I don't think this nursery gets the recognition it deserves. It's so good in so many ways.

The nursery app is brilliant to so easy to work and communication with teachers when child is at school if needs be.

Since starting nursery in May 2024, our daughter has made amazing progress in her confidence, communication and independence. We are so pleased with how much she has developed and how happy she is attending.

She has had two operations since joining, and the support from staff has been exceptional. Following her most recent operation in January 2026, she attended with a bandage and only had the use of one hand. The team ensured appropriate risk assessments were in place while still giving her the same opportunities as every other child. Their care and encouragement meant she continued to thrive during this time.

Since moving to Jungle Room, she has built a lovely relationship with her key worker, Salma, who knows her well and understands her likes and dislikes. Salma always takes the time to give a personal update at pick-up, which is greatly appreciated.

We are so grateful to the whole team for creating such a caring, inclusive and supportive environment. Highly recommend!

Our daughter loves this nursery and has a strong bond with her keyperson and all staff in the room. She comes home telling stories of all the fun and activities she's had and we go through all the photos that have been sent in the day. Her keyperson even redoes her hair into cute little hair styles. She feels safe and I get messages from the room and can easily contact them. I haven't had any security concerns yet. Parents make sure to close the door behind them and not let anybody else through. Nursery manager is always very easy to contact and gets back to us quickly. Would happily recommend.

My son attended this nursery for a year now and always had a great time. His development since he joined nursery has been phenomenal. Staff are professional and the activities for toddlers are great and our son loves to go to nursery.

My daughter started at Footsteps in April 2026. She has settled in extremely well, is well looked after by staff and has created lovely bonds with the staff too. I appreciate the updates on the app and if my daughter's unwell, I am always informed.

My little one is constantly happy and clean, the staff are incredibly endearing and supportive. I can't wait to enrol my next baby and hope for the same wonderful experience.

Its useful that they use an app and daily handover so I know how my child day has been. They feed the kids a good variety of food and do lots of different activities. Car park can be busy, but managable.

We've been really happy with Footsteps Nursery so far. Our 11-month-old daughter has settled in well and it's clear she's comfortable and cared for. The staff are friendly, attentive and take the time to understand each child's routine and personality. Communication has been clear and reassuring, and we like the range of activities and focus on development. It feels like a safe, calm environment without being over the top, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Will be so sad when they leave. Would 100% recommend.

I would always recommend Footsteps to anyone looking for a nursery. It can't be an easy job but the girls are always so happy and welcoming!

Since my son has started attending this nursery, he's really come on leaps and bounds. The staff were amazing at helping him settle in. He really struggled to begin with but the extra attention and care provided by the staff made all the difference. He's now excited when I drop him off. He's already learnt so much too and I've seen a huge improvement with his temperament, especially around other children. The app is regularly updated with information and photos throughout the day which is lovely. All the activities are very well thought out and give me ideas to recreate at home. Also special shout out to the food! It's varied, nutritious and clearly delicious with how much he eats! I'm so happy I chose this nursery, my son is in very capable hands.

My son absolutely loves his nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff are truly lovely-always helpful, kind, and welcoming. Every morning he's greeted with a big smile and a cuddle, which makes such a difference to his day (and mine!). It's clear they genuinely care about the children, and the warm, nurturing atmosphere they create is wonderful to see. I'm so grateful for the support and attention they give him. Highly recommend!

The staff have positive attitudes towards helping with an concerns i have and direct me to an further support needed when I ask. I cant praise them enough!

Not only has my little one been made to feel welcome, is happy to go in and loves all of the activities that they do, I feel confident leaving him with the staff there.

We have built a good relationship with the team and feel confident that we can discuss anything should we need to. He enjoys the toys, the activities, the outdoor space and the varied food there and is developing so well with the time the team spend with him as well as getting to be with the other children.

My little boy is very happy at Footsteps. He is a real foodie and I love how varied the menu they offer is, it is rare that he doesn't eat all of the delicious food he is offered and I often see that he has gone back for seconds. The outdoor space is fantastic and I am satisfied that he is well cared for there.

My daughter loves everyday at Nursery. She loves all the activities that are available everyday and has great bonds with all the staff. She has bonded with every staff member within each room which made each transition from room to room very easy for both her and me.

She went straight into preschool, and im pleased to say she has settled in very well. Ellie, Louise and Hannah, plus all the others involved were so helpful in helping my daughter settle in. She's only been there a short while but she already loves it and enjoys coming into nursery daily! So thank you all and defos recommend this nursery to all.
