Woodhams Farm is a fantastic nursery and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families. The staff have a clear and genuine passion for the children's learning, development and well-being and each child is very much treated as an individual. The communication is excellent and the management
are highly approachable and encourage collaborative working between parents and staff. One of our children has special educational needs and Woodhams have been instrumental in helping us to identify his learning needs and to secure the support that he requires, ensuring that he has the best possible start to school, for which we are very grateful.
Thank you Woodhams for frequently going above and beyond and for your continued care and support.

We've had a great experience with Woodhams Farm and highly recommend it. The staff are genuinely caring and friendly, creating a nurturing environment. It's clear they're not just going through the motions-they truly care about the children and their wellbeing.


Our older children attended in previous

years, and it's been lovely to see how the nursery has continued to grow, with upgrades to the building, security, and outdoor spaces.


Communication from management is excellent. On the rare occasion something arises, they're open, transparent, and quick to respond, which is very reassuring for parents.


There's plenty of outdoor space, and the team clearly prioritises outdoor play, which our children have loved.


Our youngest currently attends three days a week and is thriving. She had a bit of a wobbly start, but the staff were fantastic-supportive, patient, and encouraging. Her confidence has grown so much.


Woodhams Farm is a caring, well-run nursery, and we're glad to be part of it.

I have got 2 children at Woodhams Farm Day Nursery and I have been really pleased with the care they have shown both of them throughout their time there. The staff are very attentive, welcoming and friendly and always go above and beyond to look after the children and help them if they need extra assistance
with anything. The setting is amazing and has so much outdoor space which is constantly being updated with new play areas and the children always look so happy playing outdoors. The rooms are big, bright and always clean and they have a variety of play areas in which they set up lots of different activities every day. We are updated regularly through an app which always makes me feel at ease, knowing that my children are having a good day.

My son has been at Woodhams for 3 months now. He absolutely loves his time at nursery, to the point where when I pick him up he says hello to me then wants to go back to playing. His key workers have built strong bonds with him and I feel very comfortable with him being in their care. I've seen his
confidence grow in such a short time and as a parent it is great to know he is getting lots of development opportunities.


I would really recommend Woodhams nursery, the grounds and facilities are excellent, and the staff are great with the children, as well as communicating with parents.

Woodhams has such a lovely, warm and inviting atmosphere to it. The staff there are extremely friendly and caring, always greeting us with a smile. My daughter loves attending and the outdoor and indoor provision has been vastly improved over the last year. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Woodham Farm Day Nursery has a home from home feel to it. Both my boys currently attend (who are in different rooms) and absolutely love going. All the staff are so kind and caring and I know the boys are well looked after during each day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery enough to anyone.


There's been lots of positive changes in the last 18 months to the nursery. Management have especially transformed the outdoor space and there's so much for the children to do. My eldest son especially loves to play in the mud kitchen.


They also often go out on little group walks into the woods behind the nursery which has fantastic learning experiences for them. This can be seen from photos taken and uploaded to the parent app, along with other important information from their day.

My eldest son joined the nursery in 2021, during a time when the world was in flux. Despite the chaos and uncertainty around us, the nursery created a safe, welcoming space and has continued to nurture him ever since-along with his younger brother, who is now part of the setting too.


As a parent,

I have always felt supported and heard, with the management and staff ensuring that our parenting values are respected while my children are in daycare. From potty training to dietary choices, the team seamlessly picks up where we've left off at drop-off.


The new play spaces and outdoor areas are truly unrivaled in Winchester and have completely alleviated any working parent guilt.

We would definitely recommend Woodhams nursery. Our daughter went to Woodhams for 3 years and our son is still there. Both have loved the outdoor space. Especially the sand pits and going for walks in the woods. It's great that outdoor play is a large part of the children's day.
The location is fantastic
as the nursery is set back from the main road, so there isn't any traffic noise or pollution.
The staff at Woodhams are all very caring and nurturing. We feel like they know our children really well and are brilliant at supporting their development. Our daughter was very shy when she started nursery aged 12 months. The staff were great at helping develop her confidence.
The communication with parents is brilliant and it's lovely to see photos of your child at nursery every day.
Both children love going to Woodhams which makes us happy too!

All three of our daughters have attended Woodham's spanning nearly 8 years in total, with our youngest having been in attendance for just over a year now.
Well feel that it is a brilliant nursery. All of the staff both in the room and throughout the nursery know her name and she can't wait to go to
Nursery to play with her friends (and the adults!)! The staff are well qualified and very attentive, providing a range of activities which are documented through the Famly App so that we can see what she has been up to throughout the day.
Having the Famly App is brilliant as it allows very fast communication but there are also email addresses available if the need arises. Safeguarding procedures are thorough, adhered to and reassuring especially with the use of video controlled gates for secure entry.
All in all, we love this nursery.

