Stepping Stones Day Nursery

My son goes to Stepping Stones, and he absolutely loves it! The staff are really friendly and brilliant with the children. All the kids are always so happy when you go in to pick up your child. They are always doing lots of fun activities made around the children’s interests. They even made good activities for taking care of babies when they found out my son would be a big brother. They also have a lovely chef who makes them lots of lovely food and snacks. My daughter is joining in September too, and I’m sure she will also love it!

Stepping Stones is an amazing nursery that my little girl loves! She is currently 19 months old and has been attending this nursery since four months; it’s practically like a second family for her. The care and attention they give her is next level, and every day I can see how much she loves it, mainly because she never wants to leave! I can’t wait for my next little one to start!

The nursery and every member of staff cannot be praised enough. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds ever since joining in January, and she truly loves every session she attends, and she loves every member of staff.

Stepping Stones is a fantastic nursery with a real home-from-home environment. My son really enjoys his time there and is always excited about his day and all the unique activities he gets up to. The staff are approachable, and you can tell how much they care for all the children. The monthly learning journals are exceptional! I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been with Stepping Stones since February 2020 and is soon leaving to start school. To say I’m sad is an understatement, as she has been taken such incredible care of since day one. Both the baby room and early years room staff are wonderful, caring individuals who take care of your child as if they’re part of their own family. I have always felt so happy and secure leaving my daughter here, knowing all her needs will be met - dietary, emotional, and the amount of fun and creative games and arts and crafts the staff come up with to entertain the children and inspire learning is unbelievable. The kids are happy, well-fed, and loved, and all extra needs are met and catered for eg allergies. Communication from staff to parents is impeccable with daily door updates, weekly photos and diaries, monthly updates on your child overall, parents' evenings and any ad-hoc chat needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SS to anyone; it was the only place we were prepared to send our kids.

Stepping Stones is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending for almost a year and a half since she was 11 months, and she loves going so much. A lovely, supportive environment for the children, with lots for them to explore and experience. The staff there are wonderful, and I wouldn't send my daughter anywhere else.

Daily updates on what she has eaten are also a massive plus for us.
