We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Our 11-month-old daughter absolutely loves the staff, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child. Everyone has been so warm, kind and welcoming from day one. They keep us well informed about how she's doing and seeing how comfortable she is with the
staff when we drop her off and collect her gives us real peace of mind. We're so grateful for the nurturing, friendly environment they've created.

My son is very happy when I pick him up from daycare and that means he is being treated well.
I am kept up to date with everything he does during class and I also have photos that bring me peace.

The staff at Acre Wood Day Nursery are truly wonderful. Both of my children attended, including my eldest who has additional needs, and the care they showed was exceptional. They who've always been patient, supportive, and genuinely kind, taking the time to understand and meet each child's individual
needs. I've always felt reassured knowing my children are in such a caring and nurturing environment. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My son has always received excellent care and support here. Regardless of the staff who look after him! Communication is always excellent, and we love seeing what he gets up to using the app. We love that he gets plenty of time outdoors in all weather, and there is always a large range of activities.

My daughter has been here since February 2025 and my son was here for nearly 2.5 years. During that time the nursery joined the Family First group and had a change of management and a lot of staff turnover. It was a bit of a turbulent time but it has been so worth it - the changes are clearly visible
and I'm sure there are many more that are less visible but are clearly in the happiness and progress my children have made. My son loved his time here and my daughter has settled in so quickly. The team are so kind and really make the effort to get to know each child. Her observations feel personal and reflective of her personality, they understand her preferences and communicate so well with her even though she's only just started to talk. The space they have is great. I love that we can go in and see her in her room at pick up, and I always get a thorough handover. As a parent I feel so happy dropping her off with any team member, and I always feel able to ask questions with confidence.

My 2 year old has been attending Acre Wood since he was 8 months old and absolutely loves it. He's so at ease there that he has to be reminded to say goodbye at drop-off! The communication via the app is great and I really enjoy the photo updates of what activities he's been doing during the day. He's
learnt so much from the staff there including being able to sign and more independent activities such as scraping his plate after dinner. I've also noticed some really nice changes to the nursery itself since the change in management and it feels like such a welcoming, homey place that caters to the parents/guardians as well as the children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acre Wood to anyone.

Acre Wood Arlesey have been incredible with our little boy since he started at nursery. The team are really professional and most importantly really care for the children. The personal touch that they have applied have made our son really feel at home and helped his development. We love the updates
we get on his progress and it's lovely to see how happy and well cared for he is. We'd happily recommend this nursery to anyone. Great experience all round.

My child has been attending Manor Farm for a few months now and prior to that she was with a childminder.


I was initially skeptical about moving my child from a childminders to a nursery, as I was worried she wouldn't receive as much of a one to one care that she was used to, as obviously the nursery

is a busier environment than a childminders. However, I couldn't have been more wrong.


Since my child has attended the nursery, I have seen a huge improvement in her social skills, speech, eating habits and over all, I've seen nothing but positive improvements to her development.


My child loves all of the staff and she even asks to go to nursery on the days she's not meant to be there, which speaks volumes.


Overall, I would say that I 100% recommend Manor Farm to any parents who are considering the nursery and that I've had such a positive experience from both my perspective as a parent and also my child's experience thus far.

Acrewood Day Nursery has been amazing for my 2 year-old daughter. From the very first day, the staff have been so warm and welcoming, and it really feels like they treat every child as part of a big family. My little one settled in so quickly, and now she runs in without even looking back!
She's constantly
coming home with new words, songs, and stories about her day, which makes me so happy. She absolutely loves the outdoor play area and all the messy activities (even if it means extra washing for me!). The staff always keep me updated, and I love seeing pictures on the app they have.
It's such a comfort knowing she's in a place where she's happy while I work. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery.

My 18-month-old has been going to Acrewood Day Nursery for a little while now, and we honestly love it!
The staff are so kind and caring, and they really make an effort to help the little ones feel at home. I was a bit nervous at first, but she settled in so quickly, and now she gets excited when
we arrive in the mornings!


The place is clean, safe, and full of fun things for all to do. She especially loves the messy play and outdoor time! The staff also send little updates and photos, which I really appreciate-it's so nice to see what she's been up to during the day and a piece of mind.


It's such a relief knowing she's happy, well looked after, and having fun while I'm not there. Would definitely recommend Acrewood to any parent looking for a lovely, welcoming nursery!

I just wanted to share how happy I am with Acrewood. My daughter absolutely loves it there! The staff is super friendly and really make it feel like a second home for the children. They have fun activities that keep her engaged, and I love seeing her come home excited about what she learned.
Communication
is great too; they always let me know how her day went and what she's been up to. It's such a relief to know she's in a safe and caring environment. I highly recommend Acrewood to any parents looking for a lovely place for their little ones!

I've noticed wonderful improvements at Arcewood Nursery over the past six months. The new management has made a significant positive impact. Both my children have attended Manor Farm, I chose the setting because of the garden and nice rooms. Since it was bought by another company there has been a large turnover of staff, which has caused some issues. However, I feel that this has mainly settled down now, and the team that work there are
lovely, caring and responsive to the children. They've taken a lot of time to reassure my daughter and help her settle into going, which has been a slower process. Overall, I think Manor Farm is a lovely nursery for children to attend.

We enrolled our 10 month old son into Manor Farm in December and we are beyond happy with the progress he is making. Our son has created a lovely bond with the lady in the baby room who has really taken a shine to him and has created a great routine with him! She's absolutely brilliant!
We are updated
with his day, foods he is eating and it's lovely to see him engaging with other babies and staff when we pick him up.
Also would like to add how helpful the rest of the team are! If we have any queries, they are more than happy to help and reply extremely quickly.
We are really looking forward to seeing our boy grow and developing more as he moves up in the nursery.
