Our daughter is leaving Hucknall Day Nursery and will be starting school in September. She's had 4 great years at Hucknall Day Nursery, made even special by their Graduation Event to celebrate the achievements of their Rising 5's. The moment was marked with songs, balloons and an afternoon garden party. Thank you for a great send off! She will miss everyone when she starts big school!

My daughter has really enjoyed her time at Grosvenor house. They do so many fun activities and are very nurturing and caring. We've really enjoyed attending the events too, such as the summer fair and Christmas grotto. The staff seem to know her well and take the time to get to know her interests. She will miss the nursery when she goes to school.

Our son started Small People in May 2026, the team saw our tight turn around and were amazing in accommodating this. Since starting our son has had nothing short of a blast every day he is in. As parents we get lots of updates about his day which is lovely. In our first month we also had weekly phone calls to let us know how he was settling in. I could sing the praises of Small People all day!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about supporting the children's development. From day one, they made George feel safe, welcomed, and excited to attend each day.One thing that has stood out to us most is how seriously and professionally they handle George's allergies. The team has been incredibly accommodating, careful, and proactive in ensuring his safety at all times. They communicate clearly with us, follow all procedures diligently, and always give us peace of mind knowing George is in such capable hands.The environment is clean, nurturing, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. We've seen such positive growth in George's communication, social skills, and independence since starting here.Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear the team truly cares about every child's wellbeing and progress.

My son absolutely loved Small People Nursery. I was so nervous at first, but it's truly like no other. The focus on outdoor play is amazing, and he was always happy at drop-off and collection. I'd 100% recommend, especially if you're feeling a little unsure.

The team is always very friendly, welcoming, and approachable, creating a positive and nurturing environment. Most importantly, my child genuinely looks forward to going to nursery every day, which says it all.

Our daughter has attended since August. She settled in quickly and we have been so impressed by the kindness of the staff and the way they take such a personal approach to each child. The food always sounds delicious and they organise lots of different activities for the children. Couldn't be more pleased that we chose Grosvenor House nursery.

My son started at the nursery in October and he absolutely loves the baby room. All of the staff are so welcoming, kind, and caring, which made settling in such a positive experience for both of us. It's lovely to see how happy and comfortable he is there every day. I couldn't ask for a better environment for him.

Fantastic additional events for the children and parents over the Christmas period, these are really appreciated. I would highly recommend this nursery. Caring and compassionate staff. A good learning environment for little ones to thrive. I like the learning objectives set regularly.

I'm grateful for the care my children have at Grosevenor House Day Nursery. It's also been wonderful to have some fun activities recently like the Supper with Santa. It's great that my children get to join in extra activities like drama tots and also trips out to the park. Staff are kind, attentive and understanding. I am kept updated with anything important that I need to know. Many thanks!

In terms of flexibility, the nursery has been brilliant at supporting additional ad hoc days when I've had other commitments come up. Honestly couldn't recommend more!

My daughter really likes going. Very happy with the current running of the nursery. Few changes over the last couple of years but it finally seems to be settling down and going in the right direction again. Caring and friendly staff, good management, always available with prompt responses. Would highly recommend this nursery.

We love Grosvenor House! They have looked after our son so well since we moved him there and we are looking forward to our youngest starting there in September. The dedication and love from the staff, the welcoming environment and huge range of activities they do is amazing. My son always comes out of nursery full of beans and I can tell he's had a wonderful day each time. Communication is excellent and they run so many fantastic open days for all the families. We recently went to one this weekend with a bbq, fire engine, games, a performer and loads more. The nursery puts lots of effort into these extra days and it is hugely appreciated!

We are so happy with this nursery. It is such a cry and nurturing environment and we feel so comfortable sending our children there. The staff are very welcoming and know the children really well. They do lots of really fun activities and they also have regular events for parents to attend, which we also really well thought out and enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grosvenor House to any potential family.
