The staff have always been really helpful and accommodating when I have needed extra childcare. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Children always seem happy and well cared for. Good safeguarding procedures in place. Lots of interesting activities.

The best team we could ask for to look after our son. They go above and beyond expectations to make children and parents comfortable and feel welcome. My son LOVES nursery days and we couldn't ask for more. Simply the best.

2 of our daughters have been to Coton nursery and I was previously really impressed with it especially the fact that siblings can be in the same room unlike some larger settings. Unfortunately recently, staffing has been an issue with last minute closures and changes of hours which has a real negative
impact when we have no flexibility in our jobs and no other help with childcare. Unfortunately the nursery have given us 2 weeks notice to a change of hours (no longer a 730am start) again due to staging. This is no longer compatible with our work hours. I am genuinely heartbroken that we are having to scramble around to sort a new nursery over the Christmas closure and that my daughter who has been their since 5 months will have to leave somewhere she has thrived for her final 5 months before school. Overall has been a wonderful setting but unfortunately ongoing inability to retain staff or fix staffing issues have made it unreliable for us.

All the staff seems very compassionate and caring and definitely put family first. There is lots f communication between the nursery and parents which is a positive. My child loves attending nursery and I have no doubt it has helped her development in early years.

We've been lucky to have all three of our daughters pass through Coton Nursery and breakfast club/after school club and they all really enjoy the time there. The staff are all fantastic, and create a fun and supportive atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Tough to get places and this is always a nail biter
when new term availability is released, more spaces would be welcomed by parents

The staff are all lovely they all are kind and caring and patient . The Office staff are always helpful. any query or help they are quick to resolve
My daughter always seems to enjoy the food and always excited to tel me what she had had for dinne.
My daughter has learnt so many new skills with the
help of everyone at the nursery
She really enjoys attending which makes drop offs so easy.

We are new to the nursery. We have been impressed by the excellent communication from staff both in the nursery and wider family first network. Staff are warm and friendly and we have been welcomed with open arms. Our children feel happy and safe at Coton nursery and we feel happy leaving them with

We love Coton day nursery, the small setting is great for the children to mixed between the ages while also having a cosy safe baby area. All the staff know all the children and parents.
The outside space is small but works well and they have a lot of fun. When possible the children are given the
opportunity to have a small outing to the village playground.

The staff at Coton are exemplary, they really care and my daughter tells me everyday how she's played and learnt something with key staff members.
To make Coton even more wonderful it would be great if the menu for children could be changed more regularly with a wider healthier variety of snacks.

It would also be great to have a minimum of two observations a day so as a parent we can have conversations with our children about what they have achieved.

We can only say the most wonderful things about this Nursery. They took the greatest care phasing my daughter in, she was always eager to go and had a lot of fun and made many friends. The staff were loving and caring with my child and extremely professional.

Our son has just finished a year in the baby room. The care he has received has been exceptional and the baby room staff are all so kind and knowledgeable. They always make so much effort for outdoor play and village walks, adapt so well to each child's routine and invent the most fun activities for
the babies.
The weekly photos of activities and regular updates on development are wonderful to read and provide a great connection between parents and the nursery.
It has been a real joy to see our little one develop so well in such a lovely setting.
The baby room team are a real credit to the nursery and I am sure the higher-up rooms won't disappoint.

Our son started at Coton Day Nursery in September 2023. We chose the nursery because it has a warm and inviting feel and the staff made us feel at ease. The nursery in our opinion is the perfect size and allows smaller children to interact with the older children, but still has a cosy and safe baby
area. We absolutely love the creative displays/toys within the nursery and the personal crafts that our son brings home. The staff know our son well and he has a wonderful relationship with his key worker and all the staff that care for him, they are kind, observant and incredibly friendly. The app is another great tool they have and we look forward to the daily updates and pictures. Choosing the right nursery can be tricky, but we are so pleased we found Coton Day Nursery.

My child really enjoys the nursery. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and make the nursery a really happy place to be for the children. It's a small setting, meaning that everyone knows everyone well which gives it a community feeling. We get photos/videos and other observations on the parents'
app to let us know how our child is doing.

All the staff and facilities at Coton are fabulous and my daughter really loves it there. She comes home every day happy.
She's a picky eater but always comes home full. She always has lots of happy stories from her day to share with us at home.

We are extremely happy with Ramsey Day Nursery. Our daughter loves attending and is very fond of all staff members, very often talking about them outside of the nursery. They go above and beyond with recognizing and acting upon individual needs and care for the children. Communication is always fantastic,
especially concerning SEND.
