The best nursery we could ever choose!

It's clear that the whole team genuinely love what they do, and that really shines through in the care, kindness and attention they give to the children. We're so grateful for everything they do.

My daughter has been at this nursery for almost a year. She settled really quickly and still loves going in every day and comes out smiling. The nursery has improved since Adam joined - it is nice to see a manager that makes such a huge effort to get to know the children and families. All the staff are lovely and are brilliant with my daughter and seem like they really care about her. There has never been as issue if I have had to change her hours at short notice and the daily diaries and regular observations are very reassuring and keep me up to date with all her activities. I have no concerns with my daughter attending this nursery and would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter started here in July and has been doing amazing , at her previous nursery I took her out after 3 weeks, as she is very nervous and attached to me she didn't settle well at all. However at Tops, she has created some lovely bonds with staff here and that has given me a lot of comfort , as well as this she always has lots of fun throughout the day and is fed well with healthy snacks and lunch! I have noticed she has become more sociable with other children her age when we're at soft play and has become more confident in herself. I would recommend tops to anyone!

What can I say, I honestly could not have asked for a better nursery for my little girl. They have loved her like their own, fought for her best interests and supported her through the good times and the challenges! Their SEND support has been second to none and the love and support these staff give those children (and the parents!) has gone above and beyond what I could ever have hoped for. My little one is now onto her next big step but she will look back with fond memories of everyone who supported her so well and made her feel loved!

My Son has been attending Tops since he was 7 months old, with him soon to be in his last year before starting school! Tops have played such a vital part in my Son's early years, supporting with his speech, behaviour, potty training and overall just encouraging him to be the fun, outdoorsy, wild boy that he is. My Son loves attending Tops, with a Monday morning often being 'Yaay, Nursery today'. The staff are so, so wonderful, caring and kind whilst being super fun and engaging! I would highly recommend Tops Parkstone, this was the only Nursery we viewed and enrolled straight away!

Since my daughter started going to Tops Pokesdown, when she was only 8 months old, she had such a great time. Everyday learning and discovering something new, she is happy and I can see she is comfortable. She's made good friendships there and true connections with the staffs. Now she is 2.5y and its so nice that everyday she has a different story to tell me about her day.

My cousin started Tops Parkstone in June and he absolutely loves it there! Staff are so welcoming and he's settled so quickly. Food is amazing and healthy for the children and you can tell how much the staff want the children to blossom!

From day one, they have been amazingly reassuring and completely eased all my worries as a parent. Seeing how happy and well-cared for my son is every single day gives me total peace of mind. They have also been attentive during his settling period which has only further eased any potential worries.

All the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, but a particular special mention to Adam, Jas, Lucy and Mitron who have all been brilliant! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up. She has thrived here, showing incredible growth in her confidence, communication, and social skills. Especially with potty training now. The variety of engaging activities-from messy play to outdoor exploration ( Which I can see pictures of on the app, amazing) -ensures she is always learning while having fun. Couldn't thank you more for all your hard work

My daughter had an amazing time at Tops Day Nursery since day 1. She always had a smile on her face when going in and out of the nursery. I don't think she had one bad day and that is down to great, dedicated and super friendly staff. Many thanks to Teresa, Georgia, Izzy and all the amazing team.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are incredibly kind, caring and genuinely invested in every child's wellbeing. They have become like a second family to us. Our children have attended from baby right through to 6 years old, and every one of them has loved going. The meals and snacks are always varied and nutritious, and the range of activities, from cookery school to forest school, keep the children engaged and learning. They really listen to what parents want for their child and put those wishes into practice. Any concerns are raised promptly and handled with care, and they always do their best to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible. We feel so lucky to have found such a supportive, nurturing nursery. Thank you for everything you do for our family. We truly appreciate you all!

We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support our daughter has received over the past year. The staff have always been kind, caring and dedicated, creating a safe and nurturing environment where she has grown in confidence, independence and social skills. She has loved every day at nursery and it has been a joy to see her happy and excited to learn. The forest school and cooking school being the main attractions :) Really appreciate the teams hard work and genuine care. It's been an amazing journey in Tops Day Nursery (Muscliff). The teachers, ALL of them are very kind, professional, warm and they show a lot of love to my daughter. My daughter loves it there, she's never complained about the nursery. She loves her friends, the activities and her teachers. Dennis gives her hi five every day, Cindy gives hugs, Teresa teaches Spanish, Izzy teaches new things always and it's been a great time here. Thank you all so much, you made my life easier.

During our time at Tops, there was a change of manager. I would like to thank her in particular for all her hard work and improvements. We will miss you!

I will be honest with my opinion. Tops Day Muscliff was one of the best in the area. My girl (Raya), the manager and the staff were just as family members. They are kind, caring and lovely people.
