We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very first day, it was clean that this place is built on genuine care, warmth, and a deep understanding of my childs needs. The staff are highly professional and compassionate we've seen such a positive difference in my childs development. It is really reasurring to drop my child off everyday knowing they are in such capable and loving hands. The communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates, photos and feedback. I cannot thank my daughters key worker for everything that she has done.

Our daughter has been in the explorers' room since January and has already made the most wonderful connection with her key worker. The communication if she has a bump or seems unwell is fantastic, which really reassures us! She is never upset to go in the morning and is always happy when we pick her up, which speaks volumes about the staff and how much fun she has. Thank you, everyone, for taking such good care of our pride and joy!

We love this nursery we had troubles getting little one in at points and the support we have received has been incredible. Thankyou to all staff we will be sending another there soon and will recommend to others

This Nursery has been fantastic. The staff are welcoming, caring and friendly. The care they provide for my child is exceptional. My child is in the room for the younger children the room is clean they make sure they don't wear shoes in there so it stays clean for little ones crawling around. They have a fantastic outdoor space for the younger children and the older ones. They provide nutritious varied meals and snacks through out the day. I also receive daily updates which include photos of the activities they do and in-depth details about the activities. These are planned around their development and learning. After I have picked up my child I also receive details about what they have eaten and how much, when they have napped and for how long and also how often they have had nappy changes. Over all I couldn't be happier I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My child absolutely loves going building strong relationships with the wonderful staff and other children around them

Our child is very happy at Tops. They enjoy the curriculum and learning.

My son has been at Tops for over a year now and I can't thank them enough. He found the transition to nursery very difficult but the staff, particularly his key worker were so loving, thoughtful and caring that he has become so confident and he loves it now. The staff in investigators are also brilliant, and have been so helpful. They helped with potty training and are very aware of how our toddler works - very skillful! Our son loves his key worker very much and we love how flexible tops are. Thank you!

The staff are very attentive and caring, they've built a wonderful bond with my daughter. She always has enjoyable days filled with a variety of fun activities, often based around seasonal events. The team are like an extended family. They are fantastic at supporting her learning with colours, numbers, letters and understanding different jobs and family. I've always been very impressed with the nurturing environment and can't recommend the nursery highly enough.

Tops is a welcoming and engaging space for my daughter. She is always greeted at the door with a smile ane communication is excellent. She loves being in nursery and has always been taken care of as an individual.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents

Staff turnover was high - this was poorly managed with little communication to parents/support to the children. ie key worker leaving was communicated to us, the day before (in front of our son) verbally, then several weeks for a new key worker to be assigned

Very happy with the nursery! My son has been attending Tops since he was a baby and he loves it there.Staff there go above and beyond for the children planning all sorts of activities and trips for them. Never a boring day for my son.

I also appreciate that the daily report appears honest . It was always been a worry for me that my daughter might have a very hard tike settling down but due to staff's expertise and caring nature, she has settled down sooner than I expected. Thank you.

My child has improved a lot in terms of communication, socialisation, eating and listening, and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate the care and support we have been getting from the whole Yeovil Tops Nursery team, from the teaching/care staff, to the management, to the admin team. We are happy we chose Tops.

My son is happy here from the beginning. As he hadn't settled in another nursery I was a bit afraid of how this will go. But Topsie is the best nursery and I'll highly recommend it as a mother. They do lots of activities, learning and staff is absolutely amazing.

My daughter is so happy and very well cared for, all staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. There are so many activities that children enjoy every day. My daughter made so many friends and she has learnt lots of new things since she is attending this nursery. I highly recommend it.
