All the staff are wonderful and really care for the children. My child is really treated like an individual and loves coming to nursery to play with his friends. Its a safe and nurturing environment. My son has really excelled since coming to nursery. Cannot recommend enough.

We are very happy with our nursery! The staff are caring, friendly, and our child loves it here! The activities are engaging and support learning and development! Our child literally jumps in the arms of the staff when we drop him off in the morning! Highly recommend this nursery!

Overall Experience

We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. All of the staff are warm and welcoming, and it's clear how much they care about the children.

Our child has really thrived there, they have provided fantastic support from when he had an allergy to other important milestones such as toilet training. There seems lots of activities and outdoor time available to the children as well. It's lovely to see the bonds he has formed with the staff.

My niece and nephew came here over the last 8 years so now my little one does too.
To see familiar faces who recognise us as a family but also are still passionate about being so warm to my child makes dropping him off that much easier in the mornings.

I don't think this nursery gets the recognition it deserves. It's so good in so many ways.

Footsteps is a wonderful place for children to learn and play!
When my son first started at the nursery, he was 2.5 years old and didn't speak any English. On his very first day, it was really hard for him to be away from us, but Jamie was absolutely amazing-she held him lovingly and did everything she could to calm him down.
Although he didn't speak English at the beginning, he is now speaking fluently, and all credit goes to the wonderful teachers at Footsteps. He has learned to try new foods, share with other children, and expand his vocabulary. Every day was filled with new, exciting activities that were both fun and educational. He was even fully toilet trained within just a week!
He is now completely ready for big school, and that is all thanks to the hard work and dedication of his teachers. I truly appreciate all the effort you put into teaching our children.

I will definitely be sending my second child to this nursery as well. Thank you so much!

Overall Experience

Since starting nursery in May 2024, our daughter has made amazing progress in her confidence, communication and independence. We are so pleased with how much she has developed and how happy she is attending.

She has had two operations since joining, and the support from staff has been exceptional. Following her most recent operation in January 2026, she attended with a bandage and only had the use of one hand. The team ensured appropriate risk assessments were in place while still giving her the same opportunities as every other child. Their care and encouragement meant she continued to thrive during this time.

Since moving to Jungle Room, she has built a lovely relationship with her key worker, Salma, who knows her well and understands her likes and dislikes. Salma always takes the time to give a personal update at pick-up, which is greatly appreciated.

We are so grateful to the whole team for creating such a caring, inclusive and supportive environment. Highly recommend!

Our daughter loves this nursery and has a strong bond with her keyperson and all staff in the room. She comes home telling stories of all the fun and activities she's had and we go through all the photos that have been sent in the day. Her keyperson even redoes her hair into cute little hair styles. She feels safe and I get messages from the room and can easily contact them. I haven't had any security concerns yet. Parents make sure to close the door behind them and not let anybody else through. Nursery manager is always very easy to contact and gets back to us quickly. Would happily recommend.
