Absolutely amazing staff. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up. She has thrived here, showing incredible growth in her confidence, communication, and social skills. Especially with potty training now. The variety of engaging activities-from messy play to outdoor exploration ( Which I can see pictures of on the app, amazing) -ensures she is always learning while having fun. Couldn't thank you more for all your hard work

We couldn't be happier with this nursery and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are incredibly kind, caring and genuinely invested in every child's wellbeing. They have become like a second family to us. Our children have attended from baby right through to 6 years old, and every one of them has loved going. The meals and snacks are always varied and nutritious, and the range of activities, from cookery school to forest school, keep the children engaged and learning. They really listen to what parents want for their child and put those wishes into practice. Any concerns are raised promptly and handled with care, and they always do their best to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible. We feel so lucky to have found such a supportive, nurturing nursery. Thank you for everything you do for our family. We truly appreciate you all!

Overall Experience
My son's experience at Top Days Nurseries, Parkstone was a unique one. Every morning, he was always excited going to the Nursery. In short, even at his tender age, he was able to build some levels of emotional connection and team spirit. This is now obvious in his day-to-day interactions with peers, both in the neighbourhood and the church. Today, his growth is unprecedented.
As a parent, I love the warm reception we received all through our brief stay, and we look forward to returning him back to the nursery soonest.

We sincerely miss the excellent crop of educators and the management.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support our daughter has received over the past year. The staff have always been kind, caring and dedicated, creating a safe and nurturing environment where she has grown in confidence, independence and social skills. She has loved every day at nursery and it has been a joy to see her happy and excited to learn. The forest school and cooking school being the main attractions :) Really appreciate the teams hard work and genuine care. It's been an amazing journey in Tops Day Nursery (Muscliff). The teachers, ALL of them are very kind, professional, warm and they show a lot of love to my daughter. My daughter loves it there, she's never complained about the nursery. She loves her friends, the activities and her teachers. Dennis gives her hi five every day, Cindy gives hugs, Teresa teaches Spanish, Izzy teaches new things always and it's been a great time here. Thank you all so much, you made my life easier.

My son has attended Tops since he was three. He is now almost five and is leaving to start school. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Tops and will very much miss all the staff.

During our time at Tops, there was a change of manager. I would like to thank her in particular for all her hard work and improvements. We will miss you!

Our son is now 18 months old, and we have had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are kind, caring, and always make him feel safe and happy. Since my daughter started at Topps Nursery on Herbert Avenue, our experience has been excellent. I'm really happy with how everything has been run, particularly since Adam took over. He has been incredibly thorough, attentive, and professional, always keeping us well informed and ensuring everything is handled to a high standard.
The staff are caring and welcoming, and it's clear that the children are their priority. It's been a pleasure dealing with the team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son's been at this nursery since he was 20 months old, starting in the baby room. The staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to keep you posted on everything he's up to. We love the daily updates and the little sheets they send home-it's such a nice touch.
There's such a great community vibe too; you're always greeted with a smile. And honestly, my son absolutely loves it-he literally runs in every morning, no hesitation.

You can tell the team truly cares about the kids' wellbeing and development in everything they do. They've built such a safe, positive, and fun environment, and we're so grateful for that.

Overall Experience
My little boy has been at Tops Muscliff for over 2 years now. Since starting he's become so much more confident and independent and has learned so much by interacting with different children
The staff are incredible and put so much time and effort into making each day educational and fun.
My little boy loves his weekly Forest school and cookery classes. He is always so excited to go to nursery.
