The only thing my daughter is fussy with is food, but the staff always try to encourage her to try things.

My boys settled really well at Ellingham despite going early and put me at ease from the get go. I didn't realise but this actually started from the moment they were registered - they were always available for questions and no question was silly, nor was I made to feel a nuisance.

There is so much to do at Ellingham and that's what I love, the boys get to run all day. They home with new words, telling me about the sheep they have and they create something new everyday!

The staff are incredible, they truly get to know not just the children, but the parents as well. They are loved like their own children.The care and attention to detail is incredible. Their knowledge and care around allergies has been amazing with one of my boys and he is never without, there is always another option. He is always included and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I couldn't recommend Ellingham enough and I wouldn't send my children anywhere else - we drive 20 minutes and past several other nurseries!

Our daughter has been enrolled at WDN (Peartree) for a little over a year now and we have nothing but praise for the service. She was a little anxious/nervous when starting however the staff were amazing - friendly and approachable and they always have a smile on their face. She now squeals with excitement when we approach the building and she realises that it's a 'Nursery Day'. The children have Key Workers who build lovely relationships with the children and provide parents with updates on how their child/ren are doing and what activities they have done that day. We love hearing what she's enjoyed doing - from playing outside to role play and more!. Her key workers have been particulally brilliant when supporting her with family changes, such as the arrival of her baby brother. The meals are excellent also, and it is evident that the cook loves what she does. Finally, the management staff have been so helpful supportive when we have needed to change our Nursery days. My eldest went to the Preschool here a few years ago, and my daughter is now in the baby room. All the ladies who work here seem to genuinely love the children they work with and are so supportive and encouraging. It's a lovely setting.

Great experience. The nursery manager was very kind to explain the enrolment process, and I was pleased to see they have everything in place to support my son, who starts in September. Thanks for the great welcoming experience; we can't wait to get started.

My son has been attending since he was 11 months old, now 2.5 years and we are so pleased with everything the nursery has to offer. All the staff including management are so engaging, friendly, helpful professional , personable and ultimately amazing with all the care they give. They create a fun but safe environment for all the children and build lovely relationships with them which gives us as parents so much confidence that our son enjoys his time and also learning key development skills and building confidence and social friendships.

Cherry harbour has been asbolutley amazing with my little girl, she loves going to school and appears very happy. Staff give there all and have helped with potty training to which my little girl has now smashed our the park. A huge thank you to them all for helping support us.

Pinecones has helped our son grow into a confident, expressive, and sociable young boy.

Lovely care for our son, during the hot days the nursery did everything they possible could to make him feel comfortable and happy. We wouldn't think of anywhere else to have our son placed. Playaways are an amazing nursery.

My daugter attends here and I could not fault the staff at all. When she started her development was behind. She was down as a failure to thrive. However since starting here last year she has flourished and grown so fast. I dont even recognise her when looking at old photos and videos anymore. The staff here are so supportive and go above and beyond, not only for the children but the parents too. My daugter has learnt so much and I am sad to see her leave this year for big school! I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a placement for thier child! They offer a range of activitys that are fun and allow the children to lean whild doing it. The garden space is amazing, there is to do from water play to bikes that they can ride!

The staff are friendly and give full update on her day. The app gives me updated information throughout the day.

From my son's previous nursery where he struggled to settle I moved him to woodberry and never looked back! Every member of staff are friendly, approachable and my son absolutely loves it there! Daily updates and lots of activities put on for the children. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Our children have been attending Pinecones for over 2 years and both of them have thrived! The setting is so perfect and feels the perfect balance of home and school with fun and learning everywhere. The staff are excellent and constantly go above and beyond to help not only the children grow and develop but also us as parents. We would (and have) recommend Pincecones to any parents we meet!

My son absolutely loves going to Cherry Harbour. He's been in the baby room since he was 11 months old and has always had the best time. The staff are lovely with the children and build loving, caring connections with them. We've had so much support from management and our child's key worker with anything healthcare-related, even if it sits outside of their scope. The children and their enjoyment and happiness is at the heart of everything the nursery does and it's just such a happy place for them to be. They made my transition back to work so much easier, knowing that my son was in such good hands. He's learning so much, fed balanced, nutritious meals and is building meaningful relationships with people outside of his family. We love Cherry Harbour!

All in all I cannot fault the experience we have had. That is ultimately down to the staff, from management to apprentices and cooks, I would assume cleaners too as it's always well kept.
