The staff are always happy to help, and I feel very safe leaving my little boy with them. He has built good relationships and always excited to go to nursery in the mornings.
The range of food served gives good variety, and the updates throughout the day are good.
Overall, very happy with the service.
I just wish the prices were slightly cheaper!

Both my children have attended this nursery from a young age, so have been in all the rooms and interacted with all the staff. The staff here are so wonderful! They provide amazing care, are so approachable and happy and go that extra mile to treat the children to special experiences. Communication
has always been excellent and my kids have made special friends with the children and bonds with the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a few years. We have been so happy with the standard of care, the communication and the expertise of the staff working here. My daughter is always learning, well supported and most importantly so happy to go in! There is a very low turnaround of staff,
which means that care is consistent and well managed.

We couldn't have asked for our son to have a better start to his 'School' life. He started at 10 months old and settled in so well, he genuinely gets excited as we arrive each day. The team are so professional, caring and attentive, they make your child feel like they're the only one in their care and
it feels like a home from home environment for our son.


We can both go to work with absolute peace of mind knowing he's in the best hands, he's safe and having a day filled with fun. We can't thank the team at Potters Bar enough for how much our little boy loves it and how well he's looked after. Highly recommend.

My expectations when joining the nursery were very high. Having just moved back from Dubai, I thought there is no way Little Garden could match. This couldn't be further from reality. My son loves nursery more than home. He leaves my arms in the morning with a massive smile and loves the staff like
family. I know once he is there he is safe and loved. I can focus on the day knowing he is so well looked after. The nursery are great at calling and asking for my opinion and what I'd like for my son. I honestly can't imagine having him anywhere else. They are so patient and kind towards him.

Our son has been at RDN since 9 months old ( nearly 2). It's a brilliant nursery in our opinion providing safe, engaging, enriching care. The staff are all excellent and passionate, without exception. Fewer temp and agency staff than some other nurseries, with some older and more experienced staff too
which I think makes a difference. They offered a longer settling process which was brilliant for our lad,, we love that they provide face to face feedback regularly and also at 'parents evenings' as well as updating the app regularly.
Our boy has had great experience in the under 2s and now 2-3 room, has made good friends and happily walks in and waves goodbye to us. Would definitely recommend.

Royston Day Nursery has been nothing short of amazing since my little one has started with them back in September, the support and care they provided for him to help him settle in and break his separation anxiety was exceptional.
The staff are always kind , welcoming and supportive and they truly care
about the little ones and put an effort to get know them and attend to their needs and there development, the nursery is going from a strength to strength and I can't recommend it enough.

My son has a physical disability. He left one nursery and joined Royston Day Nursery, where ratios suited his needs and he was provided so much support from the start. This nursery have gone above and beyond. Everyone in the team treats my son with such respect, kindness and compassion; as well as ensuring
his educational development in a safe, clean and nurturing environment. The activities are plentiful, as are the resources and toys for the children to interact with. My son's physical development has come on leaps and bounds, especially since his transition to the preschool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this setting to those with age appropriate children. I trust the team and its leadership entirely. I'm looking forward to see where next year takes us!

We absolutely love RDN. My boys (twins) have been going for the last 2 years, and we have seen changes in management, and ups and downs in staffing levels.
The new (ish!) management are absolutely excellent. Ive never doubted that my boys will be safe and happy at RDN but the management now is really
outstanding. Communication is efficient and regular. Any questions, emails etc are answered well within a day, phone calls are never an issue (like to check up and see how they are doing that day).
My boys also have some medical issues and respiratory problems and the care the staff take is second to none.
Over time I have spoken quite a bit to the staff - all of them are warm, friendly, caring and professional. I really can't thank them enough for providing and fun and safe space for my boys to be looked after in!

Both my daughters attend Royston day nursery and they have done since March 2025. They are nearly 1 and nearly 3.
Coming from another nursery with my eldest, I just love how much she loves coming to nursery every day. She's excited to get there and see all her friends and the staff, she enjoys the
day to day activities and she loves little wiggles on a Thursday!
Both my girls are always happy and really well cared for throughout their day which we are updated through the app each day on how they are and what they have eaten etc. this really puts my mind at ease knowing what the girls have been up to and what they have eaten.
The love and care from the staff is always amazing and it is a huge relief knowing that both my girls are happy where they are.
They have lots of toys, resources and even sensory/cosy areas which is great, especially for my nearly 1 year old.
I will always recommended Royston day nursery to anyone that asks where I send my children!

Both of our kids love coming to nursery and always come home happy and full of stories about their friends and teachers.
Both are generally shy children but have completely settled in this environment and act as they do at home which is fantastic.

We are so happy we chose Potters Bar Day nursery our son has settled really well and all of stays are land and canny. It is so reassuring as a parent when your child is being cared in such a safe and supportive environment. We would highly recommend the nursery and all of the lovely stays.

As a father, I am very pleased with the care and support my two sons receive at the nursery. One is in the under-2s room, and the other in the nursery room, and both are thriving. I can't thank the team at Little Garden The Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre-School enough for their incredible support. As a dad on my own after losing my wife, trusting someone with my daughter's care was one of the hardest things I've had to do. But from day one, the staff have been unbelievably supportive,
making sure she's safe, happy, and well looked after. I know her wellbeing is their priority, which gives me real peace of mind.
Even on one of my toughest days, the team went above and beyond, staying behind to support me and keep my daughter smiling. Their kindness and dedication mean more than I can put into words. "Thank you" somehow doesn't feel enough, but I truly appreciate everything they've done for us. This Nursery is more than just a childcare provider, it's a place where we've felt cared for, understood, and supported.
