Overall Experience

Staff are so accommodating, supportive and forthcoming with development and it's carried on to outside the nursery also.
My daughter is always happy to arrive and her interactions with staff and the other children are great. She's blossomed into herself with confidence. I struggled personally the

thought of leaving my child to return back to work but couldn't be anymore happier to have this establishment that has helped my daughter progress and be comfortable.
She's always happy, got a full tummy and excited to be there

Overall Experience

My child loves going to Footsteps nursery. They've been attending since they were 11 months old. Every day they go in and they have an absolute whale of a time. The team who look after them very clearly love every child that they look after, and my baby will be joining them later in the year when I

return to work. I can't think of anyone else I'd rather leave him with.
When I was choosing a nursery, one of my biggest priorities was that the child would feel loved when the parent wasn't there to be able to do that for them. We have absolutely hit the jackpot with Footsteps.

Overall Experience

Our son has been attending this preschool since he was 10 months old, and we've had a wonderful experience. The teachers are kind, caring, and always make sure the children feel safe and happy. We've seen so much growth in our son-he's become more confident, social, and curious. The activities are fun

and educational, and he looks forward to going every day. Communication with the school is great, and we always feel informed and supported. We're so thankful to have found a place that truly cares about our child. Highly recommend!

Overall Experience

Footsteps Stratford is amazing. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Staff are absolutely lovely and know the children in their care. The children are so well looked after, and the activities they do each day clearly stimulate and excite the children. The staff also take time to support in the management

of medical issues; our child has recently been given an inhaler, and I trust the team of staff who work with him completely to monitor and use it accordingly. This trust is so important for a parent and just shows how amazing they are.

Overall Experience

We are so thankful & lucky to have had the most wonderful experience with Freshfields so far. Our son is currently in Snowdrops & it's been a seamless transition. The nursery team are so kind. We have noticed a huge developmental change in our son since being at Nursery and it's down to the 3 of them.

They are generous with their time, always giving us space to talk/discuss and share. Our biggest concern was our son's eating, particularly with harder textures but his transition has felt effortless. We're amazed at how far he's come in just 2 months. They're incredibly calming & knowledgeable. Our son loves being at Nursery and the environment that they create for him is one that is loving, fun & nurturing. We couldn't trust them more with him & as first-time parents, it's been exactly what we could have hoped for and more. We couldn't sing their praises higher.

This nursery has been wonderful for both my children over the years. We are grateful to have such trustworthy and lovely staff to look after our children. The healthy food, supported curriculum, and awesome site is exactly what we were looking for to send our babies and have watched them grow into toddlers

We couldn't be more impressed with Freshfields. Our eldest has been there since he was 9 months old, and our youngest is due to start in August. The welcome the children received along with the happy, caring and kind nature of all the staff really makes us feel like part of the Freshfields Family. My

My child has the most wonderful time at Footsteps. She is happy and safe and absolutely thriving. The staff are highly experienced and always put the children first. They ensure children have a variety of different experiences and my child is learning every day. From the moment I drop her off in the

Overall Experience

Both of our sons have attended Footsteps Stratford upon Avon and we couldn't recommend it more highly. From Babies right through to Preschool, all of the rooms and staff are excellently setup in meeting the age groups needs.
The nursery has an excellent outdoor space and Forest School area which my

children have loved.
The Children create special bonds with the staff and my eldest son still enjoys visiting nursery to go and tell everyone what he's been doing at school.
There is great variety in the Children's days which keeps them entertained and wanting to keep coming back for more!

Overall Experience

My 4 year old has been going to footsteps Stratford for a couple of years. The staff have always been fantastic with us as a family. It goes without saying that they really do cater to all the needs of the children but they are so considerate with external factors, such as when I work away for long

periods of time. The extra clubs that are available are brilliant, from learning French, to football, building a perfect foundation for whatever the future brings. The managers are always happy to discuss anything you wish and will make time to chat to all for face to face queries. I have also noticed the nursery is striving to Continually Improve the setting and they welcome any suggestions from parents. All in all, the nursery is very welcoming and incredibly caring.
