursery for over a year and has absolutely thrived in the care of the wonderful staff at the nursery. The staff are friendly and so helpful. I love to see the updates of my little one and what they have been doing that day! Each day they have a new educational activity. I have complete trust in the staff to care for my child. The meals provided by the cook are of top standard. The management are kind and caring at all times. The outdoor space is amazing for the little ones to explore and adventure. I am so glad I chose this nursery.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for 6 months now and throughly enjoys it. The communication between staff and parents is outstanding. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment for the children making leaving my daughter much easier.

RAFA Kidz Valley is an amazing nursery. I have felt comfortable in leaving my son there from the first day. The staff are so kind and the communication is great. Nothing is ever too much for them. My son has so much fun there and you can tell how comfortable he is with the staff and the other kids.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 10 months old, he has always had the best care there. When we have had any concerns or when issues arise they are dealt with in the most supportive way, my son loves it when he's there and enjoys all of the activities they provide to them. They have a good outdoor space and also take the kids out on little walks around the area when the weather allows which is nice.

My daughter started this nursery in December, and I can not fault it one bit. She's always going in happy. The staff are lovely and happy to help with anything you have yo ask them. I really can't wait to see how my daughter will grown and achieve from this place

I've been using this nursery for over a year now and my son loves it. He loves it so much, he doesn't want to leave most days. The staff are amazing and feel like family to me. The imagination and creativity they have astounds me. Babyfest "24 - amazing! The nursery itself is bright and spacious with a great outdoor space the kids love. Indoors is split into age appropriate rooms with all the learning materials to meet those important milestones. The kitchen is also great and provides a full range of healthy meals and snacks. I can't express how much I love this nursery, the staff are all brilliant at what they do and seeing the joy on my sons face at the end of the day is the best thing in the world. He has all his needs met and more. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone that asked. 5 stars across the board!

Both my kids have attended RAFA Kidz nursery. They have good meals, are taught with kindness and respect, and are well cared for. The staff make a concerted effort to know the kids likes and dislikes and my children have always been happy when they have been picked up.

We have been taking our child to this nursery for over 2 years. The staff members are all friendly and welcoming, highly trained, and great with our child. They have seen her from 7-months-old to 3-years-old and have helped her through potty training as well. Our child loves the food and has thrived. The staff monitor the child's development and are in constant contact with us as she grows. We get daily updates on an app to see how much and when she eats/naps/toilets.
