The nursery staff are very friendly. My child is always a bit shy at drop off but the staff are very sweet and know how to encourage my child to come over and get involved. When I collect, my child is always in a great mood having had a great day. The staff take the time to let me know about the activities
and what my child has eaten. It's very reassuring. The menu sounds nutritious and delicious. The building itself looks nice and clean. The garden areas are a great play area when its not raining. Finally, the office staff are so friendly, it often takes me 10 minutes longer than anticipated to collect my child as they are full of friendly chat.
Everyone is really nice. I feel my child is developing and very happy at Partou.

This is a great nursery. It is light, spacious, clean and airy with plenty of play equipment for the children. The purpose built gardens are a huge bonus with separate gardens for babies and older children. The same members of staff have been taking great care of my daughter since she was 12 months
old. She is now 3 years old and loves going to nursery. The children do varied and thoughtful activities every day and spend lots of time playing outside. The staff here are genuinely caring and always friendly and approachable.

The room staff are very dedicated to their work. Very attentive to all children needs or parents notes.
The premises are so far the best in town for full day care compare to other nurseries I had experience with, big and light rooms and cosy sleeping area.
The food and the staff in the kitchen are
amazing!
Only one suggestion is the policy about the shoes, staff,children and parents to not be allowed to enter with outside shoes so that can increase the level of the hygiene.

My child has been going to Partou nursery since she was 9 months old and will be starting reception this year. The staff are approachable and the way in which they communicate with both myself and my child is great. I have felt supported and listened to when expressing any concerns in relation to my
child's needs during the time that she has spent with the nursery team. I will be gutted for my child to leave and start her new journey as she is thriving. Would highly recommend.

We couldn' be happier with the care and support our child receives at this nursery. From day one, the team has been welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely invested in our child's development and happiness.
The staff create such a warm and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged
to explore. We've seen so much growth in our child's confidence, communication, and social skills since starting here. She loves her days at nursery and that's a credit to the team !

My daughter has been cared for by this nursery over the last year and I could not ask for any better care. ALL of the nursery staff have been amazing! They are all loving, compassionate, caring and truly create a sense of community for the children for when they go to nursery/pre-school.
As much all
the staff were amazing, I will have to thank my daughter's key worker and the management staff for going out and beyond for my daughter. They have consistently kept me in the loop regarding my daughter's care, listened to any of our concerns and have provided my daughter with brilliant education whilst ensuring she is having fun.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone in or around the surrounding area!!

I've been so pleased with Partou Hoddesdon nursery where my child has attended for the past year. The staff are absolutely brilliant, and I feel completely confident in the care they provide. They are warm, nurturing, and always make sure my little one is happy and well looked after.
Any questions
I've had are addressed promptly and with great communication. The team at the nursery is always responsive, and I really appreciate how approachable they are. The office managers, in particular, deserve a special mention - they're incredibly friendly and always available to assist with anything.
It's clear that the staff care deeply about the children, and I'm so grateful for the peace of mind they've given me. I couldn't ask for a better nursery experience for my child!

The nursery and staff are fantastic, all the staff are friendly and helpful, my daughter has additional needs and they have gone above and beyond to make sure she has what she needs there and to get in any training they need. I couldn't feel more comfortable when it comes to leaving her there and she
always has a fantastic time. I love the app which shares photos and activities they've taken part in also.

The staff at Partou in Hoddesdon are absolutely brilliant and my son has loved his settling in sessions. Everybody at the nursery has made the process of getting him ready to start before I go back to work so much easier.

Angels at Play are amazing it took me a long time to find the perfect nursery the staff there are literally amazing I feel safe leaving my daughter there. Couldn't recommend enough it's home from home for my daughter.

My youngest has just started in the baby room and all the staff have made sure that the settling period was smooth for not only my son but for me too.
He has only been there properly for a week but he is settling well after such a short amount of time.
My eldest also attended this nursery from baby
room through to pre-school. It did wonders for his confidence and he loved going.
The staff is wonderful with all the children and you can see that the management team cares about the children that attend.

I have been impressed with the nursery. My son is 11 months old and used to get very upset when other babies cried, however, the settling-in sessions were amazing and the staff made you feel welcome. My son loves going to the nursery and I have full confidence in the staff that work there. I would recommend
any child to attend this setting.

My daughter started when she turned 7 months old. All the staff in the baby room have been great with her and I have noticed how much she has developed over the last 10 months. She is very independent and knows her own mind so it has been great to see the staff being patient with her and helping in
developing her physical skills as well as tending to her emotional needs. She now loves going to nursery and since being in the throws of separation anxiety, it's the only other place she looks forward to being in every week apart from home. There are plenty of different activities each week so she never gets bored. Parking is easy and there are always a few spots available due to quick turnaround. The meals are very healthy and varied. I am so glad I chose this nursery over a few others I had viewed.

Angels at Play has been such a great nursery for my daughter. She has thrived in the environment since joining in August 2023, thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent setting.
There is always a wide range of activities that are all planned well to encourage her development, whilst still ensuring
that she is having lots of fun at the same time. It's been wonderful to see how far her development has come already in the few months she's been there.
The staff are outstanding; all of them are warm, welcoming and friendly and show all the children genuine love and care. They have helped her settle in well, give comfort and support whenever it is needed and always provide a thorough handover on how she has been throughout the day, what she has done, and what she has eaten both via the app during the day and on collection.
I couldn't have found a better setting for her and have no doubt that she will continue to thrive in this setting and would happily recommend it to other parents.

Me and my husband are so relieved that our daughter has settled in so well at this fantastic nursery and we can get on with our working day knowing that she is having a great day.
All the staff are brilliant, warm and welcoming from the moment you step through the door in the morning, and they never
fail to give me a thorough update on how she has been throughout the day and what she has eaten. The daily diary is always updated.
We are almost a month in and I am so pleased we chose this nursery.
I know how great the staff are by how happy and content I see my daughter when I come to collect her.
She is quite a shy little girl but I can see that she is so comfortable with all the staff and happily goes to them when I leave her in the morning when she gets upset.
In just a month I can see her confidence growing and I have no doubt she will continue to thrive at this nursery.
Thank you to all the staff at Angels at Play - Hoddesdon for working extremely hard every day.

Angels at Play - Hoddesdon is a fantastic nursery. My daughter attended a different one in Hoddesdon prior to Angels, and I wasn't overly happy, so I moved her here.
My daughter has been here since she was two and is now leaving for big school. Her confidence has skyrocketed, her speech has improved,
and so has her ability to make new friends.
They plan the activities well, and the staff are kind and understanding. The office team go above and beyond. The food is also good and healthy, from what I see on the app.
I honestly couldn't thank them enough for having my little one.

We ask you where your child’s learning is up to and what kinds of things they enjoy playing with and exploring. We then begin observing your child whilst they are playing to understand their current interests, their development and how they learn. We make thorough notes on our observations. We also talk to you to find out more about your child’s capabilities, including what they can do and what they already know, as well as the activities they like to do when at home.
Once we have gathered this information, we can then plan appropriate activities which will form the next steps in your child’s learning and development.
