Overall Experience

I have been really pleased with our experience at Tops Exeter. Communication is excellent - we always feel informed and staff let us know immediately if there are any problems or there is important information.
My son has a lot of fun at the nursery and is also learning a lot every day. The staff

do their best to make him feel welcome.
I am also impressed with the food and drink on offer as it is nutritious and appetising.

Overall Experience

Both our children have been through Tops Lymington from babies to preschool and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. They've both really enjoyed their time there and have made lovely friends. The staff are all friendly and engaged and everything is well managed with good communication. As a busy working

parent I find they understand my needs and always try to be accommodating with all the logistics, which I have found invaluable.

Overall Experience

My son has been part of the Tops family for 3 years. During his time he has flourished with support from his Keyworker. His speech and language development has been remarkable, this is had a massive improvement on how he communicates with his peers and adults alike. Potty training was a struggle but

I received support and advice from his keyworker which made all the difference. My son is now a confident happy young man with a real passion for adventure which is encouraged not only at home but his nursery too.

Overall Experience

Our little girl joined Tops Exeter at 10 months old, and has been so happy, content and absolutely adores the staff - especially her key worker.
The team work so incredibly hard, and are fantastic with the children. It's a wonderful setting, incredibly caring with fantastic activities throughout the

week. The regular updates & photos from their day are so comforting, and I know that she's had a wonderful day when I pick her up.

Staff friendly, this has helped my daughter settle well within the setting with transitioning through the rooms. Love the pictures sent from her sessions through the app and her confidence with others and her speech has come on.
Communication through email is good and kept up to date with changes throughout.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and we couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives. We really appreciate the regular updates and reports, which keep us informed about our daughter's progress and daily activities. Her key worker has been fantastic in supporting her through

her IEP, ensuring she gets the best possible care and encouragement. The team in the Explorer Room have shown real passion and dedication, and it truly shines through in our daughter's growth and confidence.
The payment system is straightforward and hassle-free. We also want to highlight the new bell system is fantastic! Although we've had some minor issues in the past, the nursery seemed open and committed to finding resolutions. Overall, we're extremely happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment for their child.

My 3-year-old daughter is thriving at Tops Day Nurseries: Stonehouse. She is a quiet and shy child but has really come out of her shell due to the care and encouragement of the staff. She speaks very positively about the adults and all of the other children. There never seems to be unkindness from other

children and the staff seem to manage their social development well and help them to build positive relationships.
My daughter loves all the different activities and is showing a real interest in letters and numbers. She can sing and recite countless songs and rhymes and loves the garden.
The app is brilliant and photos are uploaded regularly.
She enjoys the food and often has seconds. Knowing the food is so healthy and tasty is very reassuring.
I moved my daughter from a different nursery which I didn't have an issue with, but Tops surpasses it in every area.

Overall Experience

Since my little boy has been at nursery he has grown so much in himself. He's so much more confident. The staff are all extremely friendly and keep the app up to date so I know exactly what he's eaten and how long he's slept etc. They're always so welcoming and he is always happy to see them. When asking

the staff for things nothing is too much trouble and they're always so happy to accommodate. I would recommend Tops Stonehouse to everyone.

Tops Stonehouse is the loveliest nursery, my child had so much fun over Christmas. They made pretend hot chocolates, Christmas crafting (sustainably), they learned and performed Christmas songs. It was also lovely that the staff put on a stay-and-play morning so parents could come in and play with the

child and explore the setting together. The team are so friendly, approachable, kind and supportive, and they really know the children. My child has been coming home sharing the sounds they've learnt that day, and showing me how they write their letters. They're always so keen and happy to share what your child has been doing at nursery that day and uploading photos onto the app etc The admin team are also really helpful and supportive if you need to book extra days etc I'm so pleased we chose Tops Stonehouse.

Our experience of Tops Day Nurseries: Devonport from September - now has been exceptional. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, my daughter who is quiet and shy, felt at ease within a few days. She is always telling me how much she loves her new nursery and all her teachers! As a parent, I have

no concerns about leaving her in their care. The staff are always happy to help. We love seeing her photos with the observations they take throughout her session. She's growing in confidence and making some lovely friendships.

My child has been attending for the last 12 months and loves going. The staff are always helpful and polite and my child feels safe in their company.
It is really easy to book in shifts around my working hours and keep track of everything from booking and invoices to what they have been doing throughout

the day through the app.
