Freshfields have been a great nursery for our son (aged 18 months). He joined at 12 months and settled very quickly.
They have a beautiful facility, with a farm garden and lots of outdoor space, which he enjoys. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and he is always happy to go to them in the morning.

They offer breakfast club drop off, which helps to balance work and school drop offs. We have only been with them a few months, but we have had a great experience at Freshfields and would recommend.

Overall Experience
My daughter started at Greenfields in March, and I've been very happy with the nursery so far.
She settled in quickly, and I feel comfortable dropping her off in the mornings as she is always full of smiles when she sees the staff. It's clear she has a wonderful time during the three days a week she attends, and as an (occasionally anxious) first-time mum, I really appreciate the regular updates via the app.
She began in the Baby Room and clearly adored the staff there. She has recently transitioned to the Movers room and has already settled in beautifully, toddling straight off to join everyone for breakfast on her very first morning there.

Overall, I'm really happy with our experience at Greenfields so far and am pleased to hear about the plans to develop the outdoor spaces, which in my view is the only area with room for improvement.

As a working mother knowing that you are leaving your child in a place where they are happy and cared for makes a huge difference. The staff genuinely care, the activities for the children are engaging and I love the focus on learning.

The building and outdoor space are in desperate need of money being spend on them to revive what once was an inviting and happy environment for little ones.
I don't know what exactly has happened, but so many of the wonderful staff seem to have lost some of their "spark" too.
This is not down to Greenfields as a nursery, but the overheads at Family First. Having been a parent of children here to the last 4 years, it's very sad to see the changes happening in real time.

Prices are rising, but extra curricular activities are being taken away and not replaced. A huge disappointment overall, I'm just very glad to still have the majority of the wonderful staff in the rooms themselves.

Overall Experience
We drop our son off 3 days a week and he's always happy to get there. When he realizes where he is he has a huge smile on his face. He's 16 months old and they don't know how to lie.
The level of love and care everyone puts into their work is evident to see. I have full confidence that my son is well looked after every time he is at green fields nursery

I put 4 stars for value for money as I think the government is to blame for the pricing not the nursery or staff

I'm very happy overall with nursery.. the staff are very friendly and helpful.. my daughter is thoroughly enjoying herself and learning is so much fun for her.. I have noticed a great change in her learning and her confidence in herself while being at nursery..

my only issue I've had have been fees and expenses with invoices in the past but this has been explained and since changed to have better understanding..

My son goes to Greenfields 3 days a week. He started at 9 months old. From the very beginning, he has loved attending Greenfields. Overall Experience

All of the staff at Greenfields have made my husband and I feel totally comfortable to leave them to care for our daughter. Everyone is very approachable and we have never felt as though there was a question we couldn't ask. The staff are knowledgeable and clearly very loving towards the children, it took my daughter only 4 weeks at Greenfields for her to no longer cry as I left her having previously been with me or her father exclusively.

Overall Experience

We have two children at Greenfields Nursery, our daughter in Preschool and our son in the Baby Room, and we have had a fantastic experience since they both started at around 7 months old. The Baby Room is such a warm and nurturing environment and we always feel safe and reassured leaving our son there while we work, as the carers are always smiley, happy and have a lovely bond with the children, with great communication every day. Our daughter has loved moving through all the different rooms and is now in Preschool as her final step before starting school in September, and she has grown so much in confidence and learning. She comes home excited about what she's done and really enjoys the wide range of activities such as French, science and yogabugs, and the carers are always welcoming and supportive. We would highly recommend Greenfields to any family looking for a caring and friendly nursery.

My daughter has been in the baby room since November and I have been impressed with all aspects of the staff, set-up and nursery.
The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you, and give you regular updates through the app and a debrief of the day during pick up. She has come on loads since being there and loves being around the other children and doing all the activity's.

I was nervous leaving her for the first time but the settling in days really helped ease into it and I feel more than comfortable leaving her in the nursery's care (and she loves it!)

Staff are so accommodating, supportive and forthcoming with development and it's carried on to outside the nursery also.
My daughter is always happy to arrive and her interactions with staff and the other children are great. She's blossomed into herself with confidence. I struggled personally the thought of leaving my child to return back to work but couldn't be anymore happier to have this establishment that has helped my daughter progress and be comfortable.

My child loves going to Footsteps nursery. They've been attending since they were 11 months old. Every day they go in and they have an absolute whale of a time. The team who look after them very clearly love every child that they look after, and my baby will be joining them later in the year when I return to work. I can't think of anyone else I'd rather leave him with.

When I was choosing a nursery, one of my biggest priorities was that the child would feel loved when the parent wasn't there to be able to do that for them. We have absolutely hit the jackpot with Footsteps.

Overall Experience

Our son has been attending this preschool since he was 10 months old, and we've had a wonderful experience. The teachers are kind, caring, and always make sure the children feel safe and happy. We've seen so much growth in our son-he's become more confident, social, and curious. The activities are fun and educational, and he looks forward to going every day. Communication with the school is great, and we always feel informed and supported. We're so thankful to have found a place that truly cares about our child. Highly recommend!

The time that my little boy had at Zippadees was great. He really enjoyed his time there. He enjoyed the the activities the learning and food and the staff. He will be returning for some of the school holidays.