We've had a wonderful experience with Woodhams from the start. I've got 2 children there now and both are looked after brilliantly, with regard to both their care and development. The staff are clearly invested in the wellbeing of the children and their learning, and the space and facilities are fantastic
- and continue to improve. There is easy access to speak to the management team if needed - they're not hidden away in an office. They welcome parents at the door every day which is lovely and they know the name of every single child that walks through the door. We would recommend Woodhams to other families in a heartbeat.

Our son has been at Woodham's for two years now and he's very happy there and built strong bonds with the other children and the carers. We have been impressed with the level of care, effort and attention to continuously improving the nursery environment and the activities they do. The team have always
been attentive to our feedback and concerns, addressing them or, if they cannot be addressed, giving us the detailed reasons why not. It's a high quality setup. The only gripe is the fee and booking deposit is rather high, but I appreciate that's a wider industry challenge.

Absolutely Fantastic Nursery!


I cannot recommend Woodhams highly enough.


The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and dedicated, creating a warm and nurturing environment where children truly thrive. The continuous improvements being made to the outdoor settings are fantastic.


The level

of support and understanding they show, especially for children with additional needs, is outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, happy, and included. The activities are creative and engaging, helping to develop confidence and social skills in such a fun way.


Communication with parents is fantastic, and it's clear how much effort they put into making sure each child gets the best possible start. Seeing our little one so happy and excited to go in each day speaks volumes!

I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough! The facilities are outstanding, and the team goes above and beyond in every way. Both of my children have attended since they were nine months old, and the care they have received has been exceptional. One of my children has special educational needs,
and the nursery has gone the extra mile to ensure he feels fully included and supported. The staff are truly fantastic - they take the time to get to know each child individually and show a genuine interest in their development and well-being. The managing director and the entire team have created a nurturing, inclusive, and outstanding environment that sets the standard-no other nursery compares!

The youngest of our three children has attended Woodham's for nearly 2 years. It is a fantastic nursery. Most importantly, he has great fun there. He knows the staff in his room by name and they know him well. He asks to go to the nursery on weekend days. The staff are well qualified and very attentive.
They provide varied activities and have also tailored activities to meet our son's specific interests. Communication is exemplary, both in daily updates on feeding/toileting/activities and in keeping us up to date with our son's development and next goals. Illnesses in the nursery, staff changes and other ad hoc info are always communicated promptly.
Safeguarding procedures are thorough, adhered to and reassuring. We have particularly noticed this when we have arranged for others to collect our child.
Our son enjoys the food provided and we get pictures of the meals each day.
I'd recommend Woodham's without hesitation.

Our son has been at Woodhams for a few months now and we couldn't be any happier with our experience so far. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly care about the children and their development. The rooms are clean, safe, and filled with all sorts of different areas and activities so there's something
for everyone. Our son loves the outdoor play areas and woodland activities, and we love the regular updates and photos. It's so amazing and reassuring to see him so happy and he learns so much every week. Very highly recommended!

A wonderful nursery. The setting is a barn conversion and has large rooms with fantastic outdoor space for all ages. The owners are continually investing in the nursery to make it even better - a balcony for the baby room (upstairs) is under construction, as is a huge covered sandpit for the preschool
children.
The care shown to my daughter when she started at 10 months old was outstanding, enabling her to bond with adults outside her immediate family for the first time.
My 3-year-old son enjoys a huge variety of play equipment and craft materials in the preschool room. His key worker recently made time to speak to us about our son's progress as we were unable to attend the last parents' evening. It is clear that she is fond of him and proud of his achievements.
Many of the children transition to new rooms in September, and the nursery have taken steps to reduce anxiety for the children around this as much as possible, with some staff continuity and plenty of settling-in sessions.

Both my children have attended Woodhams Farm Day Nursery for the last four years (and still going). We are so happy in the nursery - facilities and staff. I could not recommend it highly enough. Caring with an all-important sense of humour.

Our son has been attending Woodhams for little over a year. It's a lovely, friendly, supportive nursery that meets our son's needs.
He is looked after well and has formed good relationships with staff including management.
The nursery is clean and food provided is balanced and plentiful.
Different
activities take place every day, covering all the core learning areas.
The surrounding area and outside space is great.
