I have had a great experience with the staff and Wyton. Naturally we were quite anxious at the start of our journey and we were treated as though we were the only parents. By that I mean, they listened and heard us. We didn't feel like we were bothering them and that helped us settle quite well.

Thank you to all the staff. Nicola and Jade and the staff in the baby room. Kay is doing a fantastic job in her room and her staff are superb. Honestly I started off a very anxious naggy mum but they have absolutely won my trust.

Love love the nursery, the staff are amazing, the out door area is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and well set out, lots of updates on the app & great handovers at pick up :-) couldn't want got anymore

We truly appreciate the team's friendly, hands-on approach and are very happy to have chosen this nursery for our son.

My daughter has been at this nursery for around 10 months now and absolutely loves it. All the staff are friendly and really get to know the children. There is always a great range of activities to keep the children busy and the layout of the nursery works well for lots of time outdoors and fresh air when the weather allows. My daughter is excited to go to nursery everyday and has formed a real bond with the staff, which is lovely to see and so reassuring as a parent.

Our little one has been at the nursery for a while now. He has grown in confidence and is really engaging. The staff really spend the time to get to know us all and our little ones quirks. They are brilliant. The nursery facilities are great, lots to keep them entertained and always clean. Highly recommend!

My daughter started the nursery this month. She wasn't even upset when I left her, which says a lot about how wonderful the nursery is. She has settled right in absolutely beautifully. And she tells me about her day when she is home :) Also, the food always smells amazing when I pick her up!! She eats better than me. Haha. My only negative would be lack of updates/photos on the app of what she has been up to during her day there. However I appreciate they are busy. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Our little girl started in May, a very rocky start, as to be expected, but we are already seeing a change at drop off. She's really starting to settle in well. Thanks to Management and all the girls in the Buttercup Room.

My daughter has been at this nursery since July 2023 and absolutely loves going. She has developed so much since being there and has made so many friends. We receive fantastic updates on the app, providing us with photos, videos and comments, which is highly appreciated. My daughter has a lactose allergy, and they cater for this really well. The menu is diverse and changes regularly. The staff are kind, friendly and considerate, and my daughter loves them all.

My son always feels welcomed and happy every time he attends pre-school. The staff are exceptionally friendly, supportive, and approachable. The management team is incredibly accommodating and consistently goes above and beyond, even offering assistance with matters beyond their direct responsibilities. I'm truly grateful for everything the team has done, and we will genuinely miss you all when my son transitions to Reception in September. Thank you again.

We recently put are son into the nursery, he's only 10 months old and can say he loves it! All the staff we have met so far have been warm and kind, his day is filled with activities and he comes home smiling and tired out so bedtime is easier. We had a look around before we sent him there, we were given tips and information of what we have to do and what to expect from the nursery, information about our son if any allergies etc. Then on the induction week just went through again with info about him and double-checking if he has allergies, etc.

We have noticed his development has quickened, he is exploring and progressing really well. With the app we get updates of his day, when he been fed and what he has been fed, if there has been an accident, what he has been up to and pictures of him playing or doing activities. The nursery have been great at keeping us informed of anything and everything, it has really given us peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands.

My little girl has just started at RAFA and she loves it! The staff have put me at ease with regular updates on her progress via the app and they always welcome her with smiles. My daughter always looks so content in her pictures and I love the different experiences she gets to engage with whilst she is there. They are also doing an amazing job weaning her, in which she is trying lots of new textures.

We are coming to the end of our journey at Wyton (due to starting school in September) and the environment and staff will be missed by both myself as a parent and my little boy! He's happy to go there and the staff are kind, caring and interested in his progress and wellbeing. A big thank you to you all!

An excellent nursery that has helped my child become a confident, articulate and sassy young person. The staff are fantastic - kind, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile - and the facilities are great, although could use air conditioning! We are very happy with our experience so far and highly recommend it.

I've been taking my son to this nursery since he was 10 months old and he's now 3.5 years old. He absolutely loves it, so many toys, different activities they do each day, has a huge outdoor play area and the room sizes are big and clean. The staff are absolutely amazing with him, very patient and caring especially as I know he can be difficult at times. Communication via the app is great, I love checking to see what he's eaten and to see photos of what he's got up to during the day. I highly recommend this nursery.

Really friendly and helpful staff. My son loves going, the rooms have lots of toys and activities to keep them busy! They provide great communication throughout the day, get regular updates on how your child is progressing.

My son is a fussy eater and the nursery staff are always trying to make the menu is appealing to all children's appetites. As well as catering for allergies, which my son was on the dairy ladder for quite some time, which didn't limit his options to the flexibility of the catering staff.

We have three children at RAFA KIDS. All three thrive and love attending the nursery.

Two of the children have needed extra support regards their speech. All staff in their room have actively helped with working along side us to implement the measures and techniques recommended by the speech therapy team.

Our son joined in March 2024 and our daughter started in December 2024 and in both cases have received fantastic care. All of the staff are brilliant - every one of them knows each child by name and is aware of how to deal with them individually. We are met each day by a member of staff who gives us updates and supports the children in drop offs and pick ups. We receive regular class updates and specific observations which let us know how our children are getting on and what their next learning goal is as well as regular updates on the Famly app. Both of our kids love going here and have built some amazing bonds with the staff and we really appreciate their effort every day.

My daughter loves going to this nursery. The outside area is great and lots of new exciting toys inside too. It seems a really friendly atmosphere and staff always recognise which parent belongs to which child which makes it feel really personal :)
