Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school

My Daughter was at this nursery for 18 months. Within that time the manager changed twice and they had a high staff turnover. They had excellent staff in preschool but they all left on mass following the managers departure which was when it went downhill. My Daughter's key worker changed several times. Children were not always supervised indoors and outdoors. They didn't have soap in the bathroom. I would regular pick my child up and the children would be sat on the rug whilst they swept up around them. I ended up moving my child from here.

At pick-up, my child would have residue on his mouth, with little encouragement to wipe it independently. While this may seem minor, supporting children to develop these everyday self-care skills is an important part of their learning. Finally, when he moved and we requested our child's transfer notes, it took 4 months for them to be prepared. When we eventually received them, they appeared to have been put together very quickly and contained only very basic information, which was disappointing given the length of time it took.

This nursery is very best. The staff's are well trained and very caring. The management is superb too. Can't ask for anything else. My child is taken care of and am feel the nursery is best for her.

Overall happy with Best Friends - my son has settled really well in the baby room. Erika, Shannon and Lynsey have all been amazing and our son is very settled at the nursery. The only recommendation would be to ensure the app is updated throughout the day. Just as a parent I can see what my son has been doing - really love it when the pictures go on during the day. My little boy was welcomed with open arms, and the progress he has made since that first day has been remarkable. I will be gutted when the time comes for him to leave for school, but I am so grateful for everything this nursery has done for him.

My child started the nursery and was put down for random days I did not choose the office staff did sort this out for me quickly but it's besides the point considering the stress I have already had with the show around and starting, I have then received several invoices which are incorrect and are for quite a substantial amount of money I have questioned this 4 times to be told a complaint has been logged and family care will call me which still hasn't.

Overall happy with the nursery and to send my child here.

I couldn't ask for a better place for my little one to grow and thrive!

They do such a wide range of activities for the children.

My little girl loves attending Best Friends. She particularly enjoys the stretch and grow and all the other fun activities that are planned for them throughout the day. Tasty and healthy food and lots of learning through play. Thanks to the manager and the team for creating such a professional, warm and nurturing environment.

Our son started at Best Friends a little over a year ago. In all that time, he has been nothing but happy and it's been a joy to watch him grow. Now in preschool, his key person is investing so much time and effort into developing our son, we can barely keep up. We are so grateful to our key person for all he does for our son and for all he does for us as parents in aiding and assisting us in the challenges of raising a toddler. Thank you to him and the team at Best Friends!

A great nursery and very pleased we picked this one! My daughter will be staying on during preschool as we feel she would prefer being at the nursery to going elsewhere.

Very caring and energetic staff. My child goes willingly and easily to nursery 5 days a week and has a smile on his face when he comes home - which says it all. Staff in the preschool room are attentive and don't shy away from child conflicts which I have seen handled fairly and with care. I am always informed of any unavoidable issues or accidents in a professional way. I feel like my child is in safe hands with caring staff, having an interesting and varied learning environment and a healthy diet every day!

It really is an excellent nursery. The set up especially outdoors is great for children to burn off energy. The ball room was a big hit when my son was in toddlers and I feel the staff do a fab job of keep the children engaged in playful learning.

My little boy has been going to Best Friends since he was 9 months old and absolutely loves it. He is now in pre-school and all the staff made the transition so easy and stress-free. Huge thank you to the manager and the team for all their efforts and support, especially in getting my son toilet trained within 3 weeks. Couldn’t ask for better teachers. Thank you all so much!

My little girl attended Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley from 11 months through to pre-school age.

I found great comfort that she enjoyed and looked forward to her nursery days. She received excellent care and thrived from the learning provided to her.

She made lots of friends and I will be using this nursery in the future.

My older daughter went to Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley and then my second child followed as I was so happy with the nursery I honestly cannot fault it. My daughter literally runs to nursery. All the staff are amazing all are consistent, really help and listen and that’s really important and very, very, very welcoming and nice so I would definitely recommend.

Since they’ve started they’ve really come out of their shell, especially with the pandemic limiting their involvement in the outside world. Generally very happy.

Looking forward to my son starting Spanish and swimming lessons.

My little boy's time in the Big Babies room has been brilliant. His development has come on leaps and bounds and he has absolutely loved all the girls in the room, especially three staff members. They have taken such good care of him. My little one has now moved into the next room and I am sure that, after adjusting, he will love it in there just as much.

There is an app which is occasionally updated with photos and information about development. I do wish this was updated more frequently but otherwise, I can’t really fault the nursery, we’ve had a great experience with everyone so far.
