Our overall review of tops is brillant, our daughter moved to them last year from another nursery. We are so thankful to all the staff who have helped her on her journey for school in september, she has made loads of friends and loves all the activities. She is so confident and always gets excited when we drop her off. We would highly recommend. Its a lovely atmosphere for all the children and the staff are very resepectful.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very first day, it was clean that this place is built on genuine care, warmth, and a deep understanding of my childs needs. The staff are highly professional and compassionate we've seen such a positive difference in my childs development. It is really reasurring to drop my child off everyday knowing they are in such capable and loving hands. The communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates, photos and feedback. I cannot thank my daughters key worker for everything that she has done.

The team have been so lovely and really looked after my daughter. They have been really accommodating and helped me continue to breastfeed as well as settle my daughter into a new routine. She had a bit of a tough time getting used to nursery but now goes in with a smile and waves me off. She was poorly in her first week and they acted promptly to tell me and helped her settle her back in as she recovered from an ear infection.

My son loves coming to this nursery and is being looked after very well, encouraged to grow and develop, and is overall is happy here. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The admin responds to the emails in a very timely manner.

Our daughter has been in the explorers' room since January and has already made the most wonderful connection with her key worker. The communication if she has a bump or seems unwell is fantastic, which really reassures us! She is never upset to go in the morning and is always happy when we pick her up, which speaks volumes about the staff and how much fun she has. Thank you, everyone, for taking such good care of our pride and joy!

Communication is amazing

We love this nursery we had troubles getting little one in at points and the support we have received has been incredible. Thankyou to all staff we will be sending another there soon and will recommend to others

My son has attended top nursery in poole for over 9 months and he has achieved all if his milestones and that is largely part if the love and dedication of the staff at this nursery. He loves going there and is always excited to see his friends and the staff. I feel so grateful to everyone who works there for the love and support they have shown to myself and my son. They have truely gotten to know each child and i have seen the hardwork they have given to each child.

This Nursery has been fantastic. The staff are welcoming, caring and friendly. The care they provide for my child is exceptional. My child is in the room for the younger children the room is clean they make sure they don't wear shoes in there so it stays clean for little ones crawling around. They have a fantastic outdoor space for the younger children and the older ones. They provide nutritious varied meals and snacks through out the day. I also receive daily updates which include photos of the activities they do and in-depth details about the activities. These are planned around their development and learning. After I have picked up my child I also receive details about what they have eaten and how much, when they have napped and for how long and also how often they have had nappy changes. Over all I couldn't be happier I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My child absolutely loves going building strong relationships with the wonderful staff and other children around them

She has grown in confidence and is gaining more knowledge and her speech is improving greatly!

My son seems to enjoy tops. The staff are very lovely and welcoming towards him which is great. I love seeing what he gets up to during the day on the app and appreciate being told how he has been, what he has been doing during hand over at pick up time.

Tops Nursery has been amazing for my daughter! She has been attending since she was 6 months old and is now nearly 2. The staff know her inside out and she loves everyone especially her key person. Her development has been incredible and the staff are so supportive in helping her learn. I wouldn't want my child to go to any other nursery!

Staff are amazing! Very caring, hard working and well trained on developmental needs of the children. We particularly love forest school that offers a variety of activities and lots of outdoor play and sensory exploration

My Granddaughter has settled so well in the nursery. She settles so quickly after being dropped off and comes out smiling. The photos and observations sent are lovely and really show how much she enjoys her time there. She is also trying foods at nursery that she refuses at home. She talks about the staff in her room at home which makes it obvious to us that she has a good bond with them and feels safe.

Poole Tops has been the perfect childcare choice for our little one. We picked it because of its convenience, but we've stayed because of their care. We love that they support their staff to continually grow and develop through qualifications - it means staff take a proactive interest in the care and activity ideas for the kids. Their staff care so deeply for every child and go out of their way to ensure each one feels included, valued, and loved; while taking real joy from seeing them thrive, learn, and grow. Their communication with us parents is fantastic - we feel well informed and supported, but not overwhelmed or harassed. They are very responsive to feedback, and have always been happy to answer my many questions! Our son LOVES nursery - he has made such deep friendships, and adores his teachers. It's prepared him so perfectly for starting school.

All the staff have been wonderful to him, he is going to miss investigators but I know he will enjoy it in preschool!

My daughter absolutely loves attending nursery. She has been welcomed in by all of the staff and she now has a fantastic bond with all of them. They have been so supportive of me as well and been a listening ear when needed. They have provided support and reassurance through my little girls start on a SEN pathway. The nursery is well maintained inside and out, and is a fantastic place for them to learn about recycling and reusables. I couldn't ask for better for us.

My son has been with tops Warminster for nearly a year. He absolutely loves going here! He always comes out so happy and I love seeing all the activities and crafts that they do there! Highly recommend!
