Highly recommend RAFA Kidz Boscombe Down to any and all around!

My daughter has attended RAFA Kidz Boscombe Down for 2 years. In that time she has blossomed into an amazing, kind, intelligent kid. The staff at the nursery have been heavily involved in her learning, processing skills and moulding her into the child she has become. She always goes into nursery and home buzzing, she's so happy to be there and loves every second. We could not be more pleased or grateful for all that the staff have done and helped with and are absolutely gutted to be leaving. They have been so kind, loving, and supportive of her every step of the way and we really can't imagine a better place to have sent our child.

The staff are amazing, my son attended another nursery and found it so hard to settle I removed him in the end. Since starting at RAFA Kidz Boscombe Down, I have seen his confidence grow, all the staff are so friendly and supportive and I feel like I'm dropping him off at a friend's house to play. I feel as though they actually want to get know him and care for my son's well-being and not just doing a job. The Chinook room reminds me of the reception classroom at my eldest son's school, a range of planned activities for learning and play and such a variety of toys. The outside space is large and has so much to do and play with, bikes and trikes, sand pit, mud kitchen, different things to climb. In my opinion one of the best nurseries in the area, and although my son still gets upset at drop off, I'm confident that the staff genuinely care for his happiness and are so personable I can go off the work without that sinking mum guilt!

Great nursery, our daughter loves attending and all the staff are so kind and I feel like they look after the little ones as their own. They stick to our routines and are always there for support when it comes to things like behaviour and reassurance.

I really rate RAFA Kidz Boscombe Down. Since they took over, there has been a great deal of investment in new resources like the kitchen, tablet, new toys and activities that enhance the experience for my daughter. My daughter has been very happy in the setting for almost 3 years now and has been so well looked after by the team. Many of them have watched her grow from a baby into a confident young girl ready to take on school. I feel happy knowing she is so well cared for and supported by all of the team.

RAFA Kidz Boscombe Down has provided excellent care to my daughter when she started at 7 months old. They have nurtured and developed her as she has weaned and grown over the last 6 months. Her key person is outstanding and truly cares for her well-being. She loves going to nursery and smiles every day at drop-off. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

My son loves going to RAFA Kidz Boscombe Down. He's made friends there and loves and trusts the staff as do I. They know him, know his likes, dislikes and nurture him whilst I'm away from him during the working day. He's learned and developed so much in their care. I recommend RAFA Kidz Boscombe to anyone looking for childcare with staff you can trust.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery. I was nervous after having him at a childminder in a smaller environment but I wish I had put him in sooner. He has thrived since joining. The communication received daily from the nursery is amazing and of course a catch-up every pick up on his day. The staff are all so lovely and I personally couldn't recommend Rafa Kidz enough. We will be gutted when September comes and it's time for school as he enjoys his days here so much!

Fantastic team of staff providing a caring, nurturing, and engaging environment in which children flourish. A wide range of child and adult-led activities with exciting topics throughout the year. Absolutely brilliant nursery.

Staff are so friendly and are absolutely fantastic with the children. Always very helpful with any developmental stages with the children. The meals have anyway been nutritious and somehow they are able to convince toddlers to try new food that they would never eat at home.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Thank you to all the staff and management that make this place so wonderful.

They have a fantastic management team who guide the rest of the team. A lovely nursery with excellent staff, great resources- I love the natural, wooden resources inside. It feels homely and snug.

We have had a great experience since switching nurseries to Rafa Kidz. The hours work very well to suit our work commitments. The staff are brilliant and I've noticed our children's confidence grow, they are always very happy to go in and see their friends.

Amazing staff that really care about the children and ensuring that they have not only a happy and fun time but also educational. My daughter loves her time here and has really bonded with all of the staff.

Lovely nursery with staff who genuinely care for the children. They develop the children and staff well. I notice the younger staff have gained a lot of confidence from the older experienced staff.

Our daughter loves it here and is in Spitfires. The staff are always so welcoming and you can tell that they genuinely care, especially 3 in particular. When I arrive to pick up it's lovely to see all the staff getting involved including management. The feedback I have received at pick-up is always honest and they're never too busy to discuss your child. Our daughter attends every day and every day when I pick up she looks just as happy as the day before. The best part is she always looks like she's had fun!! They have access to outside space and a beautiful spacious neutral room which isn't overwhelming. Information about the day is all on an easy-to-use app (nappy changes, food, etc). Having had antibiotics administered to her during her nursery day I've seen paperwork to be accurate and easily accessible. We've had many chances to get involved in what they're doing at nursery for example family photos. A real caring and trustworthy team of ladies. 100% recommended!

My little boy loves attending Rafa Kidz. The care and nurturing he receives is second to none. He loves spending time with his friends and enjoys all the lovely activities. He has learnt and developed so much. He is clearly thriving in the space and environment. The setting is beautiful and has a very spacious outdoor space with loads to explore that my little one loves. The team provides the best care and is a lovely bunch that gives a home feeling.

We've always had a really positive experience at this nursery. Our kids are well looked after and cared for by the staff there, who come across as genuinely invested and committed. The management team are always very professional and take the time to listen to us and share any updates and changes. Our kids are really happy and settled there - thanks to the great team.
